The Role
We are looking for an Associate Head of Supporter Development who will lead a skilled and experienced team of 11, responsible for the strategic development, delivery and growth of our supporter development programme. You will be responsible for a busy and dynamic programme, developing supporter loyalty to achieve our income targets and KPIs. The role is responsible for a diverse programme of work including loyalty, welcome, raffle and lottery, legacy stewardship, cash and product journey development and delivery.
The role will play a leading role in maximising income from existing supporters through the proactive and planned management of supporter communications journeys. You will lead your team to increase the lifetime value of a supporter through application of data driven insight to our marketing communications.
About you
The Associate Head of Supporter Development will have significant experience and success in developing, delivering, and monitoring supporter strategies and plans and finding new ways to drive growth.
You will be highly collaborative, working across multiple teams and across the whole of NSPCC'S leadership team. You will strive for excellence, using your leadership skills and experience to challenge your team to continually achieve the the highest possible standards. You will have substantial experience of budget management and financial planning, be highly numerate with a proven track record of handling expenditure and income targets.

The service is made up of 15 self-contained units and is staffed 24 hours a day by support workers.The aim of the service is to provide a safe secure environment for our residents and work with them to achieve goals identified in their support plan before they move on to more permanent accommodation.
We are looking for reliable and self-motivated candidates who have experience of working within an accommodation-based service. An understanding of the issues facing people affected by homelessness, and an awareness of the support needs the client group presents with is essential. Sunrise House provides accommodation and housing related support for young women aged 16 to 19 who are pregnant or who have young children. The accommodation is situated in self-contained flats in Nottingham. Residents are expected to participate in support planning to boost their skills and confidence and engage in a resettlement programme. Staffs assist service users in finding appropriate move-on accommodation and equipping them with the skills needed for independent living.
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic candidates with an understanding of safeguarding and a desire to work with vulnerable young women and children. Experience of working in an accommodation setting or similar environment is not necessary but preferable.
The main functions of these roles are;
• To build the skills and confidence of service users to empower them in maximising their independence, including parenting skills.

About the role:
This role is home based, but will include some travel nationally, and some overnight stays.
As a Peer Support Coordinator you will: -
Manage a number of Peer Support volunteers who have lived experience of bereavement through homicide. You will support them to use their experience to help others who are also bereaved. This will involve monthly supervisions and regular communication to ensure they are up to date with service procedures and developments.
You will have experience of working in a trauma-informed way, with empathy and compassion. You will have good personal resilience, and be able to make effective use of supervisions to manage your wellbeing.
You will have a passion for using digital technology to make support accessible for people. You will take the lead on maintaining our secure online chat room by working with a group of volunteer supporters. You will also be key in the planning and organisation of our online support groups. Strong digital skills and enthusiasm for digital working is essential.
You will need: -
Knowledge of the impact of bereavement through homicide or the psychological impact of significant trauma resulting from a distressing event
Proven ability to work digitally in creative and appropriate ways to engage with service users and/or peer supporters
Confidence in using Microsoft Word, basic Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to use client databases
Ability to work on own initiative with good time management skills, prioritise work load, and make use of clinical supervision

The Targeted Support Service is a service that provides floating support to tenants of Frameworks Housing Management service.
Properties are located across Nottinghamshire as well as the City so a **Full driving licence and access to a car is required
In addition to the Floating support service we have a team member working with the Private Rented Sector to provide opportunities for appropriate move on accommodation. Both Services are based at Val Roberts House in Nottingham.
The service is made up of a Team Leader, 3 x Support Planners, 3 x Support Workers and 1x Private Rented Accommodation Planner.
A Worker is responsible for Support Working for up to 33 allocated tenants in partnership with one allocated Support Planner, Primary Reviews are carried out every six months and interim reviews every 3 months are also carried out by the planner you will be partnered with.
The support worker who delivers the planned support is assisted by a planner who are also required to work with Tenants at times as well as working with you closely to assist with development in your role.
We are a small busy team so the ability to be a team player with excellent time management skills is essential.
Targeted Support aim is to provide support to Framework tenants across 97 units of accommodation so therefore caseload changes occur as Tenants move out and new tenants move in the units. We complete all assessments based on this movement and do not take any outside referrals.
We work very closely with the Housing Management team, so an ability to foster good working and positive relationships with another team is very important as is an understanding of their role as well as your own.
The ability to complete concise and clear notes in electronic form is a must, as is a good working knowledge of computer applications and the move-on pathways into independent accommodation options available, as move-on is a large part this role.
A good all-round people person is required preferably with some knowledge of the benefits system either gained through another role or life experience although training and induction on the job / online and classroom will be provided.
This is a full-time position Mon to Friday 9-5pm -Mon to Thurs and 9-4-30 Fridays.
As previously stated **Full driving licence is required and access to a car is a requirement

