Role Purpose:
We are looking for an organised and proactive professional who is comfortable working across finance and operations, including HR and compliance. You will combine attention to detail with a collaborative approach to support smooth and efficient operations.
You will play a key role in day-to-day activities related to finance, HR, IT, compliance, office and other operational activities, supporting the CFOO to ensure company policies and processes are adhered to efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
General
- Act as the main liaison for a number of SASC’s outsourced supplier relationships – finance, compliance, company benefits, tax, company secretarial and HR, IT support.
- Manage the day-to-day use of financial and HR systems and apps, such as those to process staff expenses, and ensure that they are used as intended.
- Ensure adherence to the company procedures and controls, and suggest improvement where appropriate.
Finance
- Review monthly payroll / pensions data elements.
- Review and authorise third-party expenditure.
- Coordinate company secretarial activities, including company filings.
- Coordinate and review statutory accounts production for SASC’s various micro-entities.
- Coordinate the annual audits for both SASC, its affiliate charity (SASC Trust) and its various funds.
- Coordinate annual insurance renewal processes.
- Coordinate investor drawdowns and distributions for SASC’s funds.
- Assist with annual budget / business plan as required.
HR
- Maintain HR system records, such as training records and certificates.
- Assist with staff benefits administration.
- Assist with policies and procedures updates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Compliance
- Review compliance data and collate information for quarterly FCA regulatory filings.
- Coordinate the provision of information as part of periodic compliance monitoring.
IT/Office Management
- Responsible for maintaining the IT equipment register (incl. laptops and mobiles) and ensuring the smooth onboarding of joiners and offboarding of leavers in relation to IT matters.
- Oversee general office duties for the London office (e.g. office supplies).
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to the CFOO as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a role at a similar level.
- Strong Excel and IT skills.
- Willing to work flexibly and fluidly, can take instructions and can also work independently.
- Analytical in approach, able to quickly gain an understanding of complex work and confident in seeking clarification when needed
- Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple projects effectively.
- Organised, attention to detail and able to work to high standards.

What is the overall purpose of the role?

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and data-driven individual to join us as Senior Officer Digital Optimisation, specialising in UX/UI to lead on the development and delivery of UK for UNHCR’s testing and optimisation strategy to improve conversion rates and user experience online, including our website, donation pages, and various subdomains. The role reports to the Head of Digital Fundraising and manages all donation pages, digital testing and tracking, as well as a range of Google and optimisation products.
The primary purpose is to optimise digital performance through A/B testing across our websites and supporting teams to adopt and implement a test-and-learn framework in their digital channels to raise more funds for refugees.
An existing A/B testing roadmap has been developed and is ready for your input and ideas. However, testing and optimisation is not limited to fundraising and will aim to improve digital conversion and performance across teams, channels and platforms – playing a key part in UNHCR’s annual fundraising programme to enable UNHCR to deliver its vision of a world where every person forced to flee can build a better life.
You will work very closely with the digital fundraising team and wider Individual Giving team, as well as Communications and Philanthropy/ Corporate Partnership colleagues, our digital agency and international fundraising teams.
Passionate about UX/UI and fundraising, you will be a skilled communicator, tech-savvy and an experienced project manager. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a test-and-learn approach and a track record of meeting deadlines and meeting/ exceeding set KPIs.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategy for conversion rate optimisation, including the management of a testing roadmap to regularly execute A/B and multivariate tests and the use of new and existing technology, e.g. heatmapping to reduce friction rates and continuously improve and optimise conversions.
- Lead UX/UI across organisation, overseeing and implementing tests and analysis across teams to improve web experience and achieve required KPIs and objectives.
- Manage Google suite of tools and relevant relationships, ensuring everything is up to date and operating as necessary.
- Manage all donation pages and fundraising landing pages, building new pages, maintaining existing pages and closing pages; identify areas for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to test and optimise.
- Utilise and manage suite of third-party platforms, e.g. Optimizely, Mouseflow, iRaiser, Sleeknote, Typeform to improve user experience and increase donations and conversions.
- Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying fundraising opportunities and develop relevant comms and journeys as needed, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.
- Use data and insights to produce regular reports on performance against KPIs; use analytics to identify trends and optimise activities based on user behaviour.
- Manage and maintain vanity and tracking links across the organisation, utilising Google Tag Manager and UTMs to monitor performance and results.
- Stay up to date with digital best practices and technology, including sector trends, follow industry policies, including GDPR, PECR regulations, attending training and optimising plans accordingly.
- Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced communities, campaigns from international, content and reports from the field.

