We're looking for an Events Fundraising Coordinator to help deliver a range of third party fundraising events. Working closely with the Events Fundraising Manager, you'll play an important role in event delivery, helping to achieve fundraising goals and create outstanding supporter experiences.
Contract: This is a fixed term contract until the 15th January 2027

About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll help turn plans into successful fundraising events. You'll manage priorities, find solutions and keep projects moving forward while building strong relationships with supporters, colleagues and partners.
You'll:

- Coordinate the delivery of third party fundraising events.
- Support event delivery, including during our busy autumn season.
- Build and manage relationships with supporters, suppliers, partners and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate event and supporter data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, supporter engagement and event delivery.
- Contribute to achieving fundraising income and participation targets.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to deliver high-quality events and campaigns.

About You

INDAZ

We are seeking a motivated educator who is driven to create social change in society to join our team! The ideal candidate will have an understanding of anti-Muslim hatred and how this affects young people in the UK today. We are looking for someone who is excited to help expand and develop this project even further. As a Project Coordinator, you will be delivering informal educational workshops in secondary schools, working within a vibrant team of experienced educators, as well as managing day to day administration to ensure the smooth running of the project. Moreover, you will have the chance to collaborate with a range of exciting partners including other anti-discrimination organisations and other stakeholders in the field of hate crime.

Stand Up! Education Against Discrimination brings Jewish & Muslim educators into the classroom to facilitate informal conversations with young people.​ By creating a safe space and through free interactive workshops, students are empowered to learn about and act against racism and discrimination with a specific focus on antisemitism and anti-Muslim hate. Young people are provided with the tools on how to report hate crime, whilst developing their sense of social responsibility to their local communities and British society as a whole.

The programme has reached over 150,000 young people across the country since its inception in 2017 and has received recognition from the Mayor of London, Sir Sadiq Khan, who funds the programme through the Shared Endeavour Fund. Workshops are delivered by expert facilitators who create a safe space for young people to debunk myths and misconceptions about the Muslim and Jewish communities.

Are you an excellent communicator who is able to motivate and empower others?

We are looking for new team members to join our service supporting Carers across Havering to improve their health and wellbeing, and access wider support that meets their needs.

This is a great opportunity to support local communities, working with Adult Carers and Young Adult Carers and helping them to make informed choices, build confidence, sustain their independence, and access support that meets their individual needs. You will carry out assessments to understand people’s individual circumstances and level of need, working together to co-produce support plans. This will involve meeting Carers in community settings and conducting home visits. The team also facilities coffee mornings and activities offering Carers opportunities for peer support and to take a break from caring.

You’ll build on your local knowledge to signpost and facilitate access for Carers to support services, including financial and benefit advice, housing, health and safety home systems, and leisure and social activities. You will support the development of escalation plans so that Carers are prepared for unforeseen circumstances that would impact negatively on ability to care.

We have a part-time role available (22.5 hours), and applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with Carers and/or vulnerable adults in a relevant sector. It’s essential that you are confident using IT and maintaining excellent records. You’ll need a practical understanding of barriers faced by Carers, and an awareness of cultural differences and access to services.

Due to the area covered by the service, you will need a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The postholder will coordinate delivery of Spectra’s agreed P3 counselling provision, ensuring that counselling activity, safeguarding practice, monitoring information, outcomes data and partnership communication are maintained in line with the requirements of the P3 service. You will also provide a reflective space for staff at P3, for youth wellbeing coaches to reflect on their work with young people.

Key aspects include overseeing client intake, undertaking client assessments, and delivering short-term counselling with clients (6-12 sessions). You will ensure a high-quality and consistent delivery across the YP counselling service in line with KPIs and outcome frameworks. Alongside client sessions, regular meetings with both Spectra and P3 staff, compiling reports and management of safeguarding concerns.

Increasing referrals and building strong relationships in Hillingdon will be an integral focus, especially in complex cases where young people require referrals or are engaged with other services.

Hours: Part Time, 21 hours per week over a Monday, Thursday and Friday

Salary: £24,479.00 to £25,900.00, dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience (pro-rata £14,687.40 to £15,540.00)

Admissions Coordinator

At Yeldall Manor, we have been helping men overcome drug and alcohol addiction for 50 years through our residential rehabilitation programme and Christian recovery community. We believe that lasting recovery is possible and are committed to supporting individuals to rebuild their lives, restore relationships and develop a renewed sense of purpose.

We are looking for a commited Christian to join our Recovery Coordination Team as an organised and proactive Admissions Coordinator. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, commissioners, families and referring agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive a professional, welcoming and supportive experience from their first enquiry through to admission.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, experience working with vulnerable adults or within health and social care settings, and a passion for helping people begin their recovery journey.

What will you do?

