The Nuffield Foundation is recruiting an Executive Assistant to work closely with, and support, our Chief Executive, Leadership Team, Trustees and members of our governance committees.
The Executive Assistant will work at the intersection of strategic leadership and effective operational administration, working as a lynchpin within the organisation to provide high level administrative and operational support to the Nuffield Foundation’s Leadership Team (LT) and Chief Executive. They will be a trusted partner responsible for delivering high-level strategic, operational, and administrative support to the CEO and LT.
This will include:
- Scheduling, coordinating and supporting all Trustee and other Committee meetings and events, including the preparation of papers and agendas, taking detailed minutes and tracking agreed actions.
- Managing the CEO’s diary, providing briefings and drafting documents and presentations as required.
- Scheduling, planning and preparation of Leadership, staff and other large/organisation-wide meetings.
- Managing the overall governance calendar, and key governance documents and records.
- Working with the Directors of Strategy, Finance and HR on strategic and operational planning
- Providing diary management and other general administrative support to members of the LT where required.
This role acts an extension of the CEO’s office, ensuring alignment across leadership priorities, and effective and timely follow-through on strategic and operational initiatives.
The successful candidate will be experienced in providing executive and administrative support to leaders, ideally within a similar organisation or setting. They will demonstrate professionalism and a strong work ethic, and will have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with a broad range of colleagues and use tact, discretion, influence and diplomacy when required. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence and short papers as well as take minutes of meetings. The ability to demonstrate political acumen and experience of providing company secretary/governance-type support is also desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Insights and Evaluation team at Dementia UK supporting the organisation to build the evidence base for Admiral Nursing through collecting and sharing evidence on the effectiveness of the Admiral Nursing model.
As the Insights and Evaluation Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the team’s systems and folders, ensuring key resources remain organised and up-to-date. Additionally you will act as the main point of contact for enquiries within the team. Actively managing the team’s inbox and coordinating meetings and projects, providing essential administrative support.
You will also be involved in coordinating data collection processes and assisting with the team’s survey function. This will include supporting basic analysis of evaluation data, collating and cleaning survey data and contributing to the production of reports and other key documents.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in providing administrative support, including managing shared folders and systems. Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and handle a diverse range of responsibilities independently. You should also possess solid IT skills, including proficiency in common software packages like MS Office, experience of using online survey software and some experience using Excel for basic data analysis. Job Purpose
This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. Main duties
Fundraising CRM Project Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end project to replace the current CRM system, including an audit of existing data, research into CRM options, supplier selection and full onboarding and implementation.
- Manage and maintain the current Salesforce system during the review period, ensuring it remains functional, accurate, and fit for purpose while supporting the transition process.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for the CRM system within the Fundraising and Communications team, ensuring it meets team needs and supports strategic goals.
CRM and Data Management
- Maintain and improve the quality of supporter data through regular cleansing, deduplication, and tagging to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Working with data flows and setting up integrations, ensuring the system runs smoothly on an ongoing basis, making updates, troubleshooting issues whilst maintaining data consistency.
- Work with the Finance team to support integration between the CRM and finance systems for seamless donation and income reporting.
Data Selections, Segmentation and Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the Fundraising team to perform targeted data selections for appeals, newsletters, stewardship journeys, and events.
- Develop and maintain segmentation structures and logic to support personalised supporter journeys and strategic targeting.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to provide campaign-ready data for fundraising, advocacy, and engagement activities.
Reporting and Insight
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real time insight into fundraising performance, donor behaviour and campaign results.
- Create and deliver regular and ad hoc fundraising analysis to inform strategic decisions and performance tracking.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve donor retention, upgrade journeys and lifetime value through data driven insight.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Action for Children as a Senior Events Officer on a Permanent Contract. World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.

We are recruiting for a Senior Participant Experience Manager to join on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE) as part of a job share. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful Events team, co-leading our 7-person Participant Experience team. Working closely with the other Senior Participant Experience Manager, you’ll be jointly responsible for identifying and delivering strategic projects and multi-channel supporter journeys to improve the supporter experience for all events participants, resulting in maximised income, retention and lifetime value.
You and your team will work across the Events team, adding value to our participants’ experience across our full range of products, from sign up to thanking and beyond. Sustrans’ Strategy, Impact and Evidence team is a leading centre of excellence in active travel research, monitoring and evaluation and we are recruiting now. As an Evidence Officer, you will work on a range of behaviour change and infrastructure projects, providing monitoring, evaluation, and analytical support. The Strategy, Impact and Evidence teamplays an important part in supporting our vision by providing robust evidence on sustainable and active travel that ultimately influences and shapes policy, practice and behaviour across the UK.
Focusing on monitoring and evaluating the impact of infrastructure and behaviour change programmes, you will work on a range of projects around the UK and be involved in the planning, delivery, analysis and reporting of our monitoring and evaluation work.

The AI Opportunity Fund, led by the Centre for Public Impact with support from Google . org, is currently a €16 million initiative aimed at empowering underserved workers across Europe with essential AI skills. The programme has selected 73 organisations from hundreds of applications to provide tailored AI training to at least 20,000 workers across 24 European countries. These organisations focus on diverse communities, including rural job seekers, underemployed women, and public sector workers, aiming to bridge the digital divide and promote economic resilience. The initiative underscores AI's potential to drive social mobility and equitable growth across the continent. We are also hoping to scale our work in this area in the future.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Grants Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the AI Opportunity Fund. This role is responsible for the operational leadership of the programme, ensuring that it is planned and executed effectively on time, on budget and within scope. A key focus of the role is ensuring that the grant-giving component of the programme is designed and stewarded diligently.
This is a middle management role that is primarily operational with some elements of strategic leadership. It requires strong project management skills, good grant-making practice and the ability to manage relationships with diverse partners. Proven experience of identifying, assessing, prioritising, and managing risks when executing programmes.
