About the role

As North Wales Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in:

• Connecting volunteers with schools and colleges, ensuring young people benefit from inspiring talks and workshops.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, employers, and volunteers.
• Listening and adapting to the needs of young people, ensuring our programme creates real value for them and the stakeholders we work with.

Youth Participation Officer

Fitzrovia Youth in Action is looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic person for our Youth Participation Officer role. If you feel like this is you, we would love to hear from you!

The post holder will manage and develop youth-led community projects in which young people develop their leadership and employability skills through becoming actively involved in their community and participating in self-directed community action. The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of several youth-led community projects, primarily the organisation of youth-led community events, but might also include elements of other youth-led activities, such as youth action team, health champions and ambassadors.

We’re looking for someone resilient, trauma-informed, and relationship-focused. 

Rosebery Avenue, Clerkenwell – 1 x Support Worker 

Rosebery Avenue is a 24/7 Skills and Employment service with 22 self-contained flats. The focus is on helping residents move into training, education, or work. You’ll join a small, dedicated team in a psychologically informed environment, working closely with partners like St Mungo’s Recovery College to deliver tailored support. 

Islington Mental Health Service, Islington – 1 x Support Worker 

This service supports 50 adults with severe and enduring mental health needs across two hostels and two semi-independent projects. You’ll provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and work toward independent living. 

About You 

Above all, you will have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives. If you have a good understanding of the complex issues faced by homeless people; personal experience of homelessness yourself and some experience of supporting vulnerable people through a process of change, we encourage you to apply.

As Director of Fundraising, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team delivering on the strategic objectives of the charity with responsibility for raising £4m this financial year in voluntary income for the Childhood Trust across trusts & foundations, corporates, major donors and community.  Delivering growth year on year to support the ambitious plans of the organisation.  Directly managing three ‘Heads Of’ fundraising roles, you will create a new fundraising strategy, steer the fundraising team’s activities, secure funding, and cultivate relationships that fuel our mission.

The work we do at Money and Mental Health has a real impact for people with mental health problems. As a core part of our charity, the Mental Health Accessible (MHA) team is on a mission to make everyday essential services – like banking, energy, water and telecoms – genuinely accessible for people experiencing mental health problems.

We do this by working directly with firms – and we’ve worked with leading providers from across essential sectors, including Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC UK, Nationwide, Co-operative Bank and Ovo. 

Whether it's a full MHA accreditation, or bespoke consultancy on inclusive service design, reviewing customer communications or amplifying the voices of people with lived experience within processes, every part of what we do drives real, systemic change.

We’re looking for a proactive, passionate and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Officer to support the growth and delivery of our consultancy work, within the Mental Health Accessible programme. This role is ideal for someone looking to build an impact-driven career in consultancy, project management or partnerships, with hands-on involvement across business development and client relationship management.

Key tasks in the role will include: 

• Project management & delivery: Assist in coordinating client-facing consultancy projects, ensuring clear timelines, responsibilities and smooth cross-functional collaboration.

• Business development: Support new business pipeline growth, help draft pitches, conduct outreach and build relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Copywriting & communications: Draft, edit and proofread consultancy outputs, proposals and social media content to ensure clear and accurate messaging.

• Meeting & record management: Organise internal and client meetings, maintain accurate documentation including agendas, notes and follow-ups.

• Reporting & analysis: Contribute to internal reporting on business development and financial forecasts, tracking metrics and targets.

• Administrative & organisational support: Assist senior leaders and other teams within the charity to deliver our programme of research and consultancy work.

Location: We welcome applicants from across the UK. We are based in east London, with London colleagues working from the office twice a week. This post can be offered to non-London applicants, with twice monthly travel to our London office. The salary is the same for both London-based and non-London based applicants, who are expected to fund their own travel costs to the office. The office is wheelchair accessible, with accessible lifts, toilets and showers.

Hours: This role is offered as a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 30 hours over 4 days a week). The charity has a flexible working policy with core hours of 10am - 3pm and remaining contracted hours distributed throughout the week flexibly. 

The Events Coordinator Role will be part of the Philanthropy & Events Team, within the Income and Engagement Directorate, and will report to our Philanthropy Events Manager.

The Philanthropy & Events team was newly established in 2024 to specifically focus on maximising our existing special events calendar, developing new event concepts, and growing a tailored programme for philanthropic and major donor relationships.
