Job description

Ormiston Families’ Income Generation and Marketing team plays a vital role in securing the funding needed for Ormiston Families to run its vital services

We are looking for someone passionate about building powerful relationships with an understanding of how our messaging and storytelling can connect with existing and potential supporters. The job holder must have a strong understanding of what motivates people to support Ormiston Families and how to attract them to our cause.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and high-performing trusts and grants team and driving strategic income growth. You will also spearhead new and innovative fundraising initiatives to diversify revenue streams and support the charity’s long-term sustainability. 

The post advertised is a full-time (35 hours per week), temporary position (12 months Maternity cover). 

The salary for this post is £44,115 per annum. 

The location for this position is hybrid with 2 days in the Ipswich office.
