As Funder Development Manager, you will shape this network by developing a compelling value proposition, building acquisition pipelines, nurturing funders, and curating engagement programs that deepen alignment with our mission. What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high quality support sessions, supporting individuals with multiple disadvantage who are facing homelessness.
• Manage and administer an effective high-performance culture through regular 1:1s, objective setting and appraisals, providing additional support where necessary to overcome challenges and barriers.
• Support your team to seek out opportunities for knowledge development and skill improvement, reviewing its relevance against organisational policies and budgets.

• Lead on ensuring all aspects of service and property compliance and H&S are maintained at appropriate levels at all times, escalating concerns without delay to senior management.
• Lead on the monitoring and delivery of all relevant contract performance elements, supporting your team to proactively engage with the meeting (and exceeding) of those measures.
• Maintain oversight across all safeguarding matters for the service, leading on engagement with external stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams, attending case review meetings where appropriate.
• Support the team to take ownership of any rent management matters for residents, helping them to understand the importance of appropriate money management and to take necessary action to avoid arears, which will involve administration of housing benefit claims.
• Support the team with welfare benefit queries and money management skills to maximise rental income.

The role

- Lead on the preparation of monthly management accounts.

A key part of this role will be building strong relationships and engaging with budget holders to guide them through financial principles and controls and create impactful reporting solutions.

Purpose of the Role

The Finance Manager leads the day‑to‑day financial operations of The Shewsy, ensuring our resources are managed effectively, transparently, and in line with our charitable objectives.

• Work collaboratively with staff, offering financial guidance and supporting non‑finance colleagues where needed.

Knowledge, Experience & Attributes

Essential

• Experience in a finance role, including bookkeeping and month‑end preparation.
• Understanding of charity finance, including restricted vs unrestricted funds.
• Strong QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience.
• Ability to produce clear reports and communicate financial information.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to work independently.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience supporting grant reporting or charity audits.
• AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent (or working towards).
• Experience improving or developing financial systems.

SUPPORTER DEVELOPMENT MANANGER

We are delighted to be working with St Margaret’s Hospice Care who support patients, families and carers across the majority of Somerset, providing specialist in-patient hospice care, an adviceline and community service.

St Margaret’s are now seeking an experienced and innovative Supporter Development Manager to lead the ‘Supporter Experience’ function, bringing fresh ideas and insight-driven strategies to enhance donor engagement. You will manage supporter journeys across all income streams, focus on retention and stewardship, recognise and thank donors appropriately, and ensure accurate data management, Gift Aid compliance, and adherence to fundraising policies.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will help drive the hospice’s five-year income generation strategy, maximising income through innovative, supporter-focused engagement. With one direct report and oversight of a further three team members, you will embed gold-standard stewardship across the directorate, use CRM insights to guide decisions, and support the growth of mid-level giving while ensuring consistently high-quality supporter experiences.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience delivering high-quality supporter care and stewardship strategies that retain donors, reduce attrition, and increase giving opportunities.
• Highly developed organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience managing and delivering income-generating campaigns or appeals, including setting and managing budgets.
• Experience leading a high-performing team and supporting individuals to achieve their objectives.
• Demonstrable experience using CRM databases to analyse supporter data, with a strong understanding of accurate data capture, data governance, and using insight to enhance the supporter experience.

Open minded, you will be creative in approach, with effective leadership skills, and a strong empathetic and kind nature, particularly towards colleagues and bereaved supporters. Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Supporter Care Officer to join our Fundraising Strategy & Operations Team based in London on a 12-month fixed term basis.

About the role

The Fundraising Strategy and Operations team delivers high quality operations support to the wider Fundraising Directorate including Strategic Liaison with Service teams, Compliance, Supporter Journeys and Communications, and Supporter Care.

The role sits within our friendly and dedicated Supporter Care team. In addition to providing operations support to the Fundraising Directorate, the team provides a high standard of customer service to Centrepoint supporters and members of the public.

The role works alongside two other Officers and the team Manager to help steward and grow our compassionate supporter base, securing Centrepoint’s long term future, and enabling us to reach our strategic goals through helping to maximise fundraised income and increase donor loyalty.

The role involves working independently, collaborating with colleagues and third-party suppliers, and using a variety of technical systems to fulfil a range of supporter-related responsibilities.

These include, but are not limited to, liaising with existing and prospective supporters, managing fundraising complaints, processing donations, processing supporter data; and ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with GDPR, Data Protection, and other regulatory requirements.

About The Job:

This is a vital role in delivering our fundraising strategy and goals. The role holder will be responsible for raising income from individuals and legacies and increasing the volume and value of our supporter relationships, engaging new audiences and driving sustainable income growth. Main Areas Of Responsibility:

Income Generation

· Lead on raising income to an agreed target, through acquisition, development and retention of individuals and legacy pledgers, as agreed with the Head of Fundraising and Communications.

Strategy

· Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to build and deliver a highly effective, sustainable, audience-centred public fundraising and supporter experience plan.

· Engage in market and supporter insight to inform decision-making and development of new activity/products.

· Develop a good understanding of our supporter base, their motivations and behaviours. Use our CRM database (Raisers’ Edge NXT) and data analysis and insights to inform the development of new fundraising campaigns and products.

· Take the lead role in the development of effective supporter journeys, working with the Community Fundraising Team to convert community fundraisers and events participants into regular donors.

· Lead the design and delivery of individual giving campaigns (including the Christmas campaign), using direct mail, digital marketing and advertisements to drive supporter acquisition and retention.

· Develop and design our legacy programme, working with Farewill and local law firms to encourage supporters to include Homeless Oxfordshire in their will.

· Work with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to develop and deliver a mid-level giving programme, driving the major donor pipeline and effectively stewarding donors giving at the £300-£1,000 level.

