Our grants run alongside learning programmes, challenging and supporting leaders. We’re innovative in how we do this, through both traditional and enterprise grants. We lead on Match Trading™, a grant that challenges leaders to grow their trading income, and we are working on further grants innovations.

You will work with our Grants Team, Project Co-ordinators and Assessment Lead to develop and support grant management across a range of programmes. Your role will be to lead on specific programmes, including supporting assessment, onboarding and grant management. You will ensure that grantees are fully supported to manage their grants and ensure that grant management is compliant, auditable, efficient, and timely. You will support the development of grant policies and processes, writing grant paperwork and documentation, overseeing payments, and reporting to the wider Programmes Team and others about our work.

You don’t need to have managed grants before, but you do need to have a good understanding of a wide range enterprises and charities, gained through experience of training, business consultancy or development support. You will have a good understanding of business models, legal structures and financial systems that social and environmental organisations and community run and owned businesses may use. You will need to understand social enterprise finances, be able to read accounts, budgets, cashflows and have a good knowledge of social enterprise income streams.

We need someone who understands how hard it is to start up and grow social and environmental enterprises and can support people from diverse backgrounds in managing their grant, finances and growing their business.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our service based in Romford . Our service is a Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) based in Havering. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. 

You will also support some day-to-day team responsibilities, including providing tailored support directly to residents. As a Manager, you will help drive service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma‑ and psychologically informed environment. You will work collaboratively with the team, wider services, and external partners to ensure the service runs smoothly. We’re looking for a solution‑focused individual with experience in similar service environments, who can create a safe space for individuals to learn and grow, while continuing to embed trauma‑informed and psychologically informed practice that puts people and communities at the forefront. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a refuge for women and children surviving domestic abuse, many of whom are living with trauma. You'll ensure the team are empowered, with the right tools and resources to deliver a seamless service that supports residents through their healing journey, helping them overcome personal challenges and work towards independence and their goals.

The service spans over 3 buildings and you will help lead a team of support mentors and children and family workers. We’re looking for a solution focused leader who is passionate about the resident group, committed to trauma informed and inclusive practice, and driven to make lasting change. You will ensure full contract and regulatory compliance while leading your team to meet KPIs and service requirements.

The Merton Social Prescribing service is one of the most established and mature services in the UK and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.We are seeking an individual to join our successful service in Southwest London. This role will help to strengthen the links between Primary Care, voluntary and public services to improve patients’ health and wellbeing. 

You will provide a person centred service to patients within Primary Care GP practices in Merton, and you will also support each patient to access appropriate services provided by voluntary and community organisations and other agencies.

Social prescribing expands the options available in Primary Care by creating a ‘managed’ way for referrals of patients with social, emotional and/or practical needs. About you

Exposure to an Enterprise CMS (Squiz Matrix, Sitecore, Umbraco) and social media tools (such as Sprout Social) would be an advantage, alongside formal certification in digital marketing, social media, analytics, content creation, UX or accessibility. Social Media Officer

About FT FLIC’s programmes

FT FLIC has developed an award-winning financial literacy curriculum for secondary schools and is now working with national partners to build a comprehensive catalogue of digital resources for adult learners.

With input from FT journalists, production specialists, educators, and beneficiaries, we are creating a diverse range of engaging materials. These include visual, audio, and text-based content within a continuously evolving learning hub.

Our in-house production includes educational videos and supporting materials designed to equip beneficiaries with essential financial literacy skills, helping them manage everyday finances and pursue their financial goals.

The role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Video Officer to support the production, editing and distribution of engaging financial education content across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in video production, social media management and content strategy, working within a dynamic creative team.

You will assist in scripting, filming, editing, and distributing both short-form and long-form video content, ensuring it is optimised for different social platforms. Working closely with the Video and Social Media Manager, you will help bring financial literacy content to life in a way that is clear, engaging, and accessible.

You will also support the optimisation of content across platforms, monitor performance, and contribute ideas to improve engagement. A strong awareness of social media trends and audience behaviour will be key to ensuring our content resonates with the right audiences.

This role is crucial in our mission to provide clear, up-to-date, and accessible financial education resources, helping people navigate the financial world, avoid common pitfalls, and maximise opportunities. You will have a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies, ensuring our content is both informative and compelling.

You will be comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team in a fast-paced, creative environment. There will also be opportunities to contribute to new content formats, support live video sessions, and attend industry events.

Beyond reaching beneficiaries, this role will also support the creation of content that communicates FT FLIC’s impact to a broader range of stakeholders, including funders, corporate partners, policymakers, and educators. Key Duties for Form F Assessors include:

• To undertake and complete Form F assessments in the timescale set out in our policy and guidance.
• To visit personal referees as identified on application form for prospective foster carers.
• To ensure that all checks and references are undertaken and completed.
• To provide to the supervisor, regular written updates of the draft assessment.
• To liaise with our administrative team concerning the progress of administrative checks and completion of the Form F.
• To be available for supervision, consultation or liaison as required.
• To be available to present completed Form Fs to the virtual fostering panel and provide support to the applicants through this process.
• To be aware of our child protection procedures and immediately report any child protection matter or concerns to a TACT manager and any relevant placing authority and the area authority.
• To carry out the duties in line with our Foster Carer and Supervising Social Worker Standards and Practice Guidance.

Rates of Pay for Form F Assessors

The Role

You’ll work closely with foster carers and social work colleagues to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support and improve outcomes for children and young people.

• Experience in digital strategic development and execution of social media channels and content
