We are seeking a highly capable Infrastructure Engineer to join us at the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR).

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be at the centre of our technology operations joining our high-performing IT team. Working closely with the Infrastructure & Security Manager you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining the College's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing network systems, servers, storage devices, and other related hardware, software, and cloud platforms. Furthermore, you will serve as an escalation point for the ServiceDesk team and support the Infrastructure and Security Manager in implementing and managing security protocols to protect company data and systems from potential threats.
In addition, you'll provide vital support for examination systems, ensuring all IT equipment and software are set up and functioning perfectly. Your general IT support will be invaluable as you resolve user IT problems, assist in delivering technology projects, and collaborate with third-party service providers to keep our systems running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
- Infrastructure Management: Support the design, implementation, and operation of technology systems, including cloud services, hosting, on-premises network, and server infrastructure.

- Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, and respond to escalations via the IT Service Desk.

What you’ll need:

This role will be accountable for:
Supporting the event owner in the successful planning and execution of all events across the charity, including the Families, Supporter and Operations Teams at Scotty's. This will include developing, promoting and delivering a range of events that align with our mission and values, drives supporter engagement, cultivates opportunities for our families to bond, and provides team collaboration.

We are recruiting a Dad Matters Coordinator to help us reach more families in Brent. This is a great opportunity for someone with parenting experience to support new dads at a critical time in their parenting journey.
The Dad Matters Coordinator will support dads with attachment and bonding, mental health and access to services. You will have the ability to work with professionals and healthcare services to ensure dads are engaged, supported and heard within clinical pathways. Additionally, you will help develop and run group sessions with dads and will be at the forefront of growing our volunteering opportunities.
No formal experience of healthcare, mental health services or children's services is required - you will just need the compassion and skills to enable dads to have those difficult conversations, and talk about how they’re really feeling.
We are looking for someone proactive who is keen to make a difference. Someone with good people-skills, who can build on our existing relationships in the borough. The work requires a regular presence in Brent for visibility, field-based community engagement and training.
