About the role:
This role is home working based with travel in the London Area.
As a Homicide Service Children's and Young People caseworker you will be:

About the Role
You will join our national advocacy team, supporting survivors remotely across the UK and providing face-to-face, office-based, or community-based support in Wales. Your role involves offering a safe, confidential space for LGBT+ victims/survivors to discuss their options, plan actions, and obtain necessary services. Key areas of focus include wellbeing, navigating the criminal and civil justice systems, safety, and accessing support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Remotely support, advise, and advocate for LGBT+ victims/survivors of abuse, with a focus on so-called conversion practices.
- Empowerment: Use a trauma-informed, empowerment-based, and person-centred approach.
- Information and Assistance: Provide information to help clients make informed choices and meet their needs.
- Justice System Navigation: Assist clients with understanding their rights and navigating the criminal/civil justice systems.
- Professional Boundaries: Maintain professional boundaries and ensure clients understand the service remit.
About You
- Experience: Expertise in delivering needs-led specialist support services.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across a diverse team.
- Resilience: Good resilience and self-care, with an understanding of the impact of trauma.
- LGBT+ Understanding: Thorough understanding of LGBT+ lives and the impact of discrimination.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Welsh and English.
Location: This is a remote position, working from home, with travel to London and across the UK, particularly to communities in Wales.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Email Marketing Manager will help to maximise income, supporter recruitment and retention through digital channels, including paid search, display ads and social media (fundraising appeals)
This role is responsible for delivering all email marketing activity, including:
· You will own the entire email marketing strategy, working collaboratively within the lifecycle team, as well as with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Data, Website, Content and Design
· Understand digital marketing campaigns and journeys email marketing.
· You will manage a range of creative media agencies as and when required.
· You will be responsible for the full digital fundraising donation funnel.
About You
You will have experience of:
· Managing Email Marketing Campaigns for large organisations
· Using the Dot Digital email platform
· People Stage and Fast Stats
· Building landing pages within a website content management system (preferably Drupal
· Delivering digital products that are fully compliant and meet best practice e.g. on accessibility
· Data-driven optimisation of email content
· Building Email and SMS marketing campaigns across a range of internal departments
· Managing external contractors and suppliers to deliver work on time and to budget
· Online information management, in order to build landing pages for email campaigns
· Manage large and complex projects and to deliver against set objectives
· Monitoring and evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends, providing perspective for adoption where appropriate
· Email marketing management and delivering email marketing to meet business targets
This role requires some travel for team away days.

The Role
Reporting to the Compliance Lead, the Compliance Officer will drive the development of an improved Compliance culture throughout the charity whilst ensuring that we adhere to all relevant regulations and laws.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Acting as a knowledge expert on compliance and promoting a culture of compliance within the charity in relation to data protection, fundraising and the provision of support services, by the provision of advice, guidance, internal communications and training.
· Assist in the development of new training materials and communications relating to Data Protection and Compliance including overseeing the relevant intranet pages.
· Help to review existing processes and policies and assist in the updating/development of these, along with tracking changes in the external environment that may have an impact on these policies and procedures.
· Overseeing, managing and responding to queries from the departments different inboxes including those for Data Protection, individual data rights requests and data breaches.
· Project managing a number of key actions from an external review of the organisation’s Data Protection practices.
· Assist the Compliance Lead and Associate Director of Legal and Governance in producing ad hoc and annual compliance reports along with any annual submissions to regulators, 3rd parties or external bodies.
About You
You will have experience in, or be able to demonstrate:
· Knowledge of Data Protection and willingness to learn in other areas of compliance
· Experience of working in charities, not-for profit or healthcare sector
· Experience of senior stakeholder management and confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders
· Strong organisational skills
· Desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge relating to data protection and compliance
· Strong sense of resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure
· Ability to manage evolving priorities and ensure projects are delivered on time
