We are currently looking for dedicated Immigration Advisers (IAA Level 2) to join our growing team to provide immigration advice and casework to destitute migrants. We will be recruiting on a rolling basis for a number of upcoming roles, one of which is a woman only role, so we welcome applications from women. We provide legal advice and a range of welfare support including group work. The ideal candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of immigration and asylum law, as well as have a good understanding of the challenges faced by migrants with NRPF and those at risk of homelessness. They will be able to step immediately into a busy advice environment that includes independent outreach.

We played a leading role in exposing the Windrush scandal and advocate and campaign for lasting changes to policy and practice to address the root causes of the issues faced by at-risk migrants.

We seek an Advice Coordinator and IAA supervisor IAA L2 (IAA L3 desirable), or solicitor with equivalent qualifications for an exciting position leading partnership projects with Shelter, London Youth Gateway, and the East London Foundation Trust Mental Health Services. The post holder will manage and supervise a team of IAA level 1 and 2 immigration advisors providing specialist immigration advice and casework to migrants at risk in London. You will play a key role in coordinating service delivery, including advice drop-ins and outreach visits in mental health settings.

The Senior Communications Strategist will contribute to the delivery of projects on issues like access to justice, achieving health equity, and securing decent and affordable homes for everyone working with partners such as Impact on Urban Health, Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Shelter, and the Law Society.
The successful applicant will be committed to our mission to create better public conversations to achieve social progress - and inspired by using framing research to achieve real world social change.
They will have at least five years’ experience in communications and have excellent written and presentation skills. They will be well organised, proactive and keen to take on a broad range of tasks.
This is a new role joining a small, dynamic organisation.The role is permanent and full time (open to requests to work 3+ days a week). The postholder will be expected to work in-person with the team 2 days a week at our central London office, with the option to work remotely on other days. The full time salary for this role is £52,000 per annum plus benefits.
The Senior Communications Strategist’s key responsibilities are to apply framing research to communications practice, support project delivery, and support our external communications.
We use robust communications research to inform our work with mission-driven organisations to change the story on important social issues.
Role Purpose
This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Royal Hospital Chelsea as Assistant Director of Audience Engagement on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. A core focus of the role is to develop the Royal Hospital Chelsea into a national heritage destination while ensuring our community of veterans remains at the heart of everything we do.
During this fixed term contract, you will be responsible for delivering our public engagement strategy, and drive visits to, and engagement with, the Royal Hospital Chelsea’s heritage, supporting sustained and manageable footfall and increased income through public programmes, secondary spend and commercial visitor opportunities.
You will oversee the successful delivery and operation of the new Visitor Centre within the recently restored Soane Stable Yard, ensuring the visitor experience both onsite and digital is inspiring, inclusive, and impactful. You will also lead our contribution to the Chelsea Heritage Quarter, including co-delivering the annual Chelsea History Festival, working alongside key partners: the National Army Museum and Chelsea Physic Garden.
This role carries senior leadership responsibility, including line management of a talented team covering public programmes, community engagement, visitor experience, and retail. You are also responsible for managing RHC’s relationship with a café concession. You will work closely with colleagues across the Royal Hospital Chelsea and externally to grow our public reach and income potential, positioning the Royal Hospital Chelsea prominently within London’s cultural landscape and the wider heritage sector.
About You
We are looking for an inspiring, strategic leader with a proven track record in the heritage, museums, or visitor attraction sector. You will bring significant experience in audience engagement or similar roles, including at least five in a senior leadership or management capacity. You will be adept at developing and delivering public-facing programmes, and leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of commercial opportunities, and the ability to develop inclusive strategies that attract core, target, and hard-to-reach audiences.

The Royal Hospital Chelsea, home of the iconic Chelsea Pensioners since 1692, is seeking a Marketing Manager to help raise public awareness and support for the organisation, including increasing footfall to our year-round site tours and events programme, to help meet its core objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and proven experience of managing impactful multi-channel campaigns for a respected national institution, ideally in the cultural, charity, military or public sectors. You'll be responsible for marketing a wide range of projects including the recently opened Soane Stable Yard, which is open to the public 7 days a week, working with our partners to promote the Chelsea Heritage Quarter, and further afield with the launch of our Veterans' Outreach programme.
We're looking for:
We are looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional with at least five years’ experience marketing key initiatives for a recognised public institution or national brand. You’ll be hands-on, and equally comfortable planning campaigns and creating content yourself, with an excellent editorial eye across our different channels and a strong understanding of what drives public engagement.
You must be:
- A proactive strategist and executor, who is experienced in marketing a wide range of projects including ideally events to the public.
- Skilled in creating compelling marketing content across our owned channels.
- Experience of delivering effective advertising campaigns including liaising with suppliers, designers, photographers etc.
- An experienced marketeer - and experience of working in a cultural, charity, military or public organisation would be particularly desirable.
