The Programme and Impact Manager oversees the delivery and development of Kinetic Foundation’s partner-funded programmes and workshops, focusing on personal development activities, community programmes, and impact recording and reporting, ensuring robust data management and safeguarding compliance.This dynamic role requires a flexible, organised individual passionate about youth development and social mobility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal Development Activities

Manage, implement, and evaluate partner-funded programmes and workshops to enhance participants’ social-emotional skills, resilience, and employability.

Coordinate with external deliverers, funding partners and schools to schedule and deliver workshops for 16-19-year-olds.

Manage programme budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost-effective delivery in collaboration with partners.

Ensure workshops address barriers to success aligning with the Foundation’s impact framework.
Community
-
Oversee HAF programmes, to support recruitment and awareness of the charity in KS3 and KS4.

Manage food deliveries, staffing, budget awareness etc. for HAF programmes as well as completing the end of delivery reports and evaluations required.

Communicate with participants, parents/carers, schools, and stakeholders to promote programme accessibility and engagement.

Maintain and update the CRM and master calendar to ensure all community programme events and opportunities are scheduled and communicated effectively.
Impact Recording and Data Management

Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of programme data to ensure robust, GDPR-compliant records of participation, outcomes, and impact.

Conduct pre- and post-intervention monitoring and exit route tracking to measure long-term impacts, such as transitions to employment, training, or university.

Develop quantitative and qualitative reports to communicate impact to funders, senior management, and trustees, using data visualisation techniques where possible.

Implement the Kinetic Impact Framework across all programmes to ensure consistent evaluation and continuous improvement.

Work alongside the COO to keep CRM up to date with participant numbers on the programme.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of youth unemployment, NEET status, and social mobility trends to inform programme design and reporting.
Team Collaboration and Management

Manage the Youth Engagement Officer through weekly meetings, ensuring alignment with programme goals and participant needs.

Collaborate with the COO, marketing, and fundraising teams to align programme delivery with organisational objectives and funding requirements.

Support the wider team by attending events and opportunities linked to Kinetic Futures and community programmes, ensuring high attendance and engagement.
Safeguarding – Kinetic Futures

Ensure all programmes, workshops, and events comply with the Foundation’s safeguarding policies, including DBS checks and training requirements.

Ensure risk assessments and all relevant trip packs are created for any external visits in good time so they can get signed off.

Work with the COO to support safeguarding procedures, coordinating to address concerns promptly.

Maintain a visible presence at schools and programme sites to promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience

Passion for the Kinetic Foundation’s vision and mission, with an understanding of the challenges faced by disadvantaged young people in London.

Experience managing youth-focused programmes, ideally in education, employability, or sports settings.

Proven project management skills, with the ability to implement and evaluate programmes and manage budgets effectively.

It is not because they lack potential, but because poverty stacks the odds again them. This affects their education, mental health, and their future.

The Role
Corporate partnerships provide a vital source of income at Greenhouse Sports. The priority for the Corporate Partnerships Team is to further grow income, with an ambitious target of £1.1 million in 2025/26 - a 30% increase on the previous year.
The Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in realising this new income, whilst diversifying the pipeline and strengthening existing relationships through superior cultivation and stewardship.

The Person

- Leading on the renewal of existing five- and six- figure partnerships, developing clear stewardship plans that strengthen relationships and maximise opportunities for growth.

A great opportunity has risen for a Sporting + Events Officer to join our ambitious team to help deliver our biggest Fundraising event, the London Marathon and project manage at least one of our other core events to drive income and maximise ROI for the charity.

