The Senior Evidence & Evaluation Manager sits within the Impact & Evidence directorate at the heart of Youth Futures Foundation.

You will play a central role in building the evidence base on what works to support young people into good jobs.

Working with three Heads of Evaluation, the Deputy Director and the Director, you will help ensure our evaluations are designed to generate credible evidence of what works.

• You will work closely with independent evaluators and delivery partners and colleagues in our Programmes & Grants and Policy & Communications directorates, you will assess the evaluability of interventions, and lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex impact evaluations.
• You will manage a portfolio of projects, leading some directly, and overseeing others while supporting more junior colleagues.
• You will also contribute to strengthening our ‘evaluation architecture’, leading projects that enhance data infrastructure and access to administrative datasets, and set standards for methodological rigour in the sector.

This role can be based at our Birmingham, Leeds or London hub. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

We’re looking for a Senior Face to Face (F2F) Fundraising Manager to join our Face to Face Fundraising team. This is a fantastic opportunity within the RNLI to play a vital role in developing and growing the RNLI in-house F2F Fundraising team to reach the ambitious targets we have ahead. This role manages a team of F2F Managers who each lead a team of F2F fundraisers signing up regular supporters within a defined geographical area and raise vital long-term funding for the charity, as well as delivering lifesaving water safety messaging. The role is part of the F2F Senior Management Team, supporting the team’s development through leading projects that drive forwards team performance.

Your role

As a Senior F2F Fundraising Manager, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:

• Recruit, train and manage a geographically diverse group of direct reports. Develop and motivate direct reports to deliver key messages, campaigns and products within the F2F strategy.
• As a senior manager in the F2F fundraising team (200+ staff), continue to develop and maintain a positive high-performing culture to ensure the team are performing at their best and developing. Drive continuous improvement across all KPIs.
• Construct and monitor financial and performance reports to ensure budget & KPIs are met, reforecasting where necessary.
• Develop a positive safety culture by identifying and managing risks to health and safety and safeguarding.
• Oversee compliance & complaints to ensure RNLI F2F fundraising adheres to best practice.
• Lead the delivery of selected team projects from initiation to completion, working with colleagues both within the F2F team and the wider organisation to provide the plans, processes and tools needed for the team to achieve their objectives. Develop solid relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the UK and Ireland.

You will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to use your networks to ensure that plans are executed well and future opportunities are maximised to drive both the volume and value of new supporters.

• Proven experience and success in leading a remote face-to-face fundraising team. This will either have been gained working for a charity or a fundraising agency

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role for the organisation, with responsibility for the charity’s finance function including day-to-day management and book-keeping as well as providing strategic support for the CEO. You will produce quarterly management reports in line with YCAT’s reporting framework, create project budgets and reports for funders, prepare the annual statutory financial statements and lead the relationship with the charity’s external auditors.

This role requires practical, hands-on experience of delivering the wide range of finance and accounting services required by a small business or charity; an excellent understanding of Accounting Principles; a knowledge of charity SORP and charity statutory accounting are highly desirable; solid experience of the audit and preparation of annual financial accounts are essential; you must already hold a full qualification in either AAT, ACCA, ACA or CIMA; practical experience of preparing management and statutory reports is required; and experience of advising senior leadership on finance matters to inform strategic planning.

The Role

About You

To be considered as one of our Project Managers within Event Development, you will need:

• Excellent experience working as a project manager within outdoor events or public parks
• Good knowledge and experience in tendering for event providers and contract administration within the events industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, proofreading and report-writing skills
• Good organisation skills
• The ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
• The ability to analyse information, make informed judgements, appraise performance, and manage risks

Job Title: Community Project Officer

*This role sits within a pay grade with a pay range of £22,155.20 to £34,913 (FTE £27,694 to £43,642). The salary on appointment will be set at the lower end of the pay range, to a maximum of £24,370 (FTE £30,463) depending on the candidate's skills and experience. Context and purpose of role

By 2034 Ramblers ambition is that everyone in England and Wales will be able to join a Wellbeing Walk close to where they live – for communities to come together and experience the health and wellbeing benefits of walking. This work is part of the strategic plan and business objectives of Ramblers GB.

The role will deliver the Walking Together Project across communities in north London, Slough and Reading. The role will engage directly with the most disadvantaged communities, where loneliness, social isolation and inactivity could be prevalent, through a ‘Getting Started’ Wellbeing Walks programme. This is a community delivery role to work with local communities to establish walks and find potential walk leaders within the community to sustain walking.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate person, with good attention to detail and a track record of supporting and motivating staff and a desire to make a difference to the homeless and vulnerably housed.

About The Bridge Homelessness To Hope

We began in 2008 with a mission to help people who are homeless in Leicester by providing them with hot food, drinks and most importantly, companionship and we have evolved from there to the service we provide today.

Our staff team and volunteers derive from many backgrounds and religions, all with one common goal: to help those who are on the street move from despair to hope.

We are an outreach to the homeless and to those who just have nowhere to go and no-one to turn to. Through our Hub we support those who are hardest to reach by seeking to:​

· Overcome the barriers to engagement encountered with more traditional service models.

