About the Role
This dynamic and varied fixed-term role combines programme management with organisational development support, covering parental leave for a core member of the team.

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only patient-led organisation in the UK specialising in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.

1. Main Purpose of Job
To drive referrals to and use of, NRAS services from NHS relationships across the UK.
Identify, build and maintain relationships with Rheumatology and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure relevant healthcare professionals are aware of the support that NRAS provides to people with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Adult Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.
To work with those healthcare professionals to maximise uptake of their referrals to our services.

2. Business development & Strategy

2.3. Analyse market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay ahead of industry developments to recommend strategies for further growth of NRAS services.
3. Relationship development and management around the UK
3.1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential referrers or influencers and healthcare providers often travelling to attend clinic/location meetings.
3.2. Act as the primary point of contact for key referring organisations, ensuring referrer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services or project work.

Job Overview
As the Advocacy Manager, you are responsible for crafting our influence strategies on international development and humanitarian issues, using IRC’s programmatic and research evidence, surgical policy and practice solutions, and trusted brand to inspire collective action. You are the go-to expert for understanding current political and policy trends in the UK and how our policies support or clash with political agendas. Raven Housing Trust are partnering exclusively with Robertson Bell in their search for a permanent Financial Controller. The overall purpose of this Financial Controller role is to prepare the statutory accounts for the Raven Group, alongside maintaining the general ledger, purchasing systems and interfaces to other operational systems, as well as leading the team responsible for managing Raven’s finance transactions, treasury, cash management and fixed assets.
The Role:
- Leading and co-ordinating delivery of the financial statements for the group including leading on the annual external audit

Purpose of the Role
The Membership & Communications Manager is a new part time role at the School Partnerships Alliance, reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with our Executive Assistant. You will join us at an exciting time as we develop our new organisational strategy and expand our current school membership offer. As this is a new position this post does not currently have direct reports, but there may be an opportunity to recruit additional team member(s) as the organisation continues to grow over the next 12-18 months. You will be required to work closely with both our CEO and Director of Programmes and Research to lead on the development and delivery of the membership strategy, both stewarding and growing our membership base year on year. You will also be required to manage our new website, provide support with our social media, and ensure that all member communications align with both our brand values and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a new, robust membership strategy that supports the S.P.A.’s key objectives. This will include new member acquisition, current member retention and ensuring that stewardship of school members is effective and fit for purpose. You will work with the Director of Programmes and Research to help deliver a credible school partnerships CPD programme and collaborate with the wider S.P.A. team to create a tangible, attractive membership offer (both on and off-line) that will bring schools together, challenge existing partnership practice and support new thinking.
