• Public Affairs – Drive strategic engagement with parliamentary stakeholders and build partnerships to amplify the RCR’s influence on key health policy issues.
• Press and Media Relations – Secure high-profile, targeted media coverage aligned with RCR priorities; support Officers as expert spokespeople and foster strong media relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain influential relationships across the health sector, government, and within the RCR to extend reach and impact.
• AI Strategy – Secure the RCR’s place as a leading organisation in the healthcare space by driving the development of expert thought leadership, impactful programmes of work and a solid AI strategy for the College
• Leadership and Management – Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team across data and insight, policy, public affairs, media and AI, ensuring strategic alignment and high performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Mass Participation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the charity’s mass participation products, including the flagship event, Time for a Cuppa, while also leading in developing and launching new products to meet supporter engagement and income targets.

Reporting to the Senior Mass Participation Manager, you will contribute to shaping an effective mass participation strategy and implementing detailed operational plans to manage, diversify and grow the programme. A core part of the role involves planning and delivering compelling marketing strategies that increase supporter numbers, generate income and provide exceptional supporter experiences to maximise fundraising potential. To succeed in this role, you will have a strong track record of managing mass participation fundraising events that deliver income growth. Experience in developing and implementing mass product strategies, managing budgets, reporting on KPIs ,variances and reforecasting is also required. A solid understanding of supporter needs and the ability to use audience insight to shape effective communication and stewardship approaches is vital. Proficiency in using a fundraising relationship database to support, inform and report on activity will be essential.

Team leadership

• To manage the FSRH Digital Team consisting of a Data Manager

Digital platform ownership

• Work closely with the Data Manager to ensure the integration between the website (iMIS RiSE), our Learning Management System and member engagement system (iMIS) continues to work well.
• Plan and support delivery of any development work from a website perspective in close collaboration with staff where necessary and with the website supplier and implementation partner, where necessary. This includes understanding and specifying business requirements sufficiently well for suppliers to quote against and undertake the required development work.
• To liaise with third party suppliers on a regular basis regarding integration between digital platforms including the website (iMIS RiSE) member engagement system (iMIS), LMS and other online products.
• Act as the first line of support for technical issues related to the FSRH website, associated websites, and the Learning Management System (LMS). Collaborate with staff and external developers to identify solutions and escalate issues to external support when necessary.

Website and LMS content

• Create, develop and manage content on the FSRH website and LMS, ensuring all updates align with the organisation’s tone of voice and brand guidelines. Apply knowledge of SEO best practices and user experience principles to enhance visibility, accessibility, and overall content effectiveness.
• Train and support identified staff to use the content management system (iMIS RiSE) and to understand the basics of good website copy. Ensure that content changes are of high standard and good quality.
• Consider user journeys in all aspects of content development and updates, ensuring that navigation and structure support intuitive and meaningful user experiences.
• To ensure processes for regularly reviewing, prioritising and refreshing all web content are maintained and overseen, liaising with teams across the organisation.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to support key campaigns by providing website support where needed.

Website analytics

• Maintain and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations, using these and additional data sources to monitor website performance, produce regular reports, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimisation and feature enhancement.
• Using website analytics and other tools to understand user behaviour.

Strategic digital development

• Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of the website to ensure they meet evolving user needs, support organisational objectives, and deliver content more effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging website and digital trends, tools, and technologies, and advise on possible improvements or alternative approaches to digital solutions, particularly in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AA) and machine-learning.

We are seeking an Exhibitions and Collections Projects Manager to join the Crafts Council on a permanent basis. This is a vital role in the Public Programmes team to oversee the maintenance and development of Crafts Council Collections and the delivery of key temporary exhibitions.

Reporting to the Senior Collections and Programme Manager, this role will ensure the Crafts Council Collections are documented and preserved to a high standard for future generations. They will also support the strategic development of the Crafts Council’s programme, managing relationships with external commercial partners, artists and institutions, overseeing project budgets and timelines and contributing to reporting and evaluation frameworks.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role which involves working across the organisation and beyond to deliver and communicate best practice in exhibition production and collection management.

The Stories Manager is responsible for amplifying the voice of people who have been affected by pregnancy and baby loss to call for change, while demonstrating the impact of Tommy’s research and support services through storytelling.

Salary: from £35,000 dependent on experience

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, 9.30am - 5.30pm with occasional evening work for events such as our Spear Celebrations

Location: Hammersmith, London. Core team office days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with flexibility on other weekdays

Person Specification 

• An active Christian, passionate about personally representing the values and beliefs of Resurgo, and our mission to equip and support young people facing barriers to employment to enter work.
• Outstanding people skills; experience of relationship management within philanthropy, or a business development or client account management role.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Develop and manage relationships with Resurgo’s major donors, asking for financial support at the right time.
• Create bespoke stewardship plans for existing major donors and new prospects, including in-person meetings, written updates and reports.
• Help to develop mid-level giving by creating stewardship plans and tailored written communication.

Business Development

• Develop and implement the business development, attending networking 
  events, asking for introductions and being confident using LinkedIn to 
  look for new opportunities, identifying, researching and contacting 
  potential supporters.
• Work with the corporate teams to cross-promote opportunities; identify and 
  further engage potential high-level donors within businesses and vice versa. 

Events

• Assist with the planning and delivery of a variety of fundraising events, 
  working closely with the impact, communications and finance teams to 
  generate strong results.
• Help to develop and deliver new strategic events to further engage 
  major and mid-level donors with Resurgo’s work.

Financial Management

• Help to monitor the major donor pipeline, regularly reporting on income and progress against targets and help with financial management using a CRM (Salesforce).

We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Trust & Foundation Fundraising Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract to take the lead on securing high-value grants that will make a real difference to ocean conservation. Key Responsibilities include:

• Drive the delivery of the SEA LIFE TRUST fundraising strategy by prioritising and expanding trust and foundation income streams.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of trust and foundation prospects, focusing on multi-year and high-value funding opportunities.

• Write compelling, tailored cases for support and funding applications aligned to the objectives of each prospective funder.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing funders, ensuring outstanding stewardship through regular updates and impact reporting.

• Collaborate with colleagues across our sanctuaries and within Merlin Entertainments’ Conservation, Welfare & Education team to identify fundable projects and areas of need.

We are hiring a Deputy Manager to deliver quality services to children and young people with learning disabilities and/or Autism.  The job is based in our wonderful five bedded home in Tower Hamlets providing fun-based after school activities and short breaks for a small group of children with Autism in a residential setting.  

The role will involve balancing multiple priorities in running an essential and inspirational service for children and young people with Autism.  You will support with strategic and logistical planning while also carrying out hands-on work alongside the rest of the team, ensuring a child centred approach is maintained at all times, and involving children, young people and parents and carers in decision-making structures. There is ample scope for development, identifying any gaps in existing provisions and expanding services accordingly. This deputy manager will be ambitious to maintain and further develop the positive and invaluable work of this service.

You will support, and be supported by, our Ofsted Registered Manager and be responsible for delivering services that are fully compliant with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. You will ensure the safety of service users' health and wellbeing, leading by example with a positive and person-centred approach.  You will be confident liaising with local authority and Ofsted representatives and be committed to supporting your team to provide and facilitate engaging activity groups aimed at developing the life skills, confidence and relationship building of the people we support.

• You will need to have a minimum of two years of supervisory or team leadership experience ideally in a children’s residential environment or a related field working with children, young adults or adults with learning disabilities.

• You will need to have or be working towards Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