• Manage enquiries from prospective residents, families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and referral agencies.
• Line manage admissions officers 
• Coordinate the admissions process from initial enquiry through assessment and admission.
• Conduct and arrange admissions interviews, both in person and remotely.
• Review referrals, risk assessments, professional reports and supporting information.
• Assess suitability of applicants against programme criteria and make recommendations regarding admission.
• Maintain regular communication with applicants, referrers and commissioners throughout the admissions journey.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, probation services, healthcare professionals and partner organisations.
• Coordinate admission arrangements, funding approvals and placement planning.
• Maintain accurate admissions records, databases and documentation.
• Produce admissions, occupancy and referral reports as required.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working within health, social care, addiction recovery, rehabilitation, housing or related services.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop positive and professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Programme Coordinator

The Race Equality Foundation has been awarded a transformative multi-year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) as part of its Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership. The programme will establish three Anti-Racism Collaboratives (ARCs), each bringing together voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, people with lived experience, health and care organisations, local authorities and other partners to tackle the structural causes of ethnic health inequities through co-production, evidence and collective action.

As Programme Coordinator, you will play a central role in enabling the successful delivery of this ambitious programme. Working closely with the Lead Changemaker, Changemakers and colleagues across the Foundation, you will ensure the programme has the systems, coordination and administrative support needed to deliver high-quality partnership working and meaningful co-production across the three ARCs. ​

This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will coordinate meetings and events, maintain programme systems and records, support communications, and ensure partners and community members are well supported to participate in programme activities. By enabling the smooth day-to-day operation of the programme, you will help create the conditions for partners and communities to work together to tackle structural racism and reduce health inequities.

Person Specification​

Essential​

• An understanding of structural racism, health inequities and the Race Equality Foundation's commitment to anti-racist practice.​

• At least 12 months' experience in programme or project coordination, administration or a similar role.​

• Experience of maintaining records and managing information using spreadsheets, databases or other digital systems.​

• Experience of organising meetings, events or activities involving multiple stakeholders.​

• Experience of responding professionally to enquiries by email and telephone.​

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.​

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately to deadlines.​

Job summary

This role will predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers and Support Officer across the UK in the effective planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training to meet the strategic objectives. The postholder will be required to work directly with young people and their families, schools, colleagues, partner organisations and professionals, delivering accredited training across the UK.

The person

You will be part of the Young People’s Services Team who provide a range of services and activities for young wheelchair users and their families. You will have a friendly and professional approach to working with families and professionals and be highly organised to manage planning, delivery and relevant paperwork for all wheelchair skills services. 

Key accountabilities

• Coordination and delivery of wheelchair skills training, travel training and train the trainer across the UK.
• Conduct on site visits prior to delivery of travel training to plan routes and inform risk assessments.
• Book relevant modes of transport for travel training sessions.
• Writing Service Level Agreements for key partners; content providers and schools.
• Obtaining information from content providers and schools, such as Public Liability, DBS and key Risk Assessments.
• Writing Care Plans & Risk Assessments.
• Ensure schools complete paperwork for accredited services and liaise with Skills & Education group regarding learners
• Sending event invites to young people and families and updating the database as required.
• Updating all documentation for events and participants onto the database.
• Promoting Whizz Kidz services to third party organisations in order to drive new applications/referrals.
• Attending events such as Kidz to Adultz exhibitions to promote Whizz Kidz and showcase wheelchair skills training.
• Ensuring feedback and monitoring data is collected at each event and at set intervals after the event in order to measure long term impact.
• Collate information for case studies to measure impact of training.
• Liaising with Trainers when required.
• Liaising with young people, families and schools as required.
• Ordering equipment and resources where needed.
• Attending Whizz Kidz services across the country if required in order to support the Service Delivery Managers and Services Support Officer.
• Attending Team Meetings and contributing to the development of Whizz Kidz services.

• Form effective working relationships with all colleagues members, volunteers and outside organisations as appropriate.

Help shape the next generation of Anglican advocates through a unique global programme of training, mentoring and action. Join the Anglican Communion Office to establish the Young Adult Anglican Advocacy Programme a hybrid training and mentoring scheme. The initiative will give selected young adults access to a year-long programme of online training modules, mentoring opportunities and in-person attendance at UN events, to equip them to advocate for social and political change in their own context and in line with their faith. Annually:

• Work with the Anglican Communion Advocacy team and other stakeholders, including the Public Engagement Team, to invite applications to the programme.
• Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews. Organise online training modules.
• Organise travel, accommodation and participation in UN events.

You’ll help maintain accurate records and reporting, monitor actions through to completion, coordinate contractors and site access, manage compliance documentation and systems, and support the delivery of key health and safety processes, including fire, water and asbestos management.
