As Partnerships Officer, you will play a central role in managing high-quality relationships with Martingale’s growing network of partners, while also supporting the governance and operational functions of the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and our existing Partnerships Officer, you will help ensure that funders, supporters, and mission-aligned organisations feel valued, engaged, and recognised for their contribution to Martingale’s success.

A key part of your role will be to strengthen relationships with funders and university partners, building long-term commitment to Martingale’s mission. You will manage relationships with multiple departments across our ten partner universities, coordinating internally to ensure these partnerships run smoothly. Alongside this, you will support the operation of Martingale’s key governance bodies, including the Advisory Board, Student Advisory Board, Academic Advisory Committee and Scholarship Selection Committee, ensuring timely communications, accurate records, and positive engagement with members. You will also lead on partnerships with aligned charities that connect our Scholars to earlier stages of the STEM pipeline.

You will be responsible for communications and reporting across our supporter network, ensuring partnerships are effective and mutually beneficial. We are looking for a strong communicator with experience in partnership management and external relations. You may have demonstrated this through cross-organisational projects, even if it was not your primary role. You will bring excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong alignment with Martingale’s mission. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the delivery of the partner relations strategy, working with our 40+ partners to effectively build long-term successful relationships. In collaboration with the CEO, you will support new and existing funders, in-kind supporters, partner charities, and Ambassadors, ensuring they feel valued, informed and connected to Martingale’s mission.
• Strengthen and deepen relationships with partners through a structured and personalised programme of engagement, recognition, and reporting, including invitations to events throughout the academic year.
• Oversight of all university partnerships, including reporting, communications, and course confirmations. This will include working closely with all Martingale staff for effective management of key partnership contacts across development offices, multiple departments, and doctoral programmes.
• Oversee the smooth running of Martingale’s governance bodies, building on the existing governance framework to ensure continuity across the different groups.
• Liaise with the team to maintain accurate records of both financial and in-kind contributions.
• Lead on the development and delivery of the annual impact report, alongside bespoke reports for funders as appropriate.
• Accurate record keeping of partnership engagement on Martingale’s CRM.
• Build a range of case studies on Scholars, partner universities, funders, and other supporters to strengthen Martingale’s messaging to new funders.
• Work closely with the other Partnerships Officer to ensure fundraising campaign targets are met, providing relevant materials and support where needed.
• Support in the delivery of key Martingale events such as Solve for X and our annual Welcome Dinner

At Ambitious about Autism we're currently looking for a Data and Insights Officer to join our National Services team.

You'll focus on the collection, analysis and reporting of data from National Services programmes, projects and services. You'll use systems and tools to effectively capture and store data and information, enabling effective reporting and insight. You'll provide advice and support to the Product Development Manager and Deputy Director of National Services.

You'll support National Services teams with the development of KPI and data collection  routes and support with maintenance, troubleshooting and creative problem solving to ensure accuracy and efficiency. What the job involves

Prostate Cancer UK offers a range of services to support men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones. These include a multi-channel helpline, printed and online health information, 1:1 peer support and an online community.

We’re looking for a Support Services Innovation Manager to join us in an exciting new role, focused on growing the services’ reach, personalisation and variety, and helping them respond to key challenges. These include rising prostate cancer rates, more complex care pathways and treatments, shifting expectations around healthcare, and rapid changes in online behaviour due to evolving consumer-facing AI technology.

We’re also in the process of developing an ambitious new 10-year strategy for the charity, and you’ll play a key role in setting the terms for how we approach service development across this horizon. You'll carry out a discovery phase to explore the internal and external factors shaping our services, followed by a summary report with recommendations for innovation. Drawing on these insights, you’ll deliver and evaluate innovation use cases, ranging from MVPs to ready-to-implement solutions.

Alongside specific deliverables, you'll play a broader role across the Support Services team, spotting opportunities for innovation across service delivery, supporting business case development, and helping build our capability to evaluate service impact. You’ll use data to shape recommendations, foster an innovation mindset, and support colleagues to experiment, test and learn. You’ll also strengthen collaboration with the Technology team, help shape our long-term innovation approach, and ensure our work is informed by sector insights and shared effectively across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring hands-on experience in service innovation and design, with a solid understanding of co-production and co-design principles. You’ll be familiar with navigating both agile and waterfall approaches to project delivery.

