Drive is a high risk / high harm domestic abuse perpetration intervention. Its sole aim is to reduce the risk posed by those using high levels of harm towards family members and / or (ex) partners. This is achieved via disruption, diversion and direct behaviour change work, where safe to do so, within a multi-agency framework. 

The role

As Drive Service Manager, you will lead the delivery and development of the DRIVE service working with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. You'll manage and support a team of frontline practitioners, ensuring the service is safe, effective and delivers meaningful behaviour change while prioritising victim safety. Working closely with commissioners, statutory partners and the wider Drive Partnership, you'll champion a collaborative, multi-agency approach, oversee service performance, and help shape the operational and strategic direction of the programme locally.

About you

 You'll have experience of managing teams within domestic abuse, criminal justice, safeguarding or a related field, with a strong understanding of working with high-risk individuals and managing complex risk. You'll be confident leading staff, providing effective supervision, and ensuring services are delivered safely, consistently and to a high standard.

You'll have experience of working in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies, building effective relationships and contributing to multi-agency responses. Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to balance operational demands with strategic priorities are essential. You'll also be comfortable analysing performance information, producing reports and using data to drive service improvement.

About the role:

Join our Wandsworth accommodation service as a Day Concierge and be right at the centre of the day-to-day running of the building. This is hands-on, front-of-house work where you’ll be the first face people see and the steady presence that keeps things running smoothly. Our client looking for an Assistant Support Worker (known internally as Duty Worker) to join their team in Hounslow. The Hounslow LIFE service is a large multi-site service that currently has a staff team of 31 supporting 86 clients; covering specialism's such as Homelessness, Substance Use and Mental Health. The service focuses on supporting residents around their strengths and aspiration's for the future.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their new Assessment Hub team at Apple Tree Cottage, providing rapid assessment and support into appropriate accommodation to clients over a 28-day period, ensuring those at risk of rough sleeping and homelessness can be directed to services suitable to their immediate, medium and longer term needs. 

The role of a Duty Worker is to jointly manage the safe day to day running of the project with other members of the team and to provide support and advice to clients. 

• The first point of contact at Reception or over the phone for clients and visitors
• Responsible for coordinating the Health and Safety within the service with the support of the Service Manager. 
• Expected to regularly participate in team meetings and other ad hoc project groups as agreed with the management and team of the project.

Please note, due to the needs of their services, there is a requirement to work a shift rota, so flexibility is required. This will include some weekends and bank holidays.

For this role staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

Open Door North East (ODNE) is an Award Winning, values‑led charity supporting refugees, people seeking asylum and other vulnerable migrants across the Tees Valley.

Founded over 23 years ago from a local church’s desire to welcome people seeking sanctuary, ODNE has grown into an independent charity with 23 staff and around 40 volunteers, supporting more than 2,000 people each year through a range of services.

Open Door North East is seeking a compassionate, organised and practical Support Worker to join our Supported Accommodation team.

This role is based within ODNE‑managed homes, providing day‑to‑day housing‑related and practical support to people placed in our supported accommodation. Residents are living in rooms within ODNE properties and receive structured, relational support to help them stabilise, sustain their accommodation and move towards greater independence.

Penrose Jigsaw Service is a forensic mental health service and work in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLaM).  You will empower and motivate both our male and female residents and participants to achieve their personal goals and gain greater independence, supporting their reintegration into the community. You will provide tailored, person-centred support using a recovery model, ensuring our services are flexible and responsive to individual needs while meeting the expectations of our commissioners and stakeholders.

Your focus is on successful community reintegration and a sustained quality of life, guided by a recovery model that enables clients to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities through interactive and preventative approaches. We provide supported accommodation within a forensic step-down service, delivering residential and community-based support. We provide intensive accommodation-based support (six flats) and floating support (dispersed flats) designed to address the complex and challenging needs of our residents and participants. Support includes medication support, supervision, and regular health and safety checks, tailored to meet the complex and challenging needs of our residents and participants.

About the role

This role is based at our National Contact Centre in Cardiff.

As a Caseworker you will be: -

• Effectively manage a caseload of self-referrals or referred service users, delivering excellent services which support service goals to victims. Where relevant to undertake initial proactive contact with victims, explaining VS services and promoting the benefits of accessing support.
• Ensuring each victim receives an individually appropriate tailored support and information service that fully meets their needs, keeping complex needs central to all processes and decisions.

Our Eastbourne and Hailsham servicesprovide 24-hour supported housing for young people aged 16–25, offering low to medium levels of housing-related support. Eastbourne Foyer houses 33 young people, while our two Hailsham sites - Grove House and Newton Park - houses 7 and 3 young people respectively, all with shared communal facilities. Across all three sites, we support residents to develop the skills needed for independent living. This includes managing finances and budgeting, building life and work skills, and maintaining personal self-care.

Our staff take a trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach, supporting residents to build essential life skills, identify personal goals, and work towards their aspirations so they can move on to independent and fulfilling futures. Our dedicated team of Support Workers, Night Workers, and Bank Workers provide personalised guidance, practical assistance, and signposting in key areas including housing, budgeting, daily living skills, employment, and healthy relationship building.

We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our team at Eastbourne Foyer, with the expectation of working from our other sites in Hailsham when required. You will hold a caseload of residents and carry out regular key work sessions with them each week. Through these sessions, you will work together to develop personalised support plans, track progress, and help residents achieve their goals.