· Be a place where guests (never service users or clients) can feel secure, trustful and not feel judged.

· Run services that are supplied by people who understand their challenges and are empathetic to them.

Our services are designed to support our guests in making long-term, sustainable improvements to their lives.

Our vision is for everyone to have a place they can call home and hope for the future, with an aim to support the most isolated and marginalised people that often have no one else to turn to.

We do this by offering a safe place to support people in crisis, helping people make long-term, sustainable improvements to their lives, and by developing accessible mental health services.

Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays where operational needs dictate).

Purpose of the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager ensures the effective day-to-day running of The Bridge Homelessness To Hope’s services — including Drop-In Hub and supported accommodation — maintaining safe, high-quality delivery and ensuring that staff and volunteers are supported to provide compassionate and effective support for people experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Management

· Work with the CEO to ensure The Bridge Homelessness To Hope’s mission and values are lived out in practice.

· Translate strategic plans into operational work plans with clear targets and outcomes.

· Provide visible leadership within the Hub and accommodation projects, modelling best practice.

· Deputise for the CEO as required.

· Ensure systems and culture of effective internal communications, including team meetings, and day-to-day communications protocols.

2. Housing and Hub Operations

· Oversee housing operations, including maintenance, furnishing, and equipment.

· Ensure compliance with housing regulations, leases, and health and safety

· Manage contractors and cleaners for accommodation and Hub facilities.

· Oversee resident induction, behaviour issues, crises, and breaches of licence.

· Oversee housing records and inspection reports.

· Ensure accurate and timely housing benefit claims, payments, and record keeping.

· Liaise with property owners and coordinate day-to-day housing management tasks.

· Oversee Hub operations, ensuring high standards of delivery and effective support for guests.

3. People Management

· Line manage staff team, ensuring clear supervision and accountability.

· Recruit new staff, including advertising, short-listing, interviewing.

· Conduct regular one-to-ones and appraisals with all staff.

· Oversee staff induction, development, and wellbeing.

· Ensure appropriate training for regulatory and practice updates.

· Manage performance issues, grievances, and disciplinaries in line with policy.

4. Service Delivery and Impact

· Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate service delivery across all operational areas.

· Maintain systems for effective data capture, monitoring, and reporting.

· Support evaluation, reporting, and improvement processes.

· Contribute to safeguarding oversight and incident management.

· Lead on-site crisis response and staff support during incidents.

5. Financial and Administrative Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day housing income and expenditure.

· Ensure operational efficiency through effective systems and processes.

· Support administrative and compliance processes across the charity.

6. Risk Management and Compliance

· Maintain and regularly review the organisational risk register.

· Manage operational risks, including safeguarding, health & safety, and reputational issues.

· Ensure all incidents and concerns are recorded and followed up appropriately.

7. External Relations

· Liaise with local authorities, housing benefit officers, and partner agencies.

· Represent The Bridge Homelessness to Hope at relevant operational meetings and networks.

· Ensure accurate signposting and referrals for service users.

Other

· Other trouble-shooting, providing cover, general advice etc.

What You Need

Essential:

• Proven experience in operations or office management.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• IT literacy including Microsoft 365 and database systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desirable:

• Experience in the charity sector.
• Understanding/awareness of trauma-informed working.
• Knowledge of charity governance and compliance.
• Understanding of CRM systems and data protection.
• Full UK Driving Licence

We are looking for someone to support the Services Manager to lead he delivery and development of a Housing and Severe Multiple Disadvantaged team within an integrated drug and alcohol service.

As the Strategic Lead at Change Grow Live you will support the Service Manager to lead and develop the service to provide safe, easily accessible, non-judgemental, and confidential services, which support service users to achieve their personal goals. This is a new role to the service and will lead on the coproduction of a substance misuse and housing team, supporting people to maintain their tenancy whilst supporting the coordination of any unmet needs adopting the MEAM approach.

Responsibilities

About the role:

• To manage and coordinate the activities of the service, including management of the staff team, sessional workers and volunteers, so that the service runs efficiently and effectively, making the best possible use of financial and human
• To provide line management, supervision and leadership to achieve performance outcomes and quality in line with service level and contractual
• To maintain excellent communication and partnerships with local commissioning bodies, sub-contractor partners, statutory and third sector agencies and other key contacts.
• To oversee the monitoring and evaluations of the service offered to clients and actively engage, involve and consult with service users regarding on-going service
• Under the line management of the Services Manager make the best possible use of financial and human resources to ensure delivery within the agreed service

About you:

• Considerable experience of working at a management level within substance misuse services including alcohol and criminal justice with a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services
• A demonstrable understanding of performance management frameworks, effective governance and quality management.
• Knowledge and understanding of the possible recovery pathways available across whole treatment and recovery systems including community, residential and Children and Young Person provision.
• Experience of managing project development and leading a service operation
• Experience of working within contracts, service agreements and service delivery systems
• Excellent leadership and Change Management skills
