Carers often experience significant financial challenges because of their caring role. This post will play a key role in ensuring carers can access the information, advice and support they need to maximise their income, improve financial resilience, and make informed decisions about their finances.

The Carer Financial Wellbeing Coordinator will provide day-to-day line management and support to Welfare Benefits Advisors, oversee the quality of financial wellbeing services, and work collaboratively to develop innovative and accessible support for carers. 

The role includes providing welfare benefits and financial wellbeing advice, supporting complex cases where appropriate, delivering workshops and training, developing resources, and identifying opportunities to strengthen our support offer.

You will work closely with teams across Carers Support West Sussex to ensure carers receive joined-up support and that financial wellbeing is embedded throughout our services. You will also contribute to service development, impact monitoring and continuous improvement, helping us demonstrate the difference our services make to carers across the county.

The role is a mix of remote/home working and community-based delivery, with travel across West Sussex required to attend meetings, deliver workshops and support carers and partners in local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Line Management: Provide day-to-day line management, supervision and support to the Welfare Benefits Advisors, including workload allocation, performance management and development.
•  Information & Guidance: Deliver high-quality welfare benefits and financial wellbeing advice to carers, including complex cases where appropriate, taking a holistic approach to financial wellbeing, considering benefits, grants, financial resilience and wider income maximisation.
•  Facilitate Learning: Design and deliver group sessions face-to-face in the community and online, videos, resources, workshops and information sessions for carers and deliver training and briefings for CSWS staff and volunteers to build confidence in identifying and responding to carers’ financial concerns.
•  Data Recording: Maintain accurate and timely records on CSWS Client Record Management systems to support monitoring, reporting and service improvement.
•  Demonstrate Impact: Use outcome-based tools to evidence impact, identify gaps in provision and support continuous service development.
•  Partnership Working: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure carers receive timely, joined-up support.
•  Governance: Work within CSWS policies and procedures, including safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection, equality and diversity, and health and safety.

About You:
•  Welfare Benefits
o  A comprehensive and up to date working knowledge of the welfare benefit system and the latest welfare reform developments.
o  Proven experience of providing in-depth welfare benefits advice, including complex cases.

The Sickle Cell Society (SCS) is the only national charity in the UK that supports and represents people affected by a sickle cell disorder. We provide information, advice and support to enable people to improve their overall quality of life. Job Purpose:

To assist the Fundraising Manager in the delivery of our Fundraising Strategy and on-going development to achieve our fundraising priorities and targets. An exciting and varied role, we are seeking a strong team player, and someone with the confidence and initiative to help develop and grow charitable income. The post holder will be someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the enthusiasm to want to learn and get things done. We are a small, friendly and closely knit team of 20 skilled and highly committed staff and over 50 active volunteers.

The post-holder will work closely with the Fundraising Manager, and wider team to provide an engaging supporter journey and timely, efficient donor care to existing and new supporters of the Society. Responsible for helping the team meet our agreed income targets for celebratory giving, challenge events, community fundraising and corporate payroll giving initiatives.; the post-holder will be keen on developing their Fundraising career and interested in expanding their use of CRM databases, data management and the production of reports for effective donor stewardship.

You will be responsible for the membership and donors’ database (Beacon) keeping it up to date and reporting back on results, whilst ensuring data compliance and implementation of data. You will be highly proficient in the use of business IT systems in particular Microsoft Excel to analyse data, and you will also have at least one year’s experience, or equivalent, in producing detailed and insightful reports.

The post-holder will be a confident communicator and collaborator with proven relationship building and creative and innovative fundraising skills. You will also support the development of our fundraising communications, monitoring performance across all channels driving best practice and income growth. Role Purpose

The Senior Individual Giving Officer is a crucial position within EIA’s Fundraising team, which contributes to the delivery of the individual giving strategy through acquiring and stewarding new supporters, leading our face to face fundraising and mass participation event programmes and legacy marketing and stewardship.

You will need to have demonstrable experience of delivering campaigns across individual giving products and channels, excellent written communication and analytical skills, and experience of creating engaging and inspiring online and offline direct marketing communications. 

Key areas of responsibility

New Supporter Acquisition: Face to Face fundraising

The Senior Individual Giving Officer will lead our new acquisition channel, face to face fundraising, to recruit new regular givers:

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of acquisition campaigns, from briefing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, to developing creative and monitoring results and evaluating performance
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget and meet the campaign KPIs
• Work with the Individual Giving Manager and Digital Implementation Officer to share content to feed into the bespoke supporter journeys for new supporters to increase engagement

Mass Participation Events

The Senior Individual Giving Officer will lead our growing mass participation events programme. Building on the success of testing during 2026, learning will be applied to further expand the event programme during 2027 and beyond:

• Develop and manage the annual event calendar to ensure there is a broad range of events that are targeted towards EIA supporters
• Responsible for all elements of supporter recruitment and stewardship from developing marketing materials, working with the Social Media and Digital Engagement Manager and the Digital team to recruit new supporters, setting up fundraising pages and stewarding supporters to meet their fundraising targets, through to evaluating performance and applying learnings to future events.

