We are looking for a Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager to join the National Theatre Development Team.
The purpose of the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.
Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.
Your natural curiosity will lead you to identify new opportunities using a variety of online sources in combination with the NT’s database, Tessitura, and you will be able to articulate your recommendations to fundraisers in a concise and compelling way. We are seeking an energetic and highly organised individual to join our team as Community Outreach Manager to manage our new REACH programme – building relationships with voluntary and community organisations to help them support others who may struggle to overcome gambling harm - working especially with hard-to-reach audiences and ethnic minority groups.
Lived experience of gambling harm (either directly or indirectly) is an advantage but not essential requirement for this role as you will be collaborating with colleagues who will contribute their lived experience insights to inform REACH activities that you project manage. We are looking for two individuals to help deliver an impactful GOALS service across London and build effective networks of support for people before, during and after treatment.
A main aspect of the role will be to support and work closely with individuals presenting with lived experience of gambling harm issues and/or people affected by this issue. The GOALS Supporter will understand gambling related harm and dependency issues and be able to ensure safe working environments and take a robust lead on safeguarding and harm minimisation procedures and policy.

The Role
This is a new role which will be focused on a specific project to initially set up and support our member led Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) task group and subgroups. About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team as the E-Commerce Manager.
In line with our ecommerce strategy, Sustrans has invested over the past years to increase sales through our e-commerce shop and now needs to find new approaches to maximise revenue.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for maximising e-commerce revenue by optimising the martech stack, improving audience insights, product development/management and promotion through digital and offline marketing channels.

Role purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and deliver WorldSkills UK’s external Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) programmes supported by stakeholder engagement strategies across our network of industry, education and government. Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Deliver positive action activity for change:
- Support the development and delivery of WorldSkills UK’s external ED&I strategy. Ensure it is fit for purpose, has recognised long term goals and will deliver measurable change, reflecting organisational priorities around increased engagement with ethnic minority groups and females. Provide an overarching framework and help further develop strategic KPIs for our ED&I work, ensuring effective use of data, monitoring progress and performance.
- Work with the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop action plans that will drive our continuous improvement:
- Support our skills competition development programmes to increase the diversity of young people engaged
- Support the development of role models to showcase the impact of our work and encourage diversity in key areas of industry, including future priority skill areas
- Support the development of learning resources that aid engagement with underrepresented groups
- Support teams to ensure ED&I matters are considered and addressed as key components of all strategies, plans and programmes.
2. Manage the ED&I Advisory Group:
- This is a unique opportunity to work with experienced and prominent senior individuals from across education and industry who are invested in driving the agenda for ED&I.
- Lead the administration and ongoing development of our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Advisory Group.
- Engage the Group to help support, advise and challenge WorldSkills UK on its actions to remove obstacles and barriers faced by young people from under-represented backgrounds in our programmes.
- Report regularly to the Group on progress against KPI’s and facilitate reports for the WorldSkills UK Board.
3. Project Manage the ED&I Heroes Awards
- The Awards is an established flagship event which provides a platform for WorldSkills UK to celebrate success with its partners, amplify best practice and inspire others to drive change across the skills systems in education and business.
- Project manage delivery of the annual Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Heroes Awards, supported by relevant internal teams
- Establish the nominations process
- Co-ordinate the judging panel
- Organise the awards ceremony
- Manage the support of the awards partners.
4. Manage strategic relationships
- Manage a portfolio of ED&I focused Strategic Partnerships with organisations from across the skills sector, facilitating their support and engagement with our EDI programmes.
- Grow our network of partners to widen our reach, help further drive work in this area and collectively impact on the sector.
- Advise and support the development of the CEO’s international activities on ED&I with WorldSkills International (WSI).
5. Raise the profile of WorldSkills UK’s ED&I work:
- Work with teams across the organisation to support our Mission to ignite a national and global movement to help more young people, regardless of their background, get the best possible start in work and life.
- Support the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager and Marketing and Communications Team to showcase the impact of our programmes:
- Help to externally profile and articulate the value and impact of our activities using the channels and tools available

- Support the Corporate Partnerships team to identify and secure commercial income related to our ED&I initiatives.