You will support the Sporting + Event Manager to deliver the London Marathon, taking ownership of key projects and events within the London Marathon journey and overseeing supporter journeys, recruitment, communications, and event logistics. You will be organised, a strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to empathise and adapt tones. What You’ll Do:

The Head of People will play a strategic and hands-on role, championing everything from wellbeing and inclusion to recruitment, development, engagement, and compliance.
The Head of People role is a full time role paying around £70,000 per annum and will require the post holder to attend the office 2-3 days per week. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to design and deliver a People Strategy that aligns with their organisational goals and culture.
- Monitoring and improving the People Experience through initiatives such as annual culture surveys, wellbeing plans, and their commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Reviewing and managing people policies, ensuring consistency, compliance and cultural alignment, while offering trusted support on all people-related matters.
- Leading the end-to-end hiring process, from advertising to interviews and onboarding, to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all new team members.
- Overseeing their Talent Management System, support line managers with performance reviews and development plans, and identify learning and training needs across the team.
- Advising leadership on structural changes, resourcing plans and future skills needed as the organisation evolves.
- Managing payroll and benefits for both UK and international staff, and make sure it’s always aligned with employment law, data protection, and health & safety.
- Being a vital point of contact for HR and people support during Games deployments, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions when needed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, experienced people professional with a strong generalist background ideally in the sports, events or the arts sector. You’re strategic yet hands-on, approachable, and inclusive, with great communication and problem-solving skills. Ideally CIPD-qualified (or working towards it), you’re passionate about people, purpose-led work, and the power of sport to bring communities together. You’ll also need a solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice.

The Digital Officer will support the Communications team in creating innovative and engaging content and posting to social media channels to tell the story of ParalympicsGB and its athletes. The role will work closely with sports and athletes to facilitate filming opportunities and will assist in the delivery of branded content for commercial partners and key stakeholders.
The Digital Officer will also support programmes of activity which seek to fulfil the organisation’s vision ‘through Sport inspire a better world for disabled people’.
REPORTS TO:Digital Producer
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS OF WORK: Such hours as are necessary to fulfil the duties. This will involve a minimum of 35 hours per week and include work in evenings and weekends as required.
LOCATION: Hybrid of London office and home based. ParalympicsGB Office: 101 New Cavendish Street, W1W 6XH. Travel may also be required in the UK and abroad as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content creation
Develop and oversee production of content in our brand identity including video, graphics and photography for ParalympicsGB social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, platform-specific vertical videos tailored to maximise organic reach and engagement with ParalympicsGB’s priority audiences: Young People, Disabled Community and Potential Allies.
Will also be required to support wider ParalympicsGB staff teams with the production of content for internal use on occasion.
Social Media Management
Assist the Digital Producer with the management of ParalympicsGB social media channels and when needed helping to post and schedule content in our tone of voice.
Contribute to monitoring social media channels for real-time trends and content opportunities to shape the team's narrative and engage with priority audience groups.
Keeping up to date and aware of the latest news from sports and athletes.
Branded content
Work closely with the commercial team to align partner content with broader campaigns and ParalympicsGB’s content strategy.
Website
Contributing to ParalympicsGB digital channels including copywriting, image and video editing including athlete biographies and sport information. Research of athlete personalities and interests to populate future content plans.
CRM
Keeping an up-to-date record on the ParalympicsGB CRM system of athlete content appearances and all relevant information.
Games-time
Working on location at the heart of the Paralympic Games as part of the communications team to support athletes, team members and media with the delivery of key communications objectives. Will support Content Producer with capturing engaging Games-time content for ParalympicsGB channels.

This maternity cover role will have a significant and stabilising impact, ensuring co-ordination in governance, HR, and compliance for the Union of Brunel Students. The postholder will act as a key operational anchor, supporting legal integrity, staff wellbeing, and organisational continuity.

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to bring struggling children hope and a future. Building on the huge success of TLG Early Intervention Coaching, TLG Therapeutic Support will be a new way for TLG, with partner churches, to provide support in school for the increasing number of pupils struggling to cope due to their emotional, relational, and mental health experiences. In this role we are looking for an individual that thrives working with children and young people in a school context and is passionate about supporting pupils and their families struggling with emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will be a qualified counsellor with an aptitude for creativity whether this is music and drama, sport and outdoor recreation or other fields of kinaesthetic development.
