About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organised Direct Marketing and Fundraising Officer to support our Public Fundraising team. In this varied role, you'll help deliver engaging fundraising campaigns, manage supporter journeys, and ensure our fundraising efforts run smoothly.

You'll also provide key administrative and project support to the team and the Director of Fundraising and Marketing, with the chance to develop your skills in digital fundraising, data reporting, and campaign coordination. About You

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to draft professional documents and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital collaboration tools and CRM systems is essential. You’ll also have good numeracy skills and experience maintaining financial records. A natural team player, you’ll be adaptable, able to prioritise a demanding workload, and remain calm under pressure — particularly during emergency fundraising appeals.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in the coordination and delivery of public fundraising activities during emergency appeals, including managing content and materials, liaising with member agencies, and supporting with reporting and updates for senior stakeholders.

· Provide high-quality administrative support to the Fundraising and Marketing Director and wider team, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and general team logistics.

· Help develop and deliver fundraising materials across direct marketing and digital channels, gather content, and ensure assets are approved and shared with key stakeholders.

· Maintain and update fundraising budgets, process invoices, and support post-appeal reviews with external suppliers and partners.

· Contribute to digital activities by supporting basic analytics, user journey testing, and content creation for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, with opportunities to take part in digital innovation workshops.

This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home and join Team Together Days in a co-working space in London 2-3 individual days each month. These days are considered commuting days. At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Youth Engagement Officer – Autistic and OK to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract.

The Youth Engagement Officer will play a central role in ensuring autistic young people are meaningfully involved in shaping and delivering the next phase of the Autistic and OK programme. You will support the co-design and development of new peer-led workshops for the schools toolkit and developing resources for a whole school approach, collaborating with colleagues in the Participation team and a diverse group of autistic young people.

The successful applicant will be fluent in French or Spanish as well as English, or ideally all three, with a proven track record of impactful journalism and/or securing high-level media coverage as part of a press office.

We are looking for someone with a passion for our work and the drive, experience and skills to build our audiences, raise the profile of our campaigns and get our perspectives in front of key decision-makers. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communication plans and campaigns to support EJF’s policy work in the EU

• Ensure impactful and consistent coverage of our campaigns, and the issues they cover, in high-profile media outlets

• Prepare press releases and media packs for report launches and external developments, ensuring both proactive and reactive coverage

• Respond swiftly to media enquiries

• Research and actively engage media contacts and outlets, remotely and in person, to increase EJF’s reach, building a database to record and evaluate this outreach

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Intern to support our marketing and communications team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in arts and heritage marketing, working within a small, passionate team to promote our courses, exhibitions, and embroidery studio.

Key Responsibilities:

About the role

CARE International UK is looking for a Programme Officer to provide administrative support within our Programme and Policy Department.

You’ll support the Women Lead in Emergencies (WLiE) team to deliver efficient and responsive technical services for the confederation by managing information and administrative systems for the team, including team travel, contracts and budget administration and logistical support for the WLiE Community of Practice. As this is a global team, in addition to English, you will be comfortable working in one other of the CARE global languages (Arabic, French and/or Spanish).

You will also provide discrete administrative support to the Director and Team Heads of the Programme and Policy Department, including coordination of information on humanitarian emergencies and administration for the Information and Transformation Committee.

About the role:

This role is based at our London office in Old Street (EC2A 4BQ)

As a Service Delivery Assistant you will:

• Provide high quality administrative support to the team and service.
• Update and maintain manual and computerised database and case management systems and records in accordance with the service's internal policies/procedures and organisational standards.
• Manage general queries into the service.
• Collate and supply information and correspondence to internal and external contacts in accordance with required deadlines.
• Liaise with referring agencies to improve referral information and the general referral process for victims. May include following up to secure information included in incoming referrals.
• Provide general office administration support which could include photocopying, filing, data entry, ordering of office supplies, processing invoices, raising purchase orders and minute taking at meetings.
• Help to coordinate external communication, management of local social media accounts and preparation of materials to help promote the service.