Edwin House has been opened since February 2018 and it is a 63-bed facility based in Radford. Of these 63 beds, 15 are used for an in-patient detox and 48 beds provide residential accommodation. We are looking for a new Relationship Fundraising Manager to join our team in London.

About the role
As a member of the relationship fundraising team, you will deliver first class personalised stewardship across Macmillan’s fundraising portfolio, working as one team, to deliver against financial and non-financial key performance indicators in an ever-evolving environment. You will understand your supporters’ motivations and help them to support Macmillan in the way that appeals to them. All while ensuring you offer excellent levels of communication; fundraising guidance; suitably recognise their contribution; and demonstrate the impact of their support for people affected by cancer.
About you
We are looking for an excellent relationship builder who is skilled in building rapport and confident developing relationships with a variety of different audiences, ranging from individuals, organisations, and groups. You will want to place our supporters at the heart of everything you do by cultivating and stewarding relationships to deliver a first-class experience.
You will work to targets and need strong planning and organisational skills to deal with the variety of challenges the role brings.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a positive, proactive, hands on approach in-order to deliver shared targets. These are measured by conversion, retention, and average value.
In addition, you will have strong written and oral communication and influencing skills to enable you to engage, inspire and deliver key messages. Plus, experience of working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders

The Rough Sleeper Drug and Alcohol Treatment Team (RSDATT) is a newly established team in Nottingham City. Funded by OHID as part of a range of measures to eliminate rough sleeping and implement the new drug and alcohol treatment strategy, RSDATT works to engage people with drug and alcohol problems in Nottingham City who are rough sleepers or at risk of rough sleeping.
Our aim is to deliver innovative new ways of engaging, working with and supporting people into structured drug and alcohol treatment, especially those who may have been reluctant to enter treatment or work with services in the past. There is an emphasis on flexible service delivery, trying new approaches, partnership working and seeking to engage people through person centered approaches that work for the individual.
We are seeking to expand our team and our ability to deliver new evidenced based approaches that are most effective in terms of engaging people who face SMD, including psychologically and trauma informed approaches and establishing potential duty under the Care Act.
The Rough Sleeper Drug and Alcohol Treatment Team are looking for a qualified and registered Social Worker with at least two year’s post-qualification work as a social worker (ASYE/NQSW).
The main duties will include:
- To take a lead role in liaising with statutory agencies where the service encounters individuals about whom there are potential safeguarding concerns.
- To case work high intensity service users with identified care and support needs, as defined by the Care Act.
- To keep updated with National and Local Policy in relation to Adult Social Care and implications for people with multiple and complex needs
- Attend case conferencing and carry out initial assessments to determine eligibility for the service
- To advise, review, and potentially escalate the cases of particularly vulnerable people to relevant statutory partners. This may involve the completion of a Care Act Assessment.
- To represent Framework and NRN and contribute to a range of external forums linked to Homelessness and Rough Sleeping. This may include Multidisciplinary Team Meetings, Rough Sleepers Task Groups, and Severe Multiple Disadvantage Integrated Care Providers meetings.
- To ensure that best practice is actively researched and shared appropriately, and knowledge and practice related to relevant legislation is maintained.
- To create and deliver relevant training and briefings in relation to Social Care.
- The post holder is expected to deal with a range of difficult situations relating to the support of people who experience severe multiple disadvantages.
- The post holder is also responsible for dealing with some particularly sensitive issues negotiating and challenging the decisions of other statutory agencies.
