Role overview:
As a member of MTL’s senior management team, you will take responsibility for the organisation’s growth and outward facing initiatives. You will lead and manage the organisation’s portfolio of social mobility leadership strands, and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders. The CSE Team Leader will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and wider Basis management team to oversee the delivery of 1:1 and group-based support to young people in our service offering high quality, effective safety advice, information and support, enabling young people to navigate exploitative and abusive relationships. We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic and articulate professional fundraiser to drive forward our emerging major donor programme. Working alongside senior Laureus staff and stakeholders to connect, cultivate and steward high net worth individuals around the work of the Foundation, the post holder will be expected to design and support the execution of a range of high-quality events leaning on the excellent brand profile assets at Laureus’ disposal.
Experience of creating bespoke donor journeys, delivering long term engagement and an understanding or experience of the third sector will enable success in this fast-paced and varied role.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all HNW activity ensuring that:
- Appropriate levels of communication are established and maintained
- Records are kept fully up to date and are appropriately reported

Encouragement and support of HNW supporters to create their own activities to raise funds and/or broaden the network of Laureus donors

Provide first class stewardship to the International Council/Friends of Laureus group of HNW supporters whilst also exploring if other products or partnerships might offer attractive benefits to donors

Work with programme colleagues to create opportunities for programme visits open to key donors – either in the UK or internationally, whilst also extracting key programme asks for funding

Work with talent team colleagues to create engagement opportunities with Laureus Academy Members and Ambassadors that support HNW engagement and stewardship

Use sector knowledge and insight to keep on top of best practice around HNW donor engagement, cultivation and stewardship
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of successful fundraising experience
- Experience of building long-term, trust-based relationships with HNWI
- Developed or contributed to HNW fundraising campaigns
- Strategic and result-driven approach to planning donor journeys and stewardship programmes
- Proficient in using donor databases (e.g. Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) for tracking contacts and income and data analytics/ prospect research
- Experience in organising bespoke donor and facilitating networking opportunities between donors and charity leadership or beneficiaries
- Skilled in writing tailored proposals, impact reports, and stewardship updates
- Ability to manage stakeholders relationships (trustees, directors, senior volunteers)

The Role
As Global Head of Finance, you will lead a small, dedicated international team, overseeing strategic financial planning, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across UK and US entities.
You’ll play a key role on the Fund’s management team, ensuring financial integrity, promoting sustainable growth, and partnering across functions to embed strong financial practices organisation-wide.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to guide long-term financial direction while staying closely connected to day-to-day operations and people.
Duties include, but aren’t limited to:
- Financial planning, reporting and strategy: managing annual budget cycle, produce monthly, quarterly and annual finance reports.
- Compliance, Audit and Risk Management: Oversee annual audits for both US and UK entities, support compliance checks and procurement systems meet organisational and donor requirements.
- Investment, Treasury and External Relations: Monitor and management investment and cash accounts across both the US and UK – optimising returns. Managing external banking, investment and lease negotiations, managing annual vendor negotiations and renewals globally.
- Systems optimisation and process improvement.
- Team leadership: Lead and support the finance team, reviewing outputs, resolving issues to support high performance. Oversee financial training to all budget holders to maintain financial literacy and accountability across the organisation.
Essential experience
The successful candidate will possess blends of technical financial expertise with operational leadership with a continuous commitment to purpose-driven work. You will have:
- Professional financial qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Senior-level finance experience in an international charity or NGO sector.
- Strong familiarity with both UK SORP and US GAAP.
- Proven extensive knowledge of strategic financial leadership.

We’re looking for a strategic, innovative and proactive Communications and Marketing Lead to drive forward Save the Rhino’s communications across all touch points, delivering our ambitious five-year strategy. As a member of the Senior Management Team, this role is key to shaping our public voice, strengthening our organisation’s brand and driving greater awareness and engagement with rhino conservation.
This is a broad and influential role for an experienced communications and marketing professional to amplify our core conservation messaging alongside our fundraising campaigns. You will bring clear tactical vision and a deep understanding of how targeted communications can advance organisational reputation, support conservation goals and engage diverse audiences.
You’ll oversee all aspects of external communications including messaging, media, PR, digital, campaigns and brand. With a talent for storytelling and an eye for detail, you’ll be confident and experienced in turning complex information into accessible, compelling content. From writing press releases on the latest rhino news, to supporting successful fundraising campaigns, this role is ideal for someone who excels in strategic thinking as well as hands-on delivery. - Assisting the Project Manager with data collection for project feedback and ensuring continuous learning.

- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, pro rata.

Coventry Women’s Partnership (CWP) is looking for a Policy, Voice, and Influence Lead to support our 2-year place-based systems change programme, funded by the Smallwood Trust. The programme aims to reduce gendered poverty in Coventry by tackling the systemic barriers faced in securing a safe home. This work will focus on understanding and transforming housing systems. Seeking to and improve outcomes for women experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, and multiple disadvantage.
CWP is partnership made up of Central England Law Centre, Coventry Haven Women’s Aid, CRASAC, FWT and Kairos. The contract will be with Kairos, but you will provide support across all partners.
· The Policy, Voice and Influence Lead (PVIL) will play a pivotal role in driving forward the Coventry Women’s Partnership’s (CWP) systems change agenda to improve housing and homelessness options for women to reduce gendered poverty.
· You will be confident in taking the lead in this work while remaining in regular communication and collaboration with the partnership.
· You will help us analyse the systems, policies, practices and strategy around housing for women and their impact on poverty and create a delivery programme to influence and collaborate with stakeholders for change.

Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader at Woodview, Birmingham.
The post holder will lead the development of the Hub, situated on the periphery of central Birmingham, serving the community of the Woodview estate, supporting the Oasis Academy and wider local community. The role will hold the vision of integrated community delivery, which will include a range of projects such as family support, volunteering, advice and support, community events.
This is a key role as you will be responsible for strategic oversight of the hub charity, ensuring the youth and community work supports the work of the academy, working alongside other local Oasis leaders such as the Principal, volunteers and members of the local community to develop a joined up local vision for the community.
Some of the specific duties of this role include:
· Establishment and coordination of a range of services such as family support, holiday provision, volunteering and community empowerment projects.
· Building supportive working partnerships across the community and various groups.
· Leading strategic development (e.g. comms, income generation, MEL)

Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus, as is familiarity with fundraising regulations, and a willingness to learn.
There is parking onsite, and travel across the community is paid. Travel in and around the community is flexible across the week for how you wish to make it work. You must have experience in community fundraising to be considered for this role as this is key.

About the role:

You will be an excellent communicator, with significant experience coordinating programme delivery and support functions including human resource management, logistics and procurement, finance and compliance. You will be a strategic leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and influence to drive change. You will be ready to travel internationally, including to insecure and conflict-affected areas, and have a solid understanding of geopolitical dynamics and their security impact. Ultimately you will be proactive, tenacious, pragmatic, and committed to MAG’s mission, values, and approach.
