About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team, ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems and providing excellent customer service. Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank is looking for a compassionate and proactive Client Support Worker to support our Tackling Destitution Together project, in partnership with Citizens Advice H&F.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, one-year pilot focused on addressing the factors which prevent effective early intervention in the borough and lead to high numbers of disabled people reaching crisis and destitution.

You will work directly with individuals referred by local agencies, taking time to understand their situation, identify root causes, and build personalised plans that connect them to the right support. This role involves ‘handholding’ – a flexible and responsive approach that adapts to each person’s needs to help them move towards long-term stability and independence.

You’ll be part of a small, committed project team aiming to strengthen early intervention in the borough. Your role will include working closely with referring partners, signposting to services, and contributing to data and research to help us understand what works and why.

Your experience will show a strong ability to build trust, navigate complex systems, and work in partnership with other organisations. You’ll be a clear communicator, well-organised, and motivated by making a meaningful difference in people’s lives before crisis hits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to clients, carrying out assessments and continued casework support, connecting clients to the right services.
• Deliver practical, personalised help to prevent crisis and support long-term stability.
• Manage referrals, record casework, and track outcomes using AdvicePro.

Join Boaz Trust as our first Head of Fundraising and lead the growth of a passionate, values-driven charity supporting people at risk of homelessness due to their immigration status. Help shape strategy, build relationships, and grow income to expand our impact across Greater Manchester.

At Boaz Trust, we believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home. For over 20 years, we’ve provided accommodation and specialist support to people who are facing homelessness and destitution because of their insecure or unresolved immigration status. Last year we worked with more than 600 people and, thanks to our dedicated support team, since April 2024 alone, 188 individuals now have somewhere safe to stay, instead of having no choice but to sleep outside.

We’re now looking for a strategic, relationship-driven fundraiser to join our senior team and shape a new phase of growth. As our first Head of Fundraising, you’ll play a vital role in transforming strong but reactive income streams into a thriving, sustainable programme that enables us to support more people, more effectively.

We have an engaged and generous supporter base, particularly among individuals, churches and other groups across Greater Manchester. Trusts and Foundations fundraising is also well established, with an experienced team member already in post. This new role will focus on strengthening and growing Individual Giving and Church/Community partnerships, both areas with significant potential. Rinova Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Dance Tutor and Learning Support Officer for their Creative Re Work Programme, with a background in the arts and creative sector, keen and able to work with young people and adults entering or re-entering the world of work.

The successful candidate will be committed to helping people achieve their potential and to assist with the delivery of our accredited courses in London locations. We need a committed, enthusiastic, and positive individual to join our fantastic team of professionals - empathy, great communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve their potential are must-haves. An understanding of the very specific barriers and considerations, that those within, (or transitioning into) the creative sector, face.

The successful candidate will also be required to be competent in collaboratively designing lesson plans, learner timetables and schemes of work.

The role will be offered initially on a part-time basis mainly working across London boroughs and the office, with the opportunity to work remotely on occasions. Delivery and line management

• To assist in the delivery of practical dance and performance skills classes as and when required.
• To manage a caseload of participants requiring Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), mentoring and confidence building

Job Title: Deputy Service Manager

Location: Elephant and Castle (around a 7 - 10 minute walk) onsite working, step free access

Salary: £33,200

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday on rota which can vary between 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00, and 14:00 - 22:00. You will also take part in the out of hours on call service for managers. Home working available one day per month, one evening per week, and no bank holiday working.

We're seeking a Deputy Service Manager to join our Independent Approved Premises (IAP), commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) which works with high risk offenders who have left prison. Penrose Drive is a community setting, rather than custodial where residents can go out in the community if they do not have restrictions on their license. Security is therefore flexible in both design and operation. The team work in a multi disciplinary approach, working alongside probation services, job centres, mental health teams, and other community partners. 

You will lead the team by providing line management and leadership support to enable and empower the team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will ensure a quality service is delivered in line with our contractual requirements, and will encourage the creation of a psychologically informed environment, which provides person centred support. The role includes:

• Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
• Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service
• Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed
• Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed

About the Role:

The role of the Domestic Abuse Team Leader is to provide operational support and management to a team of Independent Domestic Violence advisors (IDVAs) that provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic abuse in Cumbria. This will include those at the highest risk of harm and victims of rape and serious sexual assault.

To be successful in this role you will be flexible and proactive, have knowledge and experience of delivering a service and working directly with clients or service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting. A proven track record of managing a team delivering services of similar nature and scope, including performance management and staff development is essential. You will have experience of voluntary and statutory agencies, including a good understanding of the criminal justice, health and social care sectors.