Personal Attributes and Experience
Essential Experience
- Experience of implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social, search and display; preferably within the charity sector.
- Experience of developing and delivering strategies for conversion rate optimisation and user experience/user interface.
- Experience of using digital channels for lead acquisition and conversion to grow income.
- Experience of measuring, evaluating and reporting on digital activity and performance across multiple channels and digital campaigns, paid and organic.
- Experience of working with external agencies and suppliers.
Essential Skills/Knowledge
- Experience of using Google Analytics or other web behavioural analytics tools.
- Experience with experimentation tools like Optimisely or similar.

The Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the financial strategy and operations of LTM, ensuring robust financial management, governance, and performance. This is a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting directly to the Director and attending all Board meetings. You will also deputise for the Director when required.
This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership. You will be a moderniser—driving transformation, leading negotiations, overseeing broader business support functions, and contribute to LTM50, including capital programme oversight. You will be the face of financial and business systems at LTM, helping to deliver a future-fit museum aligned with our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of LTM’s overall budget, ensuring financial sustainability across short, medium, and long-term goals
- Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, reporting, and compliance with statutory, charity, and TfL requirements
- Deliver timely and accurate statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Lead business support functions and liaise with TfL departments including HR, Procurement, Reward, Tech and Data and Finance
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Trustees, SLT, and wider teams
- Represent LTM in financial negotiations with external partners and suppliers
- Champion a high-performing, inclusive finance team—setting clear goals, recognising success, and modelling LTM’s values
- Collaborate closely with TfL Finance to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Ensure all financial and legal obligations are met and policies are up to date and followed
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in senior finance leadership roles within complex organisations, and will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience at Board level and ability to work in collaboration with Trustees and colleagues;
- Understanding and experience of strategic risk management, finance audit and internal controls;
- Broad operational knowledge including digital transformation, estates, and HR;
- Experience navigating challenging financial climates and driving efficiencies.

About The Role
We are recruiting for Events Fundraising Officers to join our ambitious Third Party and Organise your Own (OYO) Events team. These are full-time roles, working 35 hours per week with four fixed-term contract options available:

As Events Fundraising Officer (Third Party & OYO) you’ll support the growth, development, and delivery of our Third Party Events portfolio. You’ll work across multiple events to help us to give our participants and supporters the best possible events experience. This will enable us to build lasting connections with our cause and contribute to the £12million our team is projected to raise this financial year, with the wider Events team set to raise £22million. This is a rewarding role which helps to raise vital funds to support the lives of people affected by dementia.

About you

What you'll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, audience-focused content across digital and offline channels, supporting social media and email marketing, managing marketing collateral, and ensuring all communications reflect Kinship’s brand and values. The Role
Set within one of the UK’s most remarkable coastal nature reserves, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve & Discovery Centre is a vibrant hub for wildlife, education, and community engagement. Managed by Sussex Wildlife Trust, the Discovery Centre welcomes thousands of visitors each year to explore the natural world and discover the stories behind our conservation work. We’re looking for a creative and driven Communications Officer to promote Sussex Wildlife Trust and encourage people to take action for nature. Responsibilities for the role include crafting engaging content, managing our digital presence, and supporting campaigns that raise awareness of our work and deepen public engagement.
The Person
You’re a natural communicator with a passion for wildlife and community engagement. You bring creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to everything you do. You're experienced at promoting events, sharing stories, and engaging diverse audiences through digital and print media. This role is ideal for someone who can bring stories about nature and people to life.