We are recruiting for a Fundraising Officer to join our Fundraising team located within our Marketing team. The role will lead on programme-based funding, through trusts and foundations, and corporates. You will work closely with every team at Scottish Book Trust and across a diverse portfolio of funders and projects. The post-holder will also have the opportunity to learn and engage with our wider fundraising streams, to develop their skills across fundraising as a whole. The Fundraising Officer (FO) will develop and maintain our Trusts and Foundations funding pipeline, which includes multiple five and six figure funders. You will be primarily responsible for researching potential funders, writing compelling fundraising applications, managing reporting requirements, and assisting with corporate sponsorships. The FO works closely with every team at Scottish Book Trust to fundraise for a range of literature, arts and education projects. The role will support the Fundraising Manager (FM) and Individual Giving Manager (IGM) to deliver our fundraising strategy and grow our charitable income across all funding streams.

Responsible for fundraising administration including gift processing and thanking, you will also support on fundraising events, impact story gathering, and donor stewardship where required. There is flexibility within the role to incorporate other elements of communications and fundraising if desired. You will be supported to maintain a Chartered Institute of Fundraising membership and pursue CPD.

The role

The children and young people’s bereavement programme in Wales is looking to increase and improve its current services. We are looking for people to take this team forward over the next few years. Working closely with the rest of the Wales team and line managed by the Head of Wales, this is an exciting opportunity for people with empathy, motivation and team working. What you’ll do

Reporting directly to our CEO, you will lead the Charities Team – overseeing directors across fundraising, marketing, funding & impact, strategy and innovation, and business and play a key role on the Foundation’s Executive Team.

About the role:

This role is based out of our Chandlers Ford office on a hybrid basis with the expectation of 60% of your working week from the office. The role will include regular travel across the Hampshire & Isle of Wight region. You will be required to work flexibly to attend events in evenings and weekends, time off in lieu will be given.

As a Community Engagement & Training Officer, you will play a vital role in strengthening Victim Support's presence and impact within the community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing Engaging Content: Creating compelling and inclusive social media content tailored to diverse audiences to raise awareness of Victim Support's services and initiatives. You will also be required to create posters, leaflets and other promotional material to help inform communities about the service.
• Event Coordination and Representation: Organising and representing Victim Support at community events such as Pride, 999 Days, and local fairs. You will engage directly with victims and witnesses of crime, offering immediate emotional and practical support.
• Delivering Presentations: Designing and delivering impactful presentations to criminal justice partners, including police and probation services, to promote collaboration and raise awareness of Victim Support's work.
• Community Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with community leaders, local organisations, and stakeholders to enhance outreach and support networks.

This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. The British Pharmacological Society is recruiting for a Finance Officer. 

What does the role involve? 

The Finance officer is a new role in the Finance team at the British Pharmacological Society. The Finance Officer will work with the Financial Controller to ensure that all aspects of finance are operated effectively and efficiently. 

Who would suit this role? 

You will have experience working in a finance organisation and/or experience working for membership organisations. You should pay close attention to detail, and the ability to suggest and make improvements to procedures.  Additionally, you should be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Brief Description/Summary

As Patient Service Co-ordinator you will be responsible for managing referrals from our service users, who are all those affected by kidney disease in Wales, including children, youths, adults, and families. You will build and maintain constructive working relationships with people who use our services, people with kidney disease, carers, colleagues, and community networks

Our Patient Service Co-ordinator acts as a vital liaison, responsible for managing all referrals from our service users, identifying the support needed, facilitating appointments for peer support and counselling, communicating between patients, referrers, volunteer peer mentors and counsellors. Referring patients to internal services as well as external organisations. Other duties include providing general advice and guidance, developing links with external providers, organisation or individuals that can support our kidney community of Wales, administrative support include assisting accessing healthcare services, maintaining referral records, and resolving referral concerns to support efficient and effective care.

As Patient Services Co-ordinator you will also build relationships with Health Care Professionals to help raise awareness of our services, building our referral partners to ensure all patients are supported at the point of need.

Salary is Grade 1 to Grade 2, based on a 40 hour work week with paid breaks. It is also based on experience.
