Job Purpose:

About the Role:

The role operates at an officer level within the context of a volunteer led, global charitable organisation, supporting the Finance Managers to provide financial and accounting expertise to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of all financial transactions ensuring purchase orders and invoices are authorised and coded correctly into the system and payments are set up correctly to be paid in accordance with agreed terms – for World Bureau and AISBL.
• Setting up the suppliers on the finance system.
• Control of the purchase ledger.
• Executing timely and accurate payment runs.

Pathfinders is a user-led charity run by and for people living with muscle-weakening conditions. We support disabled people and those who employ personal assistants (PAs) through peer support, information, training, and advocacy. About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of an exciting new learning and development project for individual employers and personal assistants. The project will support people who employ PAs through direct payments and their PAs to develop the knowledge and skills they need through videos, peer-led training, discussion sessions, and case studies.

You will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of the project, ensuring activities run smoothly, are well-attended, and meet the needs of learners. You’ll work closely with people with lived experience of employing PAs, guest speakers, partner organisations, and the wider Pathfinders team to deliver high-quality, accessible training and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of the training project, including scheduling and facilitating sessions, managing communications, and tracking progress against objectives.

The Role

Role overview

The Head of Financial Planning and Analysis is a key leadership role within the Finance Team at FILE, responsible for the financial planning cycle and management information, business partnering support across the organisation, and financial reporting to donors.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Lead the FP&A team at FILE, including setting team vision, annual team planning and objectives
• Lead annual planning process across income, granting plans and operational expenditure, developing innovative approaches

About the role 

Morden College is seeking a dynamic Brand and Digital Manager to support the Communications Lead
to put Morden College’s brand and new Strategic Framework at the heart of everything we do to deliver excellent homes, high quality services and thriving communities. This is an exciting role that will help transform resident and staff engagement with a number of projects in the pipeline that you will support including brand development work, a new website and the development of e-communications through a new CRM system. 

As a passionate brand ambassador, you will work to embed the brand internally, maximising, opportunities to amplify the brand, and driving brand consistency. With creativity and strong design skills, you will be responsible for producing in-house online and print assets, while deepening engagement with residents, staff, volunteers, and the wider public.

Main duties and responsibilities 

Brand strategy and development 

• Support on the development and implementation of Morden College brand strategy driving engagement across the charity and ensuring consistency across all platforms. 

• Act as an internal brand consultant across the organisation, collaborating with teams to amplify the brand and maximise brand opportunities. 

• Support and collaborate with the Communications Lead to deliver assets to evolve the brand in line with Morden College’s new Strategic Framework. 

Content creation and storytelling  

• Be responsible for the in-house design of all communications assets across a wide range of print, online and outdoor channels including e-newsletters, marketing collateral, posters, signage and hospitality assets.  

• Support the Communications Lead to oversee the creation of compelling resident-led content—stories, visuals, and videos—that brings to life Morden College’s work and contribute to a content plan of news and events to ensure a balance of content from our two sites. 

• Manage all photography and videography production including photo shoots and permissions both in-house and using external agencies.

• Manage and maintain an image library that reflects the breadth of life at Morden College to capture everyday moments, the wide variety of events that take place and our hospitality offering.

Digital presence and visibility 

• Support the Communications Lead in the development of a brand-new website to ensure Morden College’s online presence reflects its brand values and engages users effectively. 

• Update web pages on a day-to-day basis to ensure
  accurate and timely information for residents and external audiences and ensure content such as images and blogs are regularly refreshed. 

• Utilise SEO and web analytics to support the evaluation, development and promotion of the website.  

• Produce monthly reports on online activity using Google analytics and other tools to optimise digital platforms. 

• Support in the development of Morden College’s email communications, sending out a regular e-newsletter and other updates though email campaigns using Mailchimp. Monitor, analyse and report on its effectiveness. 

• Collaborative work with the IT team to segment, target and grow our audience reach through a new CRM
  system.

Person Specification 

Essential Criteria:  

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a communications and marketing role, preferably within a non-profit or housing context.  

• Strong understanding of organisational branding and its application across various channels.  

• Excellent in-house design skills using In-design, Photoshop, Videography software 

• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or equivalent platforms. 

• Proven ability to communicate with a wide range of departments including the senior leadership team. 

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.  

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy environment with competing demands.  

• Ability to work on a range of different assets with competing deadlines. 

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, using initiative to solve problems and deliver results.  

• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills, with a professional and reliable approach.  

• Ability to stay ahead of advances in digital communications. 

• Positive attitude to problem-solving and identifying innovative solutions.  

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in managing digital campaigns or social media strategies.  

• Basic understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and web analytics.  

• Demonstrable experience with IT tools, including content management systems (CMS) and analytics platforms. 

• Good copywriting and proofreading skills. 

We are delighted to be working with an International Charity that operates all over the globe to recruit for a Senior Management Accountant. This role will be driven by budget planning, financial analysis and reporting, and balance technical expertise with strategic insight. The postholder will be working closely with the Head of Finance to manage the accounting department.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and manage a team providing financial support to budget holders and operational staff
• Develop a business partnering approach towards all stakeholders supporting and driving understanding of financial matters
• Assist the Head of Finance in managing the accounting department
• Develop and manage the budget process across the Charity and report this to the Board
• Manage and oversee the budget preparation process ensuring stakeholder receive the necessary support, whilst communicating deadlines
• Finalise the annual budget in collaboration with department heads
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast for the year
• Review budget adherence and provide variance explanations through monthly meeting of budget holders
• Prepare and submit management accounts, including budget to actual variance analysis
• Ensure adherence to accounting judgments and estimates with robust supporting
• documentation
• Review programme funding requests from the International Programme Resources Department, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
• Support the Senior Financial Accountant in year-end audit processes
• Line manage the accounts payable and receivable team members
• Serve as a financial representative on various boards, committees, and councils to support decision-making

Ideal candidate profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong background in management accounting
• Strong management reporting, financial reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills
• Experience in finance business partnering with key stakeholders of various departments
• Knowledge of UK Charity SROP and financial compliance regulations
• Finance staff management experience

About the opportunity 

As Senior Business Analyst, you’ll step into an important leadership role within our Technology Directorate. You'll guide a team of Business Analysts and influence how we deliver impactful change across the Society. About you

- Experience guiding business analysts in a delivery-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, including BABOK, Agile, PRINCE2, and software selection processes.

- A successful track record of delivering high-profile, complex technology projects in a matrix environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, including engaging senior leaders.

- Leading a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to support their development and delivery quality.
