What you’ll be doing
- Lead and grow the Charity’s community fundraising programme, supporting world-class cancer research and care.
- Play an active role in the leadership and operational management of the Charity.

- Oversee our flagship fundraising event, The Banham Marsden March, and a diverse portfolio of mass participation events.
- Support the team to build long term relationships with our community supporters, raising up to six figure sums.
- Collaborate across Public Fundraising and Philanthropy & Partnerships to optimise supporter journeys and maximise income opportunities.
- Optimise the performance of the Community Fundraising product portfolio, developing new initiatives to reach new audiences and deliver sustainable income growth.
- Ensure the team are fully informed and compliant with all existing and future changes to fundraising regulation and legislation and embed best practice processes.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing Community Fundraising or Events team, driving performance and embedding change.
- Demonstrable success in developing and delivering fundraising strategies to meet or exceed ambitious financial targets.
- Extensive experience delivering a diverse range of community fundraising activities, including large-scale mass participation events.
- Experience setting and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a variety of stakeholders.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Membership Manager, the Corporate Membership Officer – Commercial Relationships and Fulfilment will:
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate and university members.
- Drive new partnerships, membership sales, and sponsorship opportunities, with clear revenue targets, while maintaining strong long-term relationships with existing members.
- Identify and convert opportunities that enhance IWA’s profile and support membership growth.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
- Act as the dedicated account manager for IWA’s portfolio of over 400 corporate and university members.
- Deliver expert advice, support, and engagement to maximise member value.
- Manage the end-to-end membership cycle (prospecting → onboarding → renewal), ensuring timely renewals and accurate CRM record-keeping.
Business Development
- Drive growth by identifying and securing new members, sponsors, and revenue opportunities.
- Own and report on a personal sales pipeline; meet or exceed agreed sales/retention targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to both new and existing members.
- Promote IWA by developing a network of influential contacts within political, economic, social, and water sector communities.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including membership engagement, marketing, and IT teams to deliver the corporate membership strategy.
- Manage member queries and administrative processes, including billing and invoicing coordination, in line with the company’s SLA guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will:

- A Master’s degree in a similar area would be plus.
- Formal training and certification in sales and account management (preferably Salesforce Administrator) would be a strong benefit.
Experience Required
- 3+ years’ work experience in sales and account management.
- Experience working in membership associations and/or international organisations would be a strong benefit.

The British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) is the leading, and only Professional Standards Authority (PSA) accredited, professional body for traditional acupuncturists in the UK, representing a register of over 2,300 practitioners. We are recruiting a Professional Conduct Officer to play a vital, hands-on role in upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.

The role
Reporting to the Professional Conduct Manager, you will be crucial to the operation of the BAcC's disciplinary and professional health procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Case Management & Panels: Assisting in the effective operation and management of Professional Conduct Panels (Investigating Panel, PCCP, Health Committee).
- Legal Liaison: Instructing and liaising with BAcC counsel and solicitors on complex disciplinary and fitness-to-practice matters.
- Policy & Codes: Drafting, researching, and updating the BAcC’s Professional Codes and Guidance Notes, ensuring they align with new legislation and best practices.
- Advising: Providing expert advice and support to the Professional Conduct Manager, Governing Board, and panels on regulatory matters and risk management.
- Public Protection: Handling and managing a varied caseload of complaints and concerns from patients and the public relating to issues such as boundary breaches, safe practice, and clinical competence.
About you (essential requirements)
We are looking for a candidate who is driven, analytical, and highly organised. You must be able to work autonomously and bring significant expertise in the following:
- Post-graduate Legal Qualification OR Extensive professional experience within a UK professional regulation environment (e.g., fitness to practice, professional conduct, ethics).
- Proven experience in advising or working directly with Panels/Committees in disciplinary or statutory proceedings.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to write clearly in plain English for guidance documents and reports.

About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Shop Supervisor to make a difference and deliver positive social impact in the local community while also raising money to fund Crisis’ work ending homelessness.
As a Shop Supervisor, you will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in delivering customer service and supporting volunteers, as well maintaining the look and feel of the shop and processing stock. You will work towards ambitious sales and training targets, maximising the impact on our mission to end homelessness.
This is a unique retail opportunity where you will also be involved in delivering on the job training for Crisis members, supporting them to gain the skills and confidence needed in the workplace. You will work collaboratively with your team and will have opportunities to build your own skills and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
Translate the Conduit executive leadership and Foundation Board’s vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with The Conduit’s Impact team to integrate Foundation initiatives into broader Conduit strategy.
Identify and cultivate opportunities for funding, partnerships, and programme innovation.
2. Grants Management
Oversee the full grant cycle – from prospecting to evaluation - managing relationships, projects and budgets.
Ensure all grant activities meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including England & Wales charity compliance.
Develop robust processes for impact measurement and reporting.
3. Board Development & Governance
Strengthen the governance set up, bolstering policies and procedures to establish best practice and managing legal and regulatory requirements for the Foundation.

5. Programme Design & Delivery
Lead the design, launch, and management of the Foundation’s first in-house programmes.
Ensure programmes are innovative, impactful, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Set up systems for monitoring, learning, and continuous improvement.
6. Organisational Integration
Manage the relationship between the Foundation, Conduit Holdco, and The Conduit Club London.
Foster a culture of alignment, transparency, and shared mission across entities.

· 8–10 years of proven, hands-on execution experience in the UK charity sector, including setting up and implementing systems.
· Track record of delivering complex projects from start to finish with excellence and attention to detail.
