Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Predominantly London based, working across multiple sites in the inner and outer London area. This role includes on site visits, including to some services which may not have step free access. There is also work from home available.

Salary: £55,000

Shift Pattern: 12 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours and days as required.  

About the role

This is a new and exciting opportunity within SIG to take the lead on delivering the strategic expansion of our services. You will assess our current criminal justice services and ensure our new services align well to the success of our current services, leading and coordinating the end-to-end planning and implementation, leading on:

• Ensuring the process of mobilisation aligns with strategic objectives and contributes to long-term organisational growth and service excellence.
• Oversight and coordination multiple interrelated projects, including but not limited to property mobilisation, decamp of existing services, building renovations, staffing, and service readiness.
• Development and maintenance of a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
• Monitoring and management of project related risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
• Management of the agreed organisational staffing design plan to achieve adequate and safe staffing teams to deliver contract specifications.
• Decision making for staffing choices, consultation outcomes, hiring decisions, and other areas in relation to staffing for the new services

About you

We're looking for an experienced project manager with experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system and the services within it. You will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage the set up and running of new services. You will have an understanding of what we stand for as a charity and have alignment to help us meet our mission and objectives. We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in project/programme management, ideally in public sector or voluntary sector
• Proven experience in delivering complex, multi-site projects which involve property, service mobilisation, and stakeholder engagement
• Previous experience and a good understanding of Criminal Justice Services
• Ability to manage projects from planning, execution, and oversight of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment, without compromising on deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to encourage positive outcomes
• Understanding of safeguarding, risk management and compliance in a residential or criminal justice service environment
• Proactiveness in making decisions to deal with challenges and providing a solution focused approach using initiative

About the Role

The weekend Studio Assistant supports visitor engagement in the Studio and Ground Floor Gallery at Modern Art Oxford. You will create a safe and friendly welcome, to support a lively, social atmosphere within the Studio which plays a significant role in building lasting relationships with visitors and families. The Studio Assistant will encourage reflective conversations with visitors as they arrive, providing context for the space and resources by demonstrating their use with the prompts provided. This is a practical role, and you are encouraged to develop your own creative skills while keeping the space tidy and presentable throughout the day.

Duties

• Facilitate activities in our Studio on Saturdays and Sundays, utilising the materials provided. 
• Encourage visitors to take part in the current programme activities and upcoming events. 
• Support Modern Art Oxford Producers with delivery of weekend workshops. 
• Maintain accurate records on attendance..
• Set up and pack down workshop activities with the guidance of producers. 
• Engage families with Activity Backpacks, maintain materials, and record feedback. 

Responsibilities

• Assist all visitors in accordance with MAO’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy 
• Ensure the Ground Floor Gallery and Studio are kept clean and tidy throughout the day. 
• Encourage visitor feedback via comments cards and surveys, alert the Duty Manager of any complaints.

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Interests

Our highly customised Salesforce database supports every aspect of our work—capturing and managing data from volunteers, pupils, schools, and tutoring sessions. As Data and Insights Manager, you will make sure our system remains fit for purpose and help turn data into meaningful insights that can inform decision-making.

Salesforce and systems development

• Collaborate with external Salesforce development consultants to continue building our system capabilities and design.
• Design and oversee the collection of stakeholder, tutoring delivery, quality assurance and evaluation data, working with colleagues to ensure data is collected in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.

Team leadership and support

• Line manage the Data Lead, ensuring their work is of high quality and they have clear development objectives.

The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare professions/health related professional to join our existing team of Wellbeing Consultants embedded within established UK GenesisCare cancer treatment centres.

Key role considerations

Skin Camouflage Practitioner Co-ordinator (Wales)
Hours: Part-time 22.2 hours / week (preference for 15.7 hours spread across 2-3 days per week, plus one 6.5 hour clinic day required (on either Tuesday or Friday).
Location: Hybrid: Mainly home based; one clinic day a week in Bridgend (Tuesday or Friday).

