We are currently seeking a Project Manager to play a vital role in ensuring CCP's expanding Independent Living Support Services for young people leaving care in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and surrounding counties meet all staffing, contractual, legal and audit requirements providing the highest quality of support in line with Ofsted Standards. You'll be based mainly at our Cheltenham headquarters, working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover if needed. Please note that due to the location of our properties, successful applicants will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle. Experience in supporting young people with independent living, and management is essential. We are also offering a £2,000 welcome bonus to any successful external applicant (please see bottom of advert for full details).

Terms and conditions of welcome bonus:

About the role
We’re looking for a Social Worker to support children and young people diagnosed with cancer in our Glasgow Team.
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality support tailored to the needs of the children and young people and their families using a needs based assessment framework. The work we do is rewarding but also complex and demanding. You will be part of a close-knit Young Lives vs Cancer social work team, working with an established NHS multi-disciplinary team and services in the community.
This role is part home, part site-based. Your contractual base will be both Home and the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre/Royal Children`s Hospital.

What do I need?
The key skills we’re looking for in this role are:
- A recognised Social Worker qualification and current registration with Social Work England/ Scottish Social Services Council/Social Care Wales/Northern Ireland Social Care Council

- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment, ideally in an NHS setting.
- Sound knowledge of child and young people development.
- An understanding of the impact of serious illness for children, young people and their families.

The Independent Living Medication Support Service (ILMSS) in Lambeth is a community-based floating support service designed for adults with primary mental health needs and often dual diagnoses.
The service aims to help individuals stay well, avoid hospitalisation, and live independently in the community. The service provides one-to-one support in customer's homes to build awareness, routines, and skills for medication management. Furthermore, it aims to support customers with housing, benefits, and social issues through short-term interventions.
As Service Manager for the Lambeth ILMS service, you will lead a dynamic team delivering floating support to 105 customers and medication support to 35 customers across the borough. Leadership and competence development in direct reports is a key responsibility of the role. Post-holders may also carry client group specialism responsibilities, linking in with other Managers and Head of Services to ensure focused integration of specialisms across the whole organisation.
The working pattern for this role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional requirements for weekend and out-of-hours work to meet service needs.

Job Title: Deputy Service Manager

About the role
We're looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join our residential service based in Croydon. You will support the Service Manager to provide leadership and line management to a team of Recovery Workers, Engagement Workers, and other frontline care and support staff. We are recruiting a Peer Involvement Worker to join the Involvement Team and become part of a vibrant and ambitious Lived Experience Workforce. You will use this knowledge to support members to become involved in activities that align with their lived experience, and to assist the Involvement Administrative Coordinator in reviewing expressions of interests and selecting members for opportunities.
The Peer Involvement Worker role involves supporting members in their involvement through 1 to 1 check-ins, training, group sessions, and by offering support before, during and after involvement activities. You will play a role in supporting the development and delivery of the Lived Experience Member Training & Support Framework.

· Preparation for, delivery of and pack down of drop-ins including cleaning, food and drink preparation and room layout.
· Creating a welcoming and judgement-free environment for our clients
· Planning and delivering activities for clients including art, wellbeing, games, Bible studies and other activities. Where required, liaising with external group facilitators.
· Completing relevant administrative tasks including writing case notes and sending reminders to women.
· To provide emotional (listening) support to women. This may take place within the context of group activities or one to one settings, including face-to-face appointments, phone calls, texts, emails, meetings in the community or home visits.
· To provide practical support, including supporting women with making phone calls and filling in forms, applying for grants, accompanying women to appointments and meetings, researching information, signposting and advocacy-style support.
· By drawing on your own Christian faith, to offer Christian support to women, within the Christian culture and ethos of OTF. This may take place in group or one-to-one settings.
· Providing goal based one-to-one support for clients and supporting with applications, referrals and other needs identified
· Meeting the practical needs of our clients by supporting with food and distribution of essential items
· Identifying any wellbeing or safeguarding needs that need further action or support
· Leading and participating in Bible studies, prayer time and other faith-based activities in the centre
Key attributes and experience required for the role:
· Ideally experience and knowledge of working with people with complex and multiple needs, or a demonstrable willingness to learn (training can be provided)
· Ideally experience and knowledge of local services, or a demonstrable willingness to learn (training can be provided)
· A passion for seeing women thrive and lives transformed – practically, emotionally and spiritually
· Strong alignment with the vision of Off the Fence, and a commitment to our organisational focus
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· A requirement of the role is for the post-holder to be a practising Christian in accordance with the Equality Act 2010

The Gateway Programme at Off The Fence is dedicated to empowering women facing crisis, emotional hardship, or practical difficulties. Our Gateway Women’s Centre is a trauma-informed safe space where our support team offer confidential, one-to-one emotional, practical, and spiritual support. Through drop-ins, an essentials bank, and referrals, we equip women to confidently navigate life’s challenges.
Our goal-based workshops and wellness sessions provide opportunities for personal development while creating moments of joy and belonging. By breaking cycles of isolation, restoring self-agency, and connecting women to strong support networks,
Gateway empowers women to rebuild their lives. Whether through restorative care, discipleship sessions, or access to external services, women supported can step into a future of stability, community, and hope.

Working at Off the Fence
We are a small but highly dedicated team, passionate about seeing transformation across Brighton and Hove. Off the Fence employees are entitled to:
- 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays, with extra days added for long service
- Up to 5 days of mission leave (pro rata)
- 7% employer pension contributions
