Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re recruiting four Fundraising Operations Assistants to join our team and help deliver our hugely successful annual charity campaign across our UK and European markets. This is a Fixed Term Contract from September to December 2025.

You will be part of our vibrant and energetic team supporting our fundraising community and the delivery of the Movember campaign across the UK and our key European markets. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work remotely but there will be the expectation to be in the London Office at least three times a week.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Be the voice of Movember, responding to all email, live chat, SMS and telephone enquiries from our community in a fast and effective manner.
• Process donations and gift matching requests efficiently.
• Support the Fundraising team on research, outreach, data management and project work as required.
• Support the management of the UK Facebook inbox and fundraising pages.
• Identify any patterns or issues with the website, and reporting these to the Head of Fundraising Operations.
• Support our post-campaign thanking.
• Support office management; including collecting, processing and sending post, and ordering supplies to be used by the team.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Help execute the distribution of merch and rewards to our key supporters.
• Attend local events, where necessary, to give our fundraisers a remarkable experience, which can include work at evenings and weekends.

For this role, you’ll need:

SANE is a UK-wide mental health charity working to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by mental illness. We are looking for a compassionate and committed Youth Support and Project Officer to join our SANEline Services team with a dedicated focus on supporting young people affected by mental health.
 

In this role you will;

- Deliver emotional support and to both adults and young people

- Shape and lead on a youth helpline and/or written service

- Liaise with external agencies and services

- Help build and shape youth focused services at SANE

You will bring;

- Experience of supporting young people with mental health needs ideally in complex situations

You have extensive knowledge of different media channels and tactics, and your communication and relationship building skills are second to none. You’re confident influencing and negotiating at all levels – including with external partners, including handling crisis communications with diligence and sensitivity.

Finally, while prior knowledge of housing and homelessness isn’t a must have, you’ll need a passion for social justice. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to manage and collaborate with an external development/implementation partner and coordinate the smooth adoption of Salesforce within the Charity.  This critical role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, training, and post-implementation support. You will be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.

 Main Responsibilities

• Work with the Director or Finance & Operations (DFO)  to invite tenders for and engage a development / implementation partner to support the adoption of this phase of Salesforce implementation
• Work with the development/implementation partner to develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage the execution of these plans, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with the implementation partner to gather and document business requirements from relevant team members to translate these into technical specifications.
• Lead and motivate key stakeholders including the implementation partner and end-users. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication between team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their buy-in throughout the project.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project success.
• Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered Salesforce solution meets business requirements and is free of defects. Oversee testing activities and ensure proper documentation of test results.
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth user adoption of the new Salesforce solution. Provide training and support to end-users.
• Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Providing updates against outcomes / budget to the Director of Development (Grants/Major Gifts) to enable rigorous, timely feedback to the project funder.

 Person specification 

• Proven experience (three years minimum) of leading digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and customisations and a strong record of success.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Excellent project management skills, including budget and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
• Ability to manage, coordinate and get buy-in from technically inexperienced team members.
• Experience with data migration and integration is a plus.
• An understanding of safeguarding data, confidentiality, safe working practices and GDPR compliance.
• Knowledge of appropriate project management frameworks (agile, waterfall) to set project scope, meeting key milestones and budget constraints

Terms & Conditions

• This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed term contract for one year, with a review to extend at the end of that term.
• This role is based in London.
• Salary: £45,000 per annum pro rata (0.6 FTE).
• Holiday: 25 days (including 3 faith days*) + 8 Public Holidays pro rata.
• A beautiful office based in the City of London. Hybrid working is available following induction period.

Sense has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Fundraising team as our Statutory Fundraising Manager. This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, based between home and our offices in Kings Cross, London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading statutory fundraising at Sense. This includes both new business work and managing relationships with existing supporters. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to maximise income from statutory and lottery bodies such as NHS England, the Arts Council and National Lottery Community Fund. Statutory funding has been identified as a growth area at Sense Work with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, Directors of Operations and Finance teams, to develop and deliver compelling funding bids for statutory and public sector funders
• Manage relationships with statutory and public sector funders, including taking responsibility for narrative and financial reporting, and coordinating all stakeholder contact
• Specific responsibility for managing and reporting against statutory income and expenditure budgets
• Financial and programme reporting and database management
• Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act, the Chartered Institute of Fundraising’s Code of Practice, and any other regulatory frameworks that may be introduced

Key skills and experience

• A track record of securing income from a range of statutory sources, including six figure grants (essential) - success at the seven figure+ grant level (desirable)
• Experience of working with teams to develop proposals in line with organizational priorities, including developing robust project monitoring and evaluation plans.
• Experience of leading relationships with external funders, in particular government departments and lottery bodies
• Experience of compiling narrative and financial reports for statutory funders
• Experience of setting and managing budgets in line with organizational priorities.
• Understanding of tendering and contracting processes

• Proven experience at managing a philanthropy programme with demonstrable success at growing income

Job summary

The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a Society of over 1,700 members from 100 countries, who work in, or are interested in tropical medicine and global health.

