- Oversee the accuracy and relevance of admin and data systems.

- Assist with attending Unit Base Parking/Filming/Events on the estate, recording any infringements of agreements on site, and notifying the appropriate team member for further follow-on action.
- Preparing notification details for relevant authorities for entry and exit of tenants – rates, utilities, etc.
- Assisting with servicing property meetings (i.e., circulating papers, coordinating actions where required).
- Responsible for the recording of void premises and issuing of building keys.
- Occasionally provide assistance to the Trust’s reception/office manager for general office duties and reception cover if required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a busy property department.
- A broad understanding of commercial property or demonstrable experience of transferable skills if you are from a different sector.
- Customer focused, with the ability to provide a friendly and efficient service to customers, staff and tenants.
- Good time management, attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure with changing priorities.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- High level IT skills and experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Personal skills:
- A personable and collaborative approach, with experience of developing and maintaining positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities
The Income Supervisor will manage all transactions relating to income, assisted by a Finance Assistant (income support), and working closely with the Senior Finance Assistant, and Finance Assistant (payments support). The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the work delegated to the Finance Assistant (income support), reporting to, and supporting the Financial Controller.
Experience required
Proven experience in high level communication skills, both verbally and in writing are essential plus a proven ability in developing positive relationships with organisations and individuals across diverse cultures. Understanding of accounts to trial balance, excellent reconciliation skills, knowledge of accounting software and supervisory experience. Conditions

We are looking for an experienced Evidence, Learning and Impact (ELI) Specialist to contribute to Plan International UK’s programme effectiveness by strengthening the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) of our portfolio. You will contribute with your expertise to the design and implementation of MEAL elements of a diverse range of projects, working in a technical or advisory role for both development and humanitarian projects, providing tailored MEAL advice to colleagues both in the UK and overseas.
Key to success in this role will be your experience in methodologies and processes for project planning, and your expertise in quantitative, qualitative, participatory and gender-sensitive data collection methodologies and approaches. You will also need experience of building capacity in monitoring, evaluation and learning at project, programme and organisational level.

The purpose of the role is to support the Accounts Payable Supervisor in the day to day running of the Purchase Ledger, ensuring that we pay supplier invoices in a timely and efficient manner, continuously maximising gains from technology and reviewing processes where appropriate.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions.
- Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft packages, with particular use of Excel.
- Excellent accounting skills with an understanding of double entry bookkeeping, reconciliations, and VAT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the NT and external suppliers.
- A resilient, highly motivated individual who can work on own initiative and effectively as part of a team.
