The Supporter Care Assistant is responsible for efficiently administering the ‘supporter journey’ so that everyone is welcomed and thanked promptly and personally. This includes regular actions such as:
· adding new members to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
· steps to ensure that the personal data we hold is accurate and used for the purposes given, in line with regulations such as GDPR
· responding to supporter queries
· sending routine correspondence
· working with other team members to support the smooth running of various fundraising processes.

This is an exciting role supporting the Supporter Experience team in delivering an extensive portfolio of campaign selections and supporter journeys across the NSPCC. The team, which sits within the Communications division, is responsible for managing communications with warm supporters. The team works with Campaign Managers to use data effectively in supporter communications, ensuring supporters receive an excellent experience of the NSPCC.
This role will be responsible for planning and delivering supporter journeys and data selections for NSPCC campaigns, based on briefs developed with Campaign Managers and internal teams. This will primarily use FastStats, PeopleStage and Adestra, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
The successful candidate will have experience of mailing selections and automated journey creation, as well as an understanding of how data can be applied to create complex and tailored supporter journeys using dynamic content, journey logic, personalisation and reporting. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills and be experienced in developing and maintaining working relationships across various teams.

Headway is seeking a new Justice Programme Manager who will expand the current services to have a greater impact on police and probation services, improving knowledge and understanding and the support offenders with brain injuries receive.
We want someone who can both oversee the existing projects, such as our brain injury ID cards, whilst expanding the services in line with our new strategy, due to launch in the summer of 2024.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement a strategy for Headway’s work within the criminal justice system.
- Work with and develop key relationships across, police, probation services to improve knowledge and systems for offenders with brain injuries.
- Develop new justice related projects, including working with Headway’s fundraising team, to generate new income to expand the services.
- Work with the network of local Headway charities, to expand their work, within the justice system.
- Manage and deliver Headway’s justice related training initiatives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of Headway UK’s Brain Injury ID Card, including the line management of the project lead.

The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. As Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the effective day to day management of key business support services including operations, IT data and premises. This role will identify, develop and manage top food partners relationships and strengthen existing business relationships with companies in the food industry, generating value for the partner and to secure growing and sustainable volumes of surplus food for the FareShare Network.
For designated top food partners, you will be their day to day point of contact with regular face to face contact at all levels. You will undertake structured, strategic account management, leading and coordinating FareShare’s engagement across our organisation. This will mean agreeing and executing a bespoke joint business plan with each account to get more food, money and strategic support. You will also be required to work closely with FareShare colleagues within FareShare and across the UK in our partner organisations in order to identify and understand opportunities for creating mutual and shared value.
Main areas of responsibility
Partnership Management
- Contribute to the development of consistent, structured Joint Business plans with designated accounts that take into account food, funding and other strategic initiatives to drive growth in food, money and other strategic resources.
- Work on behalf of the account to develop and embed services relevant to the account and
- agreed through the joint business plan – e.g. employability or store level redistribution.
- Execute joint business plans and report internally and externally on progress.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Significant knowledge and experience of a wide range of fundraising; with a demonstrable track record of growing income in at least two of our fundraising growth areas: legacies, major donors, corporate partnerships or regular givers.
- Experience of leading and implementing strategies, including setting and overseeing strategic projects led by others.
- Experience of using CRM systems to their full potential, interpreting donor data, analysing findings and making decisions based on your analysis. Knowledge and experience of the Donorfy platform is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of the homelessness or social inclusion sectors would be desirable, but not essential.

The purpose of the role is to drive and deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy in order to support the work of Life. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end experience of existing supporters as well as attaining new supporters.
