The role of Retail Co-ordinator is crucial to the smooth and efficient operation of The Children’s Trust retail head office function. The postholder will be responsible for co-ordinating and running the administration and compliance needs required for a disperse network of charity shops, including being the gatekeeper for the Chariot EPOS system, Retail Gift Aid and New bought in goods, supporting the supply and distribution of stock; shop supplies, and associated stakeholder relationships.

Role Requirements

• Manage the Retail EPOS till and Head-office systems to maximise functionality to drive sales and promotions, create reports to support analysis of shops performance. 
• Support the Retail Sales Manager to manage generation and distribution of stock, including preparing documentation for van deliveries and collections to meet both shops, customer and donor requirements.
• Support sales promotions by printing and issuing guidelines and promotional materials i.e. fundraising events and seasonal changes across the chain of shops. 
• Maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships including Retail Gift Aid donors, corporate supporters and internal support teams, ensuring that an efficient and compliant service is maintained.
• Manage the shared retail email inboxes acting on requests, leading on responses or signposting/escalating as required to ensure that the retail supporter journey is optimised and relationships are managed holistically.
• Support communications to shops including posting updates onto Retail Teams-Sharepoint. 
• Support stock holding and distribution of shop supplies including ordering products using Access Purchase orders. 
• Support the Retail Management Team to build a positive team culture across the retail team and wider cross directorate collaboration to deliver the voluntary income strategy.
• Support Retail management to maintain full compliance of the Children’s Trust shops in line with all Health & Safety legislation, Fire safety, Trading Standards, Retail Gift Aid, GDPR, ThankQ CRM, Risk Assessments, Safeguarding and all other legal or statutory requirements. 
• Manage the Retail Gift Aid scheme and processes, working with colleagues and shops managers to optimise gift aid database and associated sales while meeting HMRC rules.
• Develop and support delivery of internal and external audit processes, including New Goods stocktakes, working with Retail Management to ensure that all audit actions and recommendations are delivered by the team.

Manage and deliver our place based programmes for young people.
 

Since 2022, we’ve been growing our place-based programmes in key regions across the country - communities full of potential, creativity and ambition, but where young people can face barriers to accessing the same networks and opportunities as their peers.

We’re seeking a project manager to lead this work with our trusted industry partners, working in collaboration with employers, local and combined authorities, schools and charities. We are currently delivering Ignite projects in Blackpool, East Riding of Yorkshire, Liverpool, Middlesbrough, Northampton, Rochdale and London, and may take on additional projects in new locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead our Ignite place-based programmes, managing workshops, employer engagement, and volunteer coordination, while ensuring local partners stay central to design and delivery.
• Oversee programme delivery, stakeholder relationships, coordination and logistics
• Through targeted interventions ensure the right workshops and people are in place to support young people to raise their aspirations, develop their skills and bridge the gap between education and employment

This role is a hybrid of strategic and operational work.

At the Motability Foundation, we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose.  

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that can work flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. This includes a growing portfolio of projects tackling key challenges like inclusive EV charging, complex community transport funding opportunities, and large-scale research such as the National Centre for Accessible Transport.  

We are now recruiting several Grant Managers to join this team and help us deliver our vision. This role works within a dedicated team to assess grant applications from charities and organisations applying to the Motability Foundation for grant-funding to support their work in the disability transport sector. 

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-led team driving change in the transport system for disabled people and to work on some of the most interesting and impactful projects in the sector. 

What you will be doing:

• Manage grant delivery, including assessment, due diligence, contracting, monitoring, and closure, across our funding rounds.  
• Engage with all levels of applicant and grantee organisations to understand their work, assess their proposals, and provide support and challenge to strengthen delivery and outcomes. 
• Undertake financial, reputational, governance, and operational due diligence in line with our policies and risk appetite. 
• Produce high quality assessments of applications for review by our grant panels, including award recommendations.
• Work with applicant organisations to develop and agree contractual grant agreements. 
• Manage and monitor multi-year grant awards to ensure objectives and KPIs are achieved within agreed timescales and budgets.

• Staying abreast of key issues facing the disability and transport sectors, to understand how these shape and influence applications to Motability’s grant programmes. 
• Support delivery of non-traditional funding mechanisms such as challenge prizes, research calls, or commercial commissioning approaches, contributing to assessment and management. 

Your experience:

• Experienced in assessing, managing, monitoring and evaluating grant applications or similar roles related to charitable grant making. 
• Understanding of not-for-profit structures, including charities, social enterprises and other not-for-profit organisations. 
• Experience in writing a variety of styles including academic, reports, and impact.
• Demonstrable ability to prioritise when faced with a continuous flow of applications and variable work load.
• Experience of effectively engaging at all levels within applicant organisations leading discussions where necessary. 
• Good with numbers, and the ability to understand and interpret budgets and accounts.
• Able to engage with grant applicants and build an ongoing positive rapport. 
• Strong IT skills including experience working with the MS Office suite. 
• Experience within the disability sector and/or direct or indirect experience of the mobility challenges faced by disabled people would be advantageous, but not essential.