RSTMH organises and participates in events as a crucial way of showcasing, discussing, and debating key areas of tropical medicine and global health research and practice. Our range of events are wide. We deliver conferences and webinars, social events, research meetings for early career professionals, and high-profile debates and discussions. They happen across the UK and around the world, both online and in person. Our events add to the impact of our work in tropical medicine and global health, but also raise funds to allow us to continue our work as a charity.

The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. The role requires a self-starter who is excited by the prospect of working on such a broad range of meetings and events. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and to be organised, flexible with a great attention to detail. They should be comfortable liaising with venues for meetings space, developing budgets for events, managing logistical aspects of the events programme and setting up new events online and in person.

Responsibilities of the role comprise:
 
Campaign planning

• Lead the delivery of an ambitious and creative media and campaign strategy to bring about an improved recognition of the value and impact of youth work.
• Lead on other campaign strategy and planning, utilising a range of campaign tactics integrating media, digital media and other campaign tactics, working closely with other members of the Comms team and across Directorates.
• Oversee campaign activity for the annual Youth Work Week, to ensure the campaign engages key opinion formers and provides an opportunity for those within the sector to celebrate the impactful work they do.

• Lead proactive media monitoring, enabling timely responses to significant developments and tracking positions on issues relating to NYA’s work.

• Managing and responding to reactive media enquiries, providing statement and reactive ‘lines to take’, with the support of the Head of Communications

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Health IGVA supporting women and children who are impacted by different strands of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). You will work closely with victims of VAWG from the point of crisis, to provide high quality independent advocacy and support to survivors of VAWG at the highest risk and their children.

The Health IGVA will train and provide ongoing support to GP practices and other health professionals and providers to enable primary and secondary care staff to be able to effectively talk to their patients about gender based abuse and different strands of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG): including Domestic abuse and violence (physical, sexual, emotional,  psychological, economic or tech abuse)​​, Sexual Violence (Rape and sexual assault​)​, Stalking and harassment ​, Sexual exploitation ​​(including women working in sex industry and Child Sexual Exploitation)​​, Female genital mutilation (FGM)​/cutting , Forced marriage​​, So-called ‘honour’-based abuse, provide early identification and offer appropriate care pathways for survivors of all genders, aged 16 years and over and their children, living, working or/and studying in Lambeth.

The post holder will work in partnership with the local Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the Gaia Service Manager to proactively develop and maintain links with health providers in the local area and build links with health professionals and support agencies. 

The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the Multiagency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors. The post holder will empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical and personal welfare support.

Role Purpose

Winston’s Wish is a digital first organisation leading the way in Digital Transformation across the Bereavement sector. This role will play a vital part in helping Winston’s Wish turn up the dial across our corporate partnerships fundraising. As our Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser, you will be responsible for growing income from new and existing corporate supporters through creative fundraising and engagement plans and efficient account management, ensuring all partnerships have an excellent experience of supporting Winston’s Wish and understand the impact of their support on the lives of grieving children.

Working with a high level of autonomy, but within a supportive and friendly team, you will develop a live pipeline of prospects, be creative in delivering ways to keep corporate supporters engaged and provide strong stewardship to foster long-term and sustainable partnerships.

Main Responsibilities

Account Management and Stewardship

• Confidently manage a portfolio of existing corporate supporters who, together, make a significant difference to the lives of grieving children.
• Support the delivery of the corporate supporter activities, contributing to a team target.
• Ensure all supporter records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date on our database, and document all corporate engagement activity.
• Execute and adapt bespoke campaigns.
• Maintain an awareness of corporate giving trends, news, events, campaigns and legislation in the UK and pick up on opportunities or topical issues that will enhance the charity.
• Provide comprehensive stewardship for our corporate supporters.
• Prepare regular communications, rewards and incentives and feedback.
• Tailor impact reports to ensure supporters understand and are inspired by the impact of their support.
• Seek out value added benefits such as generating awareness of the charity, volunteering, gifts in kind, introductions, attendance at events and pro-bono work.

Fundraising

• Identify new prospects in areas and industries where the charity is less known.
• Manage pipeline, approaches and KPIs to meet ambitious income targets.
• Provide support, where appropriate, for wider fundraising activity to develop opportunities across different fundraising areas.
• Work with our Events Manager to leverage and maximise corporate participation in our evolving events programme.
• Deliver and submit creative and persuasive pitches, proposals and applications.
• Explore, develop and expand ways in which businesses can support the charity through new corporate supporter products and platforms to cultivate new and enhance existing relationships, e.g. employee volunteering, Charity of the Year, cause-related marketing, sponsorships and point of sale opportunities.
• Continually raise the profile of Winston’s Wish by networking and representing the charity at events as required.

Person Specification

Essential

• ·Ability to be passionate and inspiring when communicating the work of Winston’s Wish.
• Desire to deliver the highest level of experience to corporate supporters and partners.
• Experience of prospecting and new business development.
• Experience of corporate giving mechanisms and platforms.
• Proven track record of fundraising from corporates in the not-for-profit sector, or similar transferable experience gained in the commercial sector.
• Highly professional, flexible and committed to achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work, handle conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines.