Supporter retention, development, and engagement

The Senior Individual Giving Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and inspiring supporter development activity and supporter journeys for individuals:

• Lead on creating the content and briefing suppliers for the supporter newsletter mailings which are sent out three times a year. 
• Plan, implement and evaluate digital and offline supporter-driven supporter journeys from all individual giving audiences, including appeals, face to face, mass digital, regular giving and the weekly lottery
• Work closely with the Individual Giving Manager, Supporter Services Officer and teams across the organisation (including the Communications and Campaign teams) to develop inspiring and targeted content and communications that increase engagement and lifetime value of supporters
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and evaluating the success of supporter journeys
• Along with the Supporter Services Officer, be a key point of contact for supporters, ensuring that all supporters have a positive experience

Legacy Marketing and Stewardship

• Develop and deliver legacy marketing campaigns to acquire new legacy pledgers from our existing supporter base
• Take a key role in the engagement with the Remember a Charity consortium, and lead on the promotion of legacies during Remember a Charity Week
• Work with the Individual Giving Manager and the Communications team to ensure legacy messages are included in all relevant communications including appeals, supporter newsletters and Investigator magazine
• Responsible for all elements of legacy stewardship, from establishing engagement segmentation, to developing and delivering a legacy stewardship programme including bespoke communications, as well as on and offline events and webinars to maximise engagement and commitment from legacy pledgers
• Explore opportunities to recruit legacy pledgers from new audiences

Strategy development, budgeting and campaign reporting

• Work with the Head of Fundraising and Individual Giving Manager to develop fundraising strategy and annual plans
• Monitor income and expenditure of campaigns within your areas to ensure they meet budget and contribute to the mid-year reforecast process
• Produce regular campaign reports that monitor performance against KPIs and feed back to the Head of · of Fundraising and wider organisation to share successes with the EIA team

SANE is a UK-wide mental health charity working to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by mental illness. It aims to raise awareness and understanding of all mental health conditions; fight to improve frontline mental health services for individuals and carers; provide support, information and guidance through SANEline, our Call Back service, email and text support; and promote and host research into causes, treatments and therapies through its Prince of Wales International Centre for SANE research.

We are looking for people interested in providing compassionate support to people affected by mental health problems. This includes supporting people with severe mental illness, and carers, families and friends. In this role you will provide confidential emotional support by telephone, email and text, as well supporting our skilled volunteers through their development and during their weekly shifts.

This role provides valuable practical experience in providing emotional support to vulnerable people. Working within SANE support services requires a high level of empathy and emotional resilience as well as excellent communication skills. SANE takes take pride in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for both our staff and volunteers. Applications are particularly welcome from individuals with counselling, psychology or therapy qualifications or any other therapeutic disciplines who are committed to providing compassionate mental health support.

Hours: 2 to 3 days per week, a mix of afternoon-to-evening shifts & occasional weekend work to cover our 7-day service, with working hours of 2.30-10.30pm. All work is conducted on-site at SANE’s London office.

Starting Salary: £15.46 per hour

JOB PURPOSE

This is a pivotal role within The Passage’s Fundraising Team, created to help support the transformation of our supporter data systems and ensure we become a more data informed, insight driven organisation and fundraising team. You will be the main contact for the fundraising CRM working with the fundraising team and other teams within The Passage such as finance and IT to ensure the smooth running of all systems and processes.

As the dedicated data and CRM Manager for Fundraising and Communications, you will support colleagues with reporting, analysis, campaign set-up and selections, and data strategy. Your work will ensure our data is accurate, accessible, and GDPR-compliant, enabling smarter decision-making, improved supporter journeys, and to help grow income. You will also be working with the Marketing and Communications team to implement email soft opt-in for our supporters. MAIN DUTIES 

1. Fundraising CRM Project Leadership 

• Manage and maintain the current Salesforce system, ensuring it remains functional, accurate, and fit for the purposes of stewarding donors and maintaining accurate records of donations 

• Act as the day-to-day lead for the CRM system within the Fundraising and Communications team, ensuring it meets team needs and supports strategic goals. 

• Document workflows, integrations and processes to ensure the long-term sustainability and usability of the system for vital processes such as donation processing and gift aid 

• Work with IT and the fundraising team to evaluate onboard 3rd party platforms to support fundraising initiatives. Ensure any changes are approved with senior stakeholders and documented.

• Be a custodian of GDPR within the Fundraising team and be the main point of contact with The Passage’s Data protection lead and ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current fundraising regulations. 

2.CRM and Data Management 

• Work collaboratively with the IT team and procurement team as the fundraising representative to recommend improvements to the current CRM and any other related projects. 

• Maintain and improve the quality of supporter data through regular cleansing, deduplication, and tagging to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance. 

• Ensure ongoing system performance and data integrity by embedding data hygiene routines and best practices. 

