- You’ll be able to have a good level of communication and be able to recognise when to adapt you communication to ensure it is being delivered in a way which is accessible to others.
- You know how to work as a team and be able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to achieve a shared goal.
We offer lots of great benefits including enhanced pay for expectant parents, at least 6-weeks’ holiday, sustainable travel incentives and a confidential employee advice service and assistance programme. Inclusion is central to the Guild. We approach our work collaboratively, empower our people and celebrate our uniqueness.
