What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to a new early-intervention mental health service in Ealing, helping clinicians, families, schools and partner agencies work smoothly together to support children and young people.

• Managing referrals, enquiries and appointment coordination for families, schools and professionals
• Liaising with multi-agency partners and supporting the delivery of workshops, consultations and community interventions
• Maintaining accurate service data, producing reports and ensuring records are kept up to date
• Handling day-to-day team administration, including correspondence, meeting support and general operational tasks
• Representing the service at internal and external meetings and working in line with safeguarding, EDI and organisational policie

What you’ll bring

You’ll be well suited to this role if you’re organised, collaborative and able to work effectively in a busy multidisciplinary setting, supporting services that work directly with children, young people and families.

• Experience working in a busy office setting, ideally within a health, education or voluntary-sector service
• Strong administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping, data collation and producing reports

Key details

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week: usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is possible

About the role

We are seeking a Community Fundraising Officer to lead and deliver a small number of high-impact virtual fundraising challenges and supporter-led events each year.

This role exists to generate lumpy, time-bound income spikes through well-executed campaigns.

This is a delivery-focused, commercially minded position suited to someone who is comfortable working with data, managing budgets, and being accountable for results.

Key responsibilities

Virtual fundraising challenges (core responsibility):

• Designing and delivering 3–4 virtual fundraising challenges per year.
• Managing each challenge end-to-end, including campaign concept and structure, participant onboarding and journey, fundraising targets, timelines, delivery, and wrap-up.
• Running private Facebook Groups or similar community spaces during live challenge periods.
• Managing paid incentives and paid social advertising budgets.
• Ensuring challenges are repeatable, scalable, and cost-effective.

Supporter-led and external events

• Coordinating and promoting participation in:
• Run for Charity events
• Overseas challenge events (e.g. treks)
• Peer-to-peer fundraising (e.g. birthday fundraisers or evergreen P2P)
• Acting as the main point of contact for supporters taking part
• Providing clear guidance, materials, and support while keeping delivery light-touch

Income, data & performance

• Owning net income targets for each campaign
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance

About you

You will bring:

• Experience in community fundraising, events fundraising, or supporter-led campaigns
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver campaigns to deadline
• High-performance mindset with confidence working to clear income targets and demonstrating Return on Investment (ROI)
• Proficiency with digital platforms and tools such as:Meta Ads, FundraiseUp and/or Raisely, Google Analytics.

We tell the human stories of how everyday people, communities, and places are building fairer, greener futures, especially where narratives around climate action are more contested. Our place-based storytellers use community insights, journalistic expertise, and creative storytelling to shift narratives and humanise the transition.

About the role  

We are looking for a Digital Innovation Lead to position us at the cutting-edge of digital, locally based storytelling about the climate transition.

Part of this role will be overseeing our approach to social media. But more than that, the successful candidate will bring their know-how and entrepreneurial flair to help us reimagine our digital storytelling on the climate transition.

From TikTok to hyper-local Facebook groups, from AI-powered analysis to multimedia experimentation, you will help the Exchange build a digital game that’s contemporary, sector-leading, ethical and true to both our mission and our USP as locally rooted, authentic, people-led storytellers.

In depth technical expertise (for example, in the mechanics of video creation) is not essential. Knowing where to get it, how to use it - and what great looks like for an organisation like us - is.

The Digital Innovation Lead will deploy audience and platform insight, social listening, and restless creativity. They will ensure our digital storytelling has scale, reach and narrative-shaping impact in its own right, and as a complement and added dimension to our existing, sector-leading print, broadcast and online journalism.

We want someone who can work collaboratively to challenge our assumptions and try new things, while holding on to what makes the Exchange’s storytelling special: our authenticity and people-first approach.

Key responsibilities  

• Shape and deliver a digital innovation strategy that harnesses the Exchange’s USP and place-based focus to impactfully engage audiences, share stories, and measurably influence local narratives.

The Café – Nourishing Food, Nurturing Community

Our café is the social heart of The Bridge — a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive space where everyone can connect, share, and feel at home. Serving seasonal, plant-based meals prepared in-house, the café champions women-led enterprises and affordable, healthy food. It hosts many of our wellbeing and creative programmes, and through initiatives like the Pay-What-You-Can Supper Club, supports emerging women chefs and builds everyday acts of care and solidarity. The café has the opportunity to not only advances our mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing but also generates vital trading income and partnership opportunities.

While it currently operates at a deficit, it plays a vital role in advancing our wellbeing and community objectives. We are now focused on realising its full commercial potential. The ITF is looking for an experienced administrative leader to head our Maritime Administration team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of support across our global maritime work.

About the Role

The Head of Maritime Administration will lead the London-based team responsible for providing reliable, high-quality administrative support to the ITF’s maritime sections, department and affiliates. The role combines strategic oversight with practical, day-to-day management to ensure teams have the systems, structures and information they need to deliver their workplans.

Job Description

In2research is a high impact and evidence informed social mobility programme for socioeconomically disadvantaged people to access and progress in postgraduate study. Our mission is to drive sector change across institutions towards an inclusive research culture. We strongly believe that it is not enough to guide underrepresented people into postgraduate study, but to ensure that the culture they are entering is inclusive and a place where they can thrive. Over a year, we support participants to gain vital access to both knowledge and opportunities including a paid 8-week research placement and subject specific mentoring. 

As the In2research Alumni Officer, you will deliver a programme of continued support for the In2research participants increasing their ability to apply and be admitted to postgraduate research degrees and opportunities, as well as supporting our mission to foster an increased sense of belonging within the research community for individuals from minority groups. The post holder will have strong knowledge and understanding of the barriers facing young people from low socioeconomic and minority backgrounds accessing postgraduate research degrees and research opportunities.

About the role

This role is accountable for playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of safe, high-quality safeguarding processes, procedures, reporting systems across Galop. It is also entrusted with reporting to the board, promoting a culture of safeguarding and learning from safeguarding incidents.

This is a high-impact and strategically significant position, ensuring the development and enhancement of safeguarding frameworks.

The post-holder will act as the organisation’s Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, with the Director of Services continuing to hold the Designated Safeguarding Lead role. The post-holder will also work closely with Heads of Service, service managers, senior leadership, trustees, and teams across the organisation to foster a culture in which safeguarding is deeply embedded and consistently prioritised.

This role holds the responsibility for delivering high quality operations, quality assuring and working on key cases

Due to the nature of the role, regular evening and weekend work may be required. Hybrid working is available, but it is anticipated that this role will be required to regularly work and attend meetings in the Galop building in central London.

Salary

This role is on grade B on Galop’s pay scales. The starting salary is scale point B1, which equates to £48,316.64 per year (including London Weighting of £4,212.01).