• Work with the Finance team to support integration between the CRM and finance systems for seamless donation and income reporting. 

• Working with data flows and setting up integrations, ensuring the system runs smoothly on an ongoing basis, making updates, troubleshooting issues whilst maintaining data consistency. 

• Work on system migrations and leading on maintaining proper process structures and documentation during those transitions. Keep track of installed packages, security keys, and their passwords and related administrative processes. 

• Be responsible for all data imports from our 3rd party platforms, ensure that data is uploaded in line with regular upload schedule in an accurate manner. 

• Work with the Marketing and Communications team to help implement soft opt-in 

• Manage one database volunteer to complete database tasks. 

3. Data Selections, Segmentation and Campaign Support 

• Collaborate with the Fundraising team to perform targeted data selections for appeals, newsletters, stewardship journeys, and events. 

• Develop and maintain segmentation structures and logic to support personalised supporter journeys and strategic targeting. 

• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to provide campaign-ready data for fundraising, advocacy, and engagement activities. 

4. Reporting and Insight 

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real time insight into fundraising performance, donor behaviour and campaign results. 

• Create and deliver regular and ad hoc fundraising analysis to inform strategic decisions and performance tracking. 

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve donor retention, upgrade journeys and lifetime value through data driven insight. 

5. Cyber Security 

• Work closely with the IT team to manage security/GDPR of the Fundraising crm 

• Develop knowledge in this area and undertake training as required. 

6. Other Duties: 

• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Fundraising and Communications team. 

• Support and attend fundraising events as required.

The role

Foxglove is seeking a Digital Campaigner to deliver our digital campaigning, our digital communications, our social media and our website. This role would sit within our advocacy and communications team, which works towards stronger accountability for Big Tech, and an end to states’ misuse of algorithms and AI. 

We want people in power to put an end to tech abuses that negatively impact our lives. But we’re up against an army of Big Tech lobbyists, working to shield their industry – and its vast profits – from any form of restraint. That’s why we need to ensure that the public, and our representatives in government and politics, are armed with the facts and knowledge they need to stand up to Big Tech billionaires.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in digital campaigning. The Digital Campaigner will not only identify these areas but act to implement the strategy they help devise – taking a hands-on and energetic approach. 

As part of a small and flexible team, you will also be expected to contribute to our wider areas of work as needed, across communications, advocacy and supporter campaigns.

Digital campaigns

• Develop and lead digital campaign strategies that support Foxglove’s litigation and advocacy work, translating our cases and work into compelling public-facing campaigns.
• Design and deliver end-to-end digital campaign activations – including email campaigns, petitions, actions, donation drives and supporter journeys – using Foxglove’s CRM and campaign tools.
• Identify campaign moments and news hooks and move quickly to mobilise supporters and generate public pressure at critical points in Foxglove’s cases.

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.

About the role

In 2018 Bridges Outcomes Partnerships co-designed the Single Homelessness Prevention service with Brent Council following the Homelessness Reduction Act (2018). The service provides early intervention to prevent or relieve homelessness for single people who previously would not have received support, aiming to prevent the mental trauma associated with homelessness and stop individuals reaching crisis point.

Our services continue to evolve into models that combine homelessness prevention, refugee support, and family stability interventions to improve life chances for vulnerable people and reduce the long-term impacts of housing instability and child poverty.

The Referral & Assessment Officer is a key role within the London Partnership, it is the first point of contact for people who have experienced trauma or are struggling to find a home.  

As part of the role, you will be responsible for the following activities within this element of the service

• Receive and process referrals from Brent Council, acting as the central point of access for the service.

• Review each referral against the service eligibility criteria, completing an initial triage assessment to determine the most appropriate support pathway.

• Contact clients where required to gather any outstanding information or supporting documentation needed to progress their referral.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Brent Council, delivery partners and other stakeholders to support effective referral pathways and timely allocation of referrals.

• Liaise regularly with Brent Council and delivery partners to resolve referral queries, gather outstanding information and ensure referrals progress efficiently

• Identify, record and escalate any immediate safeguarding concerns through the appropriate safeguarding procedures.

• Coordinating event administration and logistics, including registrations, fundraising packs, participant tracking, event-day support and accurate CRM records in Dynamics 365.

About you

You will be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and a warm, professional approach to building relationships. You will be highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You will bring strong attention to detail, good administrative skills and a genuine enthusiasm for charity fundraising.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience of building positive relationships, delivering excellent customer service and communicating clearly with a wide range of people.
• Is highly organised, able to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines, and brings strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Understands charity fundraising, is motivated by the difference supporters can make and can work with others to achieve income goals or targets.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records, with experience of fundraising databases or digital platforms being an advantage.
• Is positive, enthusiastic, flexible and professional, with a can-do attitude and willingness to support occasional evening or weekend activity.
• Experience of events fundraising, supporter engagement, digital fundraising platforms such as JustGiving, or motivating runners and challenge event participants would be an advantage. A UK driving licence and access to your own car would also be desirable.