Main purpose of the role

Changing Faces are launching a brand-new pilot Skin Camouflage Service in South Wales. We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Skin Camouflage Practitioner Coordinator to help make it happen.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver in-person Skin Camouflage appointments, supporting people with visible differences.
• Promote the service and build connections with local communities and health professionals.
• Support the new service set-up, including clinics, documentation, and Welsh translations.
• Coordinate and administrate appointments remotely and manage client enquiries.
• Signpost clients to other Changing Faces services as needed.
• Contribute to service development alongside the wider team.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a life-changing service while helping us grow our reach and make a big impact across Wales.

We are seeking a professional, empathetic individual with strong administrative skills and either experience or a talent in cosmetic artistry or colour matching. A background in nursing, therapy, or another healthcare role would be an advantage in the clinic-based environment.

Following training, the role will involve delivering one 6.5-hour weekday clinic per week. In this setting, you will provide Skin Camouflage colour matching, application, tuition, and guidance to individuals affected by a visible difference.

In addition, you will work 15.7 hours remotely across 2–3 weekdays. This part of the role includes:

• Promoting the Skin Camouflage Service across Wales.
• Coordinating service setup, including documentation and translation.
• Building relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Managing appointments and client enquiries via phone and email.
• Maintaining databases and supporting the smooth, efficient running of clinics.

You will be an integral part of our Skin Camouflage team, helping to administrate and deliver a compassionate, professional service that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

We are looking for

• Fluent in Welsh and English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills to engage clearly, logically, and appropriately with a wide range of audiences.
• Proven administrative ability, including the efficient use of administration systems, and confident use of the Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing tools, and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is an advantage but not essential).
• Experience or natural talent in cosmetic artistry or colour matching, with an excellent eye for colour and visual detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen empathetically and support vulnerable clients, while maintaining professional boundaries and emotional resilience.

Changing Faces is the UK’s leading charity for everyone who has a mark, scar or condition that makes them look different (a visible difference). Being different in a society where there is such pressure to look a certain way is extremely difficult.

People with visible differences are vulnerable to isolation, loneliness, social anxiety and low self-esteem. They face staring, unwanted attention and even bullying and hate crime. Job Purpose:

This is a dynamic and developmental role designed for a candidate with at least 1 years' experience in fundraising or marketing within an arts or charitable organisation. The role is split evenly across fundraising and marketing and communications and will contribute directly to NYJO’s growth and sustainability by supporting our external affairs through income generation, audience engagement, and public profile.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising (2 days per week)

Trusts, Foundations and Statutory Funding

• Conduct research and develop profiles on prospective trusts and statutory funders

• Draft briefing notes and maintain an up-to-date prospect pipeline

• Support grant administration: acknowledgements, processing, and internal logging

• Assist with preparation of Arts Council England reporting

• Draft small trust applications (up to £10k) with guidance from Head of Fundraising

Individual Giving & Membership

• Administer NYJO’s membership scheme (renewals, fulfilment, member queries)

Development Support

About the role

The Refugee Council is seeking to recruit a 7 hours weekly face-to-face Adult Psychological Therapist to work with resettled refugees in Sheffield. This is a fixed-term post until March 2027.

Sheffield Therapeutic Services for Resettled Refugees (STSRR) is based within the Refugee Council's Resettlement Team in South Yorkshire. The Resettlement Team provides advice and support for Resettled Refugees to help them access services and mainstream provision and establish community links.

The Therapeutic Team in Sheffield provides one-to-one Psychological Therapy and Group therapy to resettled refugees presenting with mental distress. We have adopted a psychosocial perspective and use a specially tailored care model to address the needs of our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Psychological Therapist to work within this team for one day per week. The post-holder will be based within our Sheffield office, and all therapeutic work is face-to-face working alongside our Therapeutic Interpreting team.
