In this role, you will take ownership of a structured data cleansing exercise to improve the accuracy, consistency and usability of data across the organisation. You will work closely with internal teams and data owners to identify data quality issues, implement improvements, and establish clear documentation that supports ongoing data management.

Alongside cleansing the data, you will develop documentation describing the structure of our CRM data, including key entities, fields and relationships within Microsoft Dataverse. This documentation will support improved understanding of how
data is used across the organisation and help ensure good data management practices are maintained in future.

This is a fixed term role designed to deliver measurable improvements to data quality and leave a sustainable framework for managing data effectively going forward.

What you’re responsible for
As a Data Quality Analyst you will:
• Lead and deliver a structured data cleanse of CRM data within Dynamics 365.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent records and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with internal teams and data owners to understand how data is used and prioritise areas requiring cleansing or improvement.
• Establish clear criteria and processes for identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Document the structure of CRM data, including entities, fields, relationships and key data flows within Microsoft Dataverse.
• Develop clear data documentation and mapping to support future system development and reporting.
• Support the implementation of data retention and data management practices aligned with organisational policies and relevant legislation.
• Recommend improvements to data capture processes, validation rules and standards to help maintain high data quality going forward.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing and other teams to ensure data is managed consistently across systems.
• Provide clear reporting on progress and outcomes of the data cleansing programme.

Your skills, experience and approach
It’s essential that you:
• Have experience working with data in CRM or database systems.
• Have strong analytical skills and experience identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Are confident working with datasets using tools such as Excel to review, organise and analyse data.
• Are able to take ownership of a defined project or workstream and deliver improvements within a set timeframe.

Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager (North) to lead and grow income across a significant and high-potential region. With an income target of c.£750k and ambitions for further growth, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering a more proactive, strategic approach to regional fundraising.

The Regional Fundraising Manager is a senior role responsible for leading fundraising across the North of England, managing a team of four fundraisers and contributing to the wider regional fundraising strategy. CRM & Data Management

• Own and manage HorseWorld’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and usability

Data Protection & Compliance

​The Biochemical Society are seeking a Training Manager, on an 18-month Fixed Term contract to support the Biochemical Society Training programmes.

Training Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver on agreed strategy across our current and future programme of training events, activities and resources, and plays a key role in taking the Society’s training programme forwards, focusing on the delivery and development of existing training programmes, the creation and implementation of exclusive members-only training opportunities to enhance our membership offering, and for devising and implementing new training courses by working with volunteers to develop appropriate content.

About the role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in sustaining and expanding the services that make a real difference to people severely affected by mental illness. You’ll bring teams together, write with clarity and purpose, and lead the end‑to‑end bid development process — ensuring we continue to deliver high‑quality, impactful support where it’s needed most.

You’ll champion collaboration, draw on the expertise of colleagues across the charity, and craft compelling, evidence‑based proposals that reflect who we are and what we stand for. From early development to final submission, you’ll help us win and retain contracts that directly improve lives.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the end‑to‑end development of bids, retenders, and proposals in line with internal quality standards.
• Working collaboratively with teams across Rethink Mental Illness, building strong relationships and creating connected ways of working.
• Supporting and managing Bid Development Officers.
• Contributing to regional business development plans and helping shape sustainable, innovative service models.
• Writing high‑quality, insightful submissions that articulate our strengths, capabilities, and lived‑experience approach.
• Developing early-stage budget models and working with Finance and HR to finalise financials ahead of submission.
• Generating insight through data, evidence, and internal expertise to create winning proposals.
• Researching competitors and identifying what makes Rethink Mental Illness stand out.
• Supporting successful bids through structured handovers and mobilisation.
• Contributing to continuous improvement through feedback, learning, and maintaining our Bid Library.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks Online (QBO)

• Strong understanding of financial reporting for charities including Charity SORP

The salary is £51,241, plus £2,000 London Weighting if applicable and a contributory pension scheme. The position is home-based UK-wide, with required travel to our London-based Hub space in Kennington. Operating as a blended role across the Membership and Marketing and Communications teams, this role will support the day-to-day membership and digital communication functions of the NI.

This role is responsible for membership administration and digital communications including processing and onboarding new members to managing ongoing renewals and maintaining the membership database, managing the delivery of Lunch & Learn sessions, Drop-In sessions and a range of themed technical and non-technical webinars, supporting HQ conferences and managing digital communications, member feedback and related marketing activity that underpins effective member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Administration

· Support the renewals process to ensure prompt collection of membership subscriptions including conducting follow-up campaigns to minimise lapsers. 

· Manage correspondence related to the onboarding process including preparing and sending membership welcome emails, and other communications as appropriate.

· Manage the Membership inbox responding to queries and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary.

· Support with the administration of Organisational Members including processing new members, issuing invoices and any other tasks as required.

· Assist with the development and implementation of new membership strategies.

· Other tasks to support the Membership and Business Development Director and Membership Manager as necessary.

Member Engagement and Digital Events

· Coordinate and deliver a structured programme of online events, including:

- Lunch & Learn sessions

- Drop-in member forums

- Themed webinar series covering both technical and non-technical topics

· Manage all webinar logistics, including registration, hosting, and post-event communications.

· Work closely with the Communities Officer and regional branches to promote local and regional events.

· Gather and analyse event feedback and attendance data to evaluate engagement levels and member satisfaction.

Digital Marketing & Communications

· Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to promote membership activities, including a monthly member-focused email highlighting benefits such as mentoring, e-learning, and events.

· Create engaging and relevant content for the NI website, newsletters, and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn).

· Develop promotional materials and manage a central events calendar to ensure consistent and timely communications.

· Monitor the Communications inbox responding to requests and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary

· Collaborate with the Membership and Business Development Director and Marketing and Communications Manager to assist with any other membership recruitment initiatives and campaigns as required.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and regularly cleanse the membership database to ensure all records are accurate and up to date relating to membership and marketing.
• Generate and manage Nuclear Future mailing lists as required.
• Produce analytical reports on membership growth, retention, and engagement.
• Collect, analyse, and present member feedback from surveys and event participation.
• Deliver quarterly reports highlighting engagement trends and insights.
• Apply both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and shape future engagement strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Customer Service

· Serve as a point of contact for current and potential members, answering enquiries via phone, email, and online.

· Provide information about membership benefits, policies, and procedures.

· Resolve membership-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

General

· Liaise with suppliers and partners where needed to deliver promotional or event materials.

· Support other NI operational activities as required.

Experience and Skills

Essential Experience

· 2–3 years’ experience in membership administration, customer service, event co-ordination or marketing or a similar administrative role, ideally within a non-profit, association, or professional membership organisation.

· Proficient in using CRM or membership management systems, including database management, reporting.

· Experience in administering membership or customer renewals processes.

· Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a professional environment.

· Ability to write compelling promotional copy.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital engagement and event tools such as Eventbrite, Cvent, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Teams.

· Confident in handling data, analysing information, and producing clear, accurate reports.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in developing and delivering membership recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
