Wandsworth WellFamily and Foodbank Service is an adult mental health service serving the Wandsworth community and based in foodbanks and GP surgeries across the London Borough of Wandsworth. We offer short term, holistic support focusing on the needs of the whole family whilst directly supporting the adult.
New funding has enabled us to create this post which will focus on increasing our capacity and inclusivity to provide emotional and practical support to the most vulnerable foodbank guests, who present with complex needs. Location: Home-based, Hertfordshire, however frequent travel will be required as part of this role (to include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

About the Role
The Learning Support Team offers support to Teams helping young people to develop core skills – both practical and academic, widen their existing interests, and explore new ideas. You will be involved in delivering group and one-to-one sessions, Maths and English tuition, tailored to individual needs; working with the rest of the team around the young person to ensure all our young people are provided with appropriate access to education engagement.

Job Purpose:
The Project Development Manager will be the main point of contact for the collaboration. Senior Outreach Worker
28 hours per week

Fixed term to end March 2026.
We are looking for a Senior Outreach Worker post in North West locality of Westminster to oversee direct case work with families, to support particularly those families identified as being in the greatest need.
You will deliver family support through home visits and one to one meetings. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing reach and engagement to support participation in activities through the school holidays. You will be responsible for line managing a small team of Outreach Workers, including recruitment, supervisions / appraisals and day to day support of the team.
You will have experience of community and outreach work with diverse communities and of using a wide range of techniques to engage with isolated individuals and communities. You will have experience of line management of staff and/or volunteers. We are also looking for someone with good communication skills, both oral and written. You will have good networking skills and the ability to produce materials in a large range of formats for both families and professionals. Being able to speak/write Arabic is desirable.