Overview

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking, with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

The aim of the Interpersonal Trauma Service is to improve the health, wellbeing and safety of people who have been exposed to trauma arising from sexual violence and abuse and/or domestic abuse.

You will work across a specified number of GP practices, to offer support to health professionals working in practices, people who have experience of interpersonal trauma arising from sexual violence and abuse and/or domestic abuse, as well as a service for people at risk of perpetrating abuse.

You and the team will provide training to GP surgeries to improve identification, enquiry, and response for patients. You and your team will also support adults and children who have been impacted by interpersonal trauma with emotional and practical support, focusing on trauma stabilisation. The team will be responsible for facilitating timely access to further appropriate support services where needed.

FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel to GP practices and for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

This role may include evening and weekend work when required.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide specialist, individual and needs-led domestic abuse and sexual violence advocacy and support to patients who are or have experienced, who are referred from participating practices or self-refer, and to provide onward referrals where appropriate. 
• Provide direct assessment, casework support, advice, information, and advocacy through telephone contact, and/or meetings at the relevant practice. 
• Provide support to increase people’s personal safety, and that of any children, and inform them of their rights and options in terms of housing, legal and welfare rights.
• To provide signposting and onward referrals to patients.
• To provide ongoing specialist advice and support around Domestic Abuse (DA) and Sexual Violence (SV) to practice teams. 
• To encourage general practice health professionals to ask patients about their experience of abuse and respond, record, safety check and refer. 
• To provide feedback on case outcomes to referring clinicians. 
• To collect and collate performance and monitoring data for reporting purposes. 
• Provide in-house training and refresher training for general practice teams on understanding, recognising, and responding to DA and SV. 
• Develop good working relationships and liaise with outside agencies where needed.
• Keep accurate records of all referrals received and of work done with or on behalf of service users. 
• Deliver DA and SV training to clinicians and non-clinical staff in participating general practices.
• Develop a good relationship with all general practice staff and work effectively as part of the practice team.

School in a Bag Trading Ltd is the wholly owned trading subsidiary of the charity School in a Bag and all profits made by the company are given to the charity to support its work in providing rucksacks full of educational, hygiene, eating and drinking equipment to displaced, deprived and disadvantaged children across the world. 

We operate a flagship three-day music festival, Home Farm festival, which has grown significantly in recent years. 2026 will be Home Farm Festivals 19th year and having started as a small one stage event it has now grown in profile and numbers, attracting nearly 5000 people on site for the weekend with 100’s of local bands performing, supported by nearly 200 volunteers.

Building on this success, we are now looking to diversify and expand our event portfolio to increase income and reach new audiences. The Event Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our events programme, leading on the management of the existing festival and developing, planning, and executing a wider range of events – from concerts and community initiatives to potential new commercial ventures. 

The role requires a creative, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded individual with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. We are looking for someone with Event Management experience and excellent team and volunteer engagement knowledge. Citizens Advice 1066 is looking for an organized and capable Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our advice initiatives, focusing primarily, but not exclusively, on our energy service. What You'll Be Doing: Project Oversight and Delivery

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they run efficiently, meet targets, and adhere to our quality standards and organizational values. This is a practical management role requiring attention to detail and good communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective setup: Establish all necessary processes, IT systems, and regular meetings required for successful project delivery.
• Reporting and Monitoring: Set up and execute regular data reporting for funders. Monitor project progress against targets, identifying and addressing issues early, and escalating serious concerns to senior management when needed.
• Staff Coordination: In consultation with advice supervisors, schedule client calls and home visits for energy advisers.
• Performance and Quality: Monitor adviser performance regarding client satisfaction and adherence to project procedures. Provide necessary guidance and training to advisers.
• Quality Assurance: Work with advice supervisors to develop consistent templates and scripts for advisers, ensuring the advice meets all required quality standards.
• Communication: Prepare case studies and presentations on projects as required, including delivering presentations to various audiences, both online and in-person.
• Compliance: Ensure projects are delivered fully in line with the ethos of CA1066 and its business plan.
• General Tasks: Carry out other project-related tasks as required to maintain smooth operations.

One25 is a Bristol charity for women moving from crisis and trauma towards independence in the community. It is a highly respected charity working with some of the most marginalised women in Bristol.

One25 services have been developed to meet women at their point of need, with love and practical support. We do this through our night and early morning outreach service which is a lifeline for nearly 200 women on Bristol’s streets. Our Health Hub provides support for women to access health services and healthcare professionals. Our caseworkers offer intensive one-to-one care in any area of need: from support in court to finding somewhere safe to live.

We are recruiting a Van Outreach Worker to lead One25’s van outreach shifts on alternate weekends. The role provides support and sign-posting to women who are street-sex working, leads and supports a small team of volunteers on each shift, provides briefings and debriefs before and after shifts, and makes decisions relating to safeguarding and safety on the van. On alternate weekends, the Weekend Van Outreach Worker provides on-call support to those on shift. There is also one weekly daytime shift in the office to connect with the wider team.

We are looking for someone who is able to bring compassion and a non-judgemental approach to their engagement with the women. You should have great interpersonal skills which help you to support the volunteers who keep One25’s services running. You should be able to think on your feet and, when necessary, be decisive. This is a unique role and every night can be different.
