This new role will focus on driving business development and fundraising opportunities, and ensuring robust contract administration across METRO's HIV services. Reporting to the Head of HIV or Director of Services, the Senior Manager (HIV Services): Business Development and Team Coordination plays a vital role in strengthening the sustainability and effectiveness of METRO's HIV services.

The post holder will support the development of funding proposals and bids, build and maintain relationships with funders, commissioners, and partners, and contribute to fundraising activity to secure the future of HIV services. Alongside this, the post holder will provide hands-on support to the team with contract management, producing high-quality data-led reports, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.

This role acts as a bridge between delivery teams and METRO's leadership, being part of its Senior Management Team (SMT), and enabling services to thrive by ensuring contracts are well-managed, reports are accurate and timely, and opportunities for growth and sustainability are actively pursued.

Programme

METRO runs various HIV prevention and support services across London and the Southeast. These services include pan London and local HIV prevention services, HIV support services including advice and advocacy and family support, HIV peer mentoring and counselling services. Many of these services are delivered in partnership with agencies such as the GMIPartnership consisting of Spectra, Positive East, and our collaborations with THT, Positively UK and Africa Advocacy Foundation. Our services are also embedded in other sexual health partnerships, such as the SASH programme, which consists of our partnerships with Turning Point, London Friend and Naz. We also work with several NHS Trusts as part of our work with the London HIV Fast Track Cities programme and wider programmes.

Senior Analyst

The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Senior Analyst to join their team in London, Delhi or Accra. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution.   

The Senior Analyst will help to deliver the Clean Air Fund’s mission through high quality strategic and operational support to the CEOs Office. This includes leading, managing and supporting internal initiatives, and supporting high impact external engagement of the CEO.  You will be a great fit for this role if you are looking for experience supporting and learning from a high impact senior leadership team, if you get a kick from making things work and collaborating with others, and if you thrive on variety. 

To be successful in this role you will have the following; 

• Experience in project management in the non-profit or philanthropic sector.
• Experience of leading cross-organisational initiatives or workstreams. 
• Experience in research, data gathering and analysis.
• Experience in drafting high quality speeches, briefings and presentations for high-level audiences across a wider range of topics. 
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

ADVOCACY SERVICE MANAGER

Salary: £37,000 £40,000 (dependent on experience)
 

Location: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days per week in our South London office
 

Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover – up to 9 months)
 

Rape Crisis South London (RCSL) is seeking a skilled, passionate, and professional Advocacy Manager to join our team and lead our ISVA and Casework department. 
 

As Advocacy Manager (maternity cover), you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality support services for survivors of sexual violence, particularly those engaging with or considering engagement with the criminal justice system. You will manage a team of ISVAs (Independent Sexual Violence Advocates), Caseworkers, and our Advocacy Operations Administrator, ensuring excellence in recruitment, induction, and training.
 

Reporting to the Director of Programmes, you will play a key leadership role within our organisation, working collaboratively with colleagues across our frontline services and our training and prevention teams.
 

What We are Looking For: 
 

• A proven track record in people management and supporting survivors of sexual violence
• Experience working within the violence against women and girls (VAWG) sector
• A creative and collaborative approach to service development and evaluation