Main areas of responsibilities are:

Housing and Compliance

• Support young people to understand and comply with their occupancy agreements, including coaching them to meet house rules and responsibilities as part of preparing for successful independent living.
• Promote a strong rent‑payment and credit culture, encouraging residents to maintain regular payments and understand their financial obligations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of housing legislation, welfare benefits, and statutory requirements affecting young people, ensuring practice aligns with current housing law and organisational policies.
• Respond promptly and effectively to breaches of agreement, including rent arrears, antisocial behaviour, or property damage, using restorative approaches where appropriate and working collaboratively with the wider team.

Coaching and Engagement

• Coach young people so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and take the lead in acquiring the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.
• Ensure young people are encouraged to take responsibility for their own personal development, to engage with the services on offer and build strong networks and connections within the local community.
• Ensure consistent standards of safeguarding and Trauma Informed Practice when supporting young people, observing our safeguarding procedures, and keeping yourself and residents safe by respecting professional boundaries.
• Maintain client records on In-Form (client database) detailing the young person’s journey in relation to their strengths and needs, any risks, and any outcomes (to monitor service performance).

There will be times when lone working will be a requirement for this role, but you will get to know the team and service, along with an induction and training prior to starting on a rota.

Experience and Knowledge

• Experience in housing or supported accommodation, ideally supporting young people with multiple and complex needs.
• Strong understanding of occupancy agreements, rent management, welfare benefits, and tenancy sustainment.
• Ability to manage arrears, ASB, and other non‑compliance issues using appropriate and restorative approaches.
• Good knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding procedures, and compliance requirements, with the ability to maintain clear professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with statutory and voluntary services available to young people and ability to work proactively with a caseload to support progression towards independent living.

Skills and Abilities

• Confident in record‑keeping, including case notes, incident reporting, and health and safety checks.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing for appropriate recording of a resident’s progression, and to evidence outcomes achieved.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including signposting and advocating for clients as necessary.
• Ability to work autonomously, and use own initiative, as well as being part of a team.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, good IT, and keyboard skills.
• Ability to de-escalate volatile situations and manage challenging behaviour appropriately.

About the role

This role is based in Pontypool Police Station, Pontypool, it is offered on a hybrid working basis and there is a requirement for travel throughout the area.

As a Caseworker- Children and Uong People you will be:

• Managing a caseload of Victims of Crime with the highest level of need, both directly, through in-depth, 1:1 support, and indirectly, by working other service providers. Undertaking face to face support, case-tracking and management.
• Carry out effective management of volunteers, assessing their competence to practice using national guidelines
• Promote the work of Victim Support by attending local community and public events

You will need:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering a service and working directly with clients or service users in a statutory, voluntary or Multi-Agency Setting(s)
• Experience of Managing a caseload including complex case management.
• Understanding and knowledge of the requirement for confidentiality and safe working practice and maintenance of files in accordance with the data Protection Act and other legal requirements
• Understanding and knowledge of an active commitment to promoting equal opportunities and diversity.
• Experience of managing safeguarding issues and relevant legislation
• Managing, value, providing support and guidance to a team with a strong client service focus
• Ability to promote the work of a multi-agency hub

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced and motivated HIV Peer Support Advice Worker to provide onsite social welfare advice and support to people living with HIV across South London hospital HIV services. This 28-hour per week fixed-term role will be based in a clinical settings on a rota basis and focus on supporting people who are newly diagnosed through Emergency Department opt-out testing, those returning to HIV care, and people who may need additional help to engage with treatment and manage the wider factors affecting their health and wellbeing.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Registered Practitioner Psychologist with a background in clinical psychology to join our team in Croydon. The service offers a psychologically informed environment across four sites, providing low to high support forensic mental health services to our residents with forensic mental health needs, complex conditions, and dual diagnosis. In this role, you will drive the delivery of evidence based psychological assessments and interventions aimed at the rehabilitation and reintegration of our residents into the communities. This is a creative, evolving, and impactful role which works closely with our Group Psychological Lead and wider teams to provide support to staff and at times residents to support in providing a streamlined and psychologically informed service.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Provide advice, guidance, and support to the team with supporting our residents to overcome personal challenges and create a supportive environment
• Advise and streamline best practices, and enhance the overall skills and expertise of the team to deliver high quality care and support
• Provide clinical supervision to the team
• Provide highly specialised psychological assessments for our residents with mental health and complex needs
• Exercise full clinical responsibility for residents psychological care as a care coordinator within a multidisciplinary team
• Formulate and implement plans for various therapy routes and management of assessing mental health conditions based upon appropriate conceptual frameworks and evidence-based practices

About You

We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, able to proactively encourage, take leadership and ownership for creating a psychologically informed environment. You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively within the organisation and with external partners, collaborating with external stakeholders regularly in a multidisciplinary approach. You will be able to utilise your own expertise and support in empowering the wider team to enhance their skills to deliver a service which is supportive, safe, and in line with best practice for the organisation and external regulatory bodies. 

• HCPC Registration is essential
• Post-graduate doctoral level training as a Registered Practitioner Psychologist including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology
• Previous experience working as a qualified clinical and/or forensic psychologist, including working with people with complex backgrounds/needs and a good understanding of the sector we run our services in
• Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
• Understanding of criminology, psychology, and behavioural patterns, and how they link to different behaviours and engagement
• Ability to understand and apply safeguarding protocols as they arise
• Ability and willingness to show flexibility in working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