Operational Delivery

· Be responsible for the setting and managing of budgets, targets and KPIs. Report on progress, trends and take action when required. Analyse results and evaluate activity to inform future plans.

· Act as the lead-user for Raisers’ Edge, supervise the Data Administrator to ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation, and support the team with reporting and data analysis.

· Work collaboratively to ensure that all income generation activity is integrated and opportunities for cross-team working are maximised.

· Develop processes that enhance the team’s capacity, efficiency, and ensure effective fundraising.

· Manage external partners and agencies involved in fundraising delivery, ensuring due diligence, high quality and effectiveness.

· Ensure the highest standard of supporter experience in order to make the most of every interaction.

· Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all areas of the public fundraising portfolio, including the Fundraising Code of Practice, Data Protection and Gift Aid. Model best practice and coach team member as required.

Leadership

· Line manage the Data Administrator, supporting them on reconciliation, data entry and gift processing.

· Provide management information for SMT and the Board of Trustees as requested and attending meetings when required.

· Build positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

· Represent the charity at external meetings as and when required.

· Engage with the wider charity sector, learning from peers and sharing best practice.

General Duties:

· Compliance with Homeless Oxfordshire’s policies and procedures.

· Contribute to a positive working environment in which equality and diversity are valued and staff are enabled to do their best.

· Contribute to the work of the broader team.

· Responsible for the effective use of financial and other resources.

About the role

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40+ year history. Over the last two years support for our cause has seen significant growth in income as tens of thousands of supporters have joined MAP, including individuals, trusts, foundations and corporates. Our challenge now is to retain this interest and ensure we sustain income as we respond to the ongoing emergency and the longer-term health of Palestinians over the coming years. With an ambition to be a £50m organisation by 2028, the supporter operations and insights team will play a vital role in enabling over one million Palestinians to access improved healthcare annually by 2028.

We’re looking for a strategic and people‑focused leader to head up our Supporter Operations and Insights team. A newly expanded team, this senior role will ensure our supporters receive an outstanding experience, while overseeing supporter operations, supplier management, data quality and insights. You’ll work closely with Fundraising and Finance colleagues to ensure income is processed accurately; deliver insights that drive decision‑making; and ensure operations are compliant and effective.

What is the role about?
This role leads the teams that look after our supporters behind the scenes and on the front line. You’ll make sure every supporter has a positive experience, that donations are handled accurately, and that we use data and insight to continuously improve how we work.

What will you be responsible for?
You’ll lead supporter care, operations and the performance and insights teams, manage key suppliers, work closely with Finance on income reconciliation, and turn data into insight that shapes fundraising decisions. You won’t manage the CRM system itself, but you’ll work closely with the CRM Technical lead and Head of Data and Insights to ensure supporter needs are met as we continue to embed a new CRM.

The Fundraiser - Corporate & Events will play a pivotal role in enabing Deafblind UK to achieve its goals - helping us to reach more supporters, inspire long-term giving, and raise vital funds through corporate partnerships and charity-led fundraising events. You’ll be at the heart of building relationships, creating impact, and driving income that directly transforms the support available for people with dual sensory loss.

Reporting to the Fundraising Development Manager, the Fundraiser - Corporate and Events will be responsible for growing our existing supporter base and driving engagement, loyalty and income through innovative corporate fundraising activities and charity-led fundraising events. You will be responsible for implementing fundraising strategies, coordinating campaigns, and developing strong connections with businesses in order to generate income and meet targets.

The role includes helping to market and promote Deafblind UK events, with a focus on writing compelling copy for online and offline promotion. The postholder will have a flair for creativity and innovation, with outstanding supporter relationship management skills; to help enhance income generation through mass participation events. Our aim is to ensure all fundraising activities are delivered to the highest standards and are well-planned, exciting, safe, creative and challenging.

This is a highly rewarding position for a creative and dynamic individual to make a genuine difference to the support available for the 450,000 people across the UK who are deafblind.

This position is based remotely with frequent travel as and when required to carry out the duties of the role.

The role will also include:

• Building and managing a portfolio of corporate partnerships, delivering engaging activities such as networking events, golf days, and workplace fundraising.
• Leading on the planning and delivery of charity-led fundraising events, ensuring they are successful, safe, accessible, and memorable.
• Developing and stewarding lasting relationships with businesses, supporters, and volunteers, ensuring excellent supporter experiences.
• Growing income through creative initiatives, from collection pots in high-footfall areas to securing pro-bono and in-kind support.
• Working closely with our Fundraising Development Manager and Marketing Team to deliver fundraising targets and raise Deafblind UK’s profile.

You will bring to the role:

• A minimum of two years in a fundraising role, with a flair for building and maintaining strong relationships.
• A natural talent for networking and the ability to inspire passion in others.
• Proven experience in managing events and a demonstrable track record of meeting fundraising targets.
• Creativity to spot opportunities paired with the organisational skills to deliver them seamlessly.
• A self-motivated, energetic, and passionate approach to delivering excellent supporter experiences.
• A flexible, can-do attitude to some evening and weekend working as the needs of the role requires.
• Good IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook. Experience of database management preferably CRM.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.

We are looking for a talented Shop Manager who is an enthusiastic self-starter, with a passion for charity retail, to manage our Warwick shop on a full time (37.5 hours per week) basis.

Relate is a leading relationships service, offering counselling, information, mediation and support to individuals, couples and families from all backgrounds and sexualities, at all stages of life. We also provide expert training for relationship support practitioners.

It’s an important and exciting point in ABCD’s development, when we seek to develop our profile and supporter base, particularly among younger people in the UK. Over recent years we have been gradually extending the scope of our work in the refugee camps in the West Bank. As we grow, and the demand for our services grows, so have our ambitions to raise much needed funds as we develop.
