An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Devices Safety Engineer to join the Clinical Asset Team. Your role is to support the Procurement & Clinical Asset Manager and be responsible for and ensure a high level of compliance is maintained whilst overseeing maintenance responses, keeping pivotal databases up to date, updating jobs on the CAFM system, compliance reporting, and updating asset management systems.

JOB PURPOSE

The Fundraising and Communications Executive will play a key role in implementing OTR’s fundraising and communications strategies. The role involves planning, creating, curating and managing high-quality digital content across our website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you will support key areas of our fundraising strategy, including trust and grant applications, horizon scanning and ensuring excellent fundraising administration across all areas of activity.

We are looking for someone like you to play a vital support role at Box Tree Farm Crisis House. Here we help individuals with mental health problems, wellbeing and recovery, whilst providing a safe and supportive environment over a short term period whilst they adjust and reintegrate back into independent living and the wider community. 

Enthusiastic and keen to develop, you’ve got good communication skills and a professional telephone manner as well as experience of completing financial returns/ records. It goes without saying that you have strong IT skills and are able to prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines. You will work closely with the Service Manager to devise and implement administrative and financial systems as well as maintaining efficient and up to date records of all financial transactions, including petty cash systems and client funds.

Gender and Equality Lead

We are seeking a Gender and Equality Lead to drive real change in gender equality across global tea supply chains.

As a mission-driven membership organisation, we believe everyone working in tea deserves equity, dignity, and respect. We collaborate with tea producers, governments, NGOs, and civil society to tackle systemic inequality and embed gender-inclusive practices across the tea sector. Our projects support communities on the ground while influencing global policy and business practices.

Position: Gender and Equality Lead
Location: E2, near Bethnal Green (London). Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time), Monday to Friday

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience + company benefits

About the role:
As the Gender and Equality Lead, you’ll provide expert technical guidance to ensure global programmes are inclusive, gender-responsive, and transformative. Working across multiple teams and countries, you’ll champion change, advising on programme design, supporting pilot initiatives with the private sector, and contributing to evidence-based policy and communication strategies. You’ll also strengthen internal capacity and influence global sustainability discussions with a gender lens.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and embed gender and equality best practice into all programmes and proposal
• Provide technical support to projects and collaborate with partners to ensure inclusivity
• Design tools and lead training to build internal and external capacity
• Work with members and partners to identify and pilot gender-responsive business innovations
• Develop case studies and resources to share our gender impact stories
• Influence policy positions and support strategic communications on gender and equality
• Monitor and evaluate gender impact, contributing to organisational KPIs and country plans

About you:

• At least 5 years’ experience in gender and equality programming or policy, ideally in agriculture or international development
• Technical knowledge of gender equality in global supply chains
• Experience designing projects, writing funding proposals, and developing M&E frameworks
• Excellent communication skills – able to engage and influence diverse, international audiences
• Strong project management, training, and organisational development skills
• A strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit and solutions-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel internationally as required

Desirable:

• Postgraduate qualification in International Development, Agriculture, or similar
• Experience working with private sector businesses or responsible sourcing initiatives

Our client looking for an enthusiastic and organised Education and Events Coordinator to join their team. This is a dynamic and varied role within their Education Directorate, where you’ll be providing both on-the-day and behind-the-scenes administrative support for a wide range of educational events, programmes, and services. You will be supporting activities such as workshops, online courses, accreditations, and collaborative masters’ programmes with university partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support for the portfolio of educational events, products, and services.
• Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to our learners, clients, and faculty members.
• Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating the logistics of teaching days, including venue bookings, catering, travel arrangements, and delegate registration.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Gardener to join our estates team to maintain and develop the 12 acres of grounds and gardens at our Head Office / England South Hub site to a high standard. The Gardener will report to the Head of Property and Estates and will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of trees, shrubs and herbaceous borders as well as maintaining ponds, hedges, fences, walls, paths, roadways and woodland areas etc. He / She will carry out horticultural operations along with lawn maintenance using both hand and mechanical equipment. Additional duties include cleaning the drives and pathways of debris, litter picking, clearing snow and applying grit salt will be part of the role and periodically assist with non-gardener tasks within the estates team.

Applicants should hold a minimum of level 2 horticultural qualification, have horticultural / landscaping experience and a good general garden machinery knowledge. PA1 / PA6 spraying certificates and CS30/31 chainsaw certificates would be an advantage.

Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and be capable of working alone or as part of a team and are comfortable working outside in all weathers.
