Within the Salvation Army the role of Digital Learning Systems Partner is known as our LMS and LXP Technical Partner. What you’ll be doing

You’ll be central to ensuring the LMS and LXP deliver a first-class learning experience. Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Manage and develop the Totara platform, particularly the Develop and Collaborate areas
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, resolving user and system issues quickly and effectively
• Work with leaders, HR, and IT to design solutions that support leader development and succession planning
• Create and maintain clear user guides, workflows, and training materials
• Deliver training sessions (both online and face-to-face) to help users get the most from the system
• Analyse system use and user feedback to drive ongoing improvements
• Collaborate flexibly with colleagues in the eLearning and Personnel teams on shared projects and innovation

• Has solid experience managing and maintaining a Learning Management System (Totara or Moodle ideal)
• Holds a Level 5 qualification in Learning Management Systems or equivalent certification

• Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Job Title: Recovery Worker

Location: West Ealing -  Step free access available

Salary: £27,000

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota between Monday to Sunday varying shifts from 07:30 - 16:00 or 13:30 - 21:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service requirements. 

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team in based in Ealing. We support adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, and mental health challenges and providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders. Marron House has 18 bed spaces and we provide personalised support around daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, reminders to take medication and developing a structured weekly routine.

The Deputy Contract Manager is responsible for the operational management of our specialist customer focused support services across the service. The Kent Infant Feeding Peer Supporter role is vital in the delivery of community Infant Feeding Peer Support within the region. Offering support face to face within the community, family hubs, local hospitals, within families homes and virtually via social media platforms, phone and video calls.

• To provide breastfeeding and infant feeding peer support to parents and.
• Support in delivering inductions and offer shadowing for volunteer peer supporters.  

• To attend regular supervision/support sessions.  

• Collecting data as and when required including case studies and narrative of work with the communities.   
• Attend meetings relevant to safeguarding duties to ensure effective and informed practice, responding to and supporting safeguarding concerns.

About you

· Trained NCT Breastfeeding Peer Supporter or equivalent with appropriate experience, or willing to train.

· Have a passion for breastfeeding and ensuring every family in Kent has accessible support.

· Experience of working with families from diverse backgrounds.

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with a range of people.

· Have knowledge of the local perinatal services and communities within the Kent area.

High Trees Community Development Trust is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Children, Young People & Families (CYPF) to join our senior management team and lead one of our core service areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a wide-ranging CYPF service that directly supports over 400 children and young people each year, and many more through partnerships. You will lead the newly redeveloped Tulse Hill Adventure Playground, ensuring it thrives as a hub for children, young people and families, alongside a portfolio of impactful programmes including school-based mentoring, young leaders’ programmes, family stay-and-play, and peer-led social action.

We're looking for an LGBTQ+ drug and alcohol recovery worker to jin our Antidote drug and alcohol service.

London Friend’s Antidote service provides high quality drug & alcohol psycho-social treatment and support to LGBTQ+ people utilising harm reduction & abstinence-based methods.  Antidote is a part of London Friend which aims to support and promote health & wellbeing for LGBTQ+ people living in the London area.

We are working in partnership delivering substance misuse treatment and support in the London Boroughs of the City of London and Hackney. This is led by Turning Point, and in partnership with Mind in the City, Hackney, and Waltham Forest. London Friend is the LGBTQ+ lead for the partnership.

Recovery support workers provide support to LGBTQ+ people experiencing difficulties with drug or alcohol use, including supporting those engaged in chemsex, and incorporating HIV prevention initiatives and sexual health support. They will hold a caseload of clients and be responsible for their assessment, case planning, review, and ongoing care. They will deliver group programmes and provide outreach to LGBTQ+ people in community settings including local sexual health clinics.

The postholder will be employed by London Friend and work within a multi-agency team based in the two Boroughs and local satellite locations including sexual health services. They will also assist with the delivery of Antidote’s services, including our walk-in clinics and group programmes, with a priority on identifying and supporting residents of the City of London and Hackney.

The post-holder will take an active anti-discriminatory, anti-racism and trans-inclusive approach around all areas of work and will be an active member of both London Friend and the City and Hackney Recovery Partnership and will support with the aims & objectives of both services.

Job Title: Dual Diagnosis Worker

Location: Based within a residential service across 4 sites in Croydon. (Walking distance from East Croydon train and tram links). Unfortunately this service does not have step free access.

Salary: £32,000

Shift Pattern: 12 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday working between 10:00 - 18:00. Hours may vary depending on service needs. 

About the Role

We’re looking for a Dual Diagnosis Worker with expertise in mental health and substance use to join our team in Croydon. Based in a residential service, you’ll support residents with mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis. In this role, you’ll use your specialist knowledge to help both residents and the wider team overcome personal challenges. 

You’ll use evidence-based approaches to support recovery, independence, and integration through holistic assessments. As a comorbidity specialist, you’ll guide the team in achieving positive outcomes for residents. Your main duties include:

• Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.
• Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.
• Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.
• Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
• Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning. 

About You

We are looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with experience in interventions, and in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have practical experience and relevant qualifications, and be skilled in engaging reluctant individuals. You must be resilient, proactive, and a strong problem solver to build the trusting relationships essential for this role.

The Manna Day Centre is a drop-in Centre for homeless and vulnerably housed single men and women. It is run by a team of project workers, under the Director, who are responsible for its smooth operation. Basic Services offered include food, showers, clothing, housing & welfare advice, medical care, and access to laptops. The Centre opens to service users 7 days a week, 8.30am– 1.30pm.
