The Partnership Manager role will report to the CEO and sit within the Business Development Team.

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. You will have a clear ability to tailor the way we sell our services to potential clients.

You will lead and support others across the company to communicate our service offering to external stakeholders that will directly contribute to the company’s growth strategy and impact.

The Partnership Manager will also be a key member of the department and contribute to, departmental strategies, systems and maximising efficiency, and communicating our brand values and services that attracts a wide range of clients.

In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Communications and Marketing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Programme and Finance teams.

Essential Experience

• Have a minimum 5 years sales and client relationship experience

• Proven success in a similar role, with a track record of securing income through multi-year partnerships

• Strong relationship management skills, particularly within the education and/or corporate sector.

• Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload effectively and maintain high levels of both accuracy and output

• Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities and initiatives to grow the business

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of producing high quality written materials that are tailored to the needs of specific internal or external audiences.

• Experience managing a CRM system, sales systems flow and executing sales campaigns/funnels

About Us:

ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. Since 2006, we have successfully neutered nearly 20,000 cats and dogs, significantly impacting Romania's severe overpopulation of animals.

Job Overview:

As the Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and impact of ROLDA in the UK. This is a remote position (for now) that requires strategic thinking, people management skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to achieving our organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the Board to develop and implement growth strategies for the organisation.

Our developed and respected Psychotherapy and Counselling Service has been providing long-term counselling interventions to local residents since 1988. The service is self-funded and offers a range of therapies which aim to provide individuals with the support and opportunity to work through their difficulties in depth with a skilled and experienced trainee or fully qualified therapist. Sliding scale rates are offered to make sure that we are accessible to all. We also run a number of therapeutic, psychoeducational, support and peer-led one to one sessions and groups, training workshops and other activities.

We are looking for a skilled and qualified (or in advance training) counselling supervisor to provide clinical supervision, leadership, management and service development of our Psychotherapy and Counselling service. Knowledge and understanding of a number of modalities would be an asset.  Part of the role will be to help us achieve and maintain BACP or equivalent service accreditation and to grow the service.

-Managing and growing a portfolio of major donor and high value supporters. Specifically focusing on encouraging and making the ask for long-term, multi-year 5-6 figure gifts.

-Driving major donor new business activity to build a sustainable pipeline using internal data analysis tools alongside network mapping exercises.

-Working collaboratively across the team to provide tailored stewardship journeys and experiences which build meaningful relationships with our closest supporters and demonstrate the impact of their support on our mission.

Supporter Engagement is one of the most important teams that is central to the success of Alzheimer’s Society. The function of the team is to manage multi-channel communications with our supporters, both inbound and outbound. The team manage emails, telephone calls and social media interactions and is part of the wider Supporter Experience Department. 

The team has a very bespoke tone of voice when managing the high volume of interactions but has the autonomy to manage their own workday within guidelines. Support is second to none and we pride ourselves on having a very open communication style between all members of the team so that help is available for you to be successful in your role.

In this role you will be the first point of contact delivering an excellent supporter experience to members of the public and Alzheimer’s Society’s supporters. You will have enriching one to one conversations across different channels, including phone, email and Social Media. Through answering queries and proactively delivering exceptional levels of stewardship you will build rapport and inspire supporters and potential supporters about our work, whilst maintaining accurate system records that reflect and enhance the supporter experience.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Your role will include:

• Managing a mixed environment of Cisco and Aruba infrastructure
• Improving infrastructure services by working closely with the project delivery team to deliver a £26m IT refresh across our academies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with departments and academies to ensure that the long-term strategic planning and delivery of core infrastructure services align with business requirements

What We are Looking For

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• A relevant Cisco or Aruba qualification
• A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
• A proven track record in working to strict timescales and of working with staff at all levels
• Experience of working in an on-site IT based Customer Service position
• Extensive experience of deploying and maintaining Cisco Catalyst and Aruba CX switching and wireless
• Experience of working with Aruba Central and centralised management of network infrastructure
• Experience of hybrid environments (Microsoft Office 365/Azure)
• Experience of managing Microsoft desktop and server products (Windows 10,11/ Windows Server 2022)
• Experience of Microsoft DHCP and NPS
• Detailed knowledge of different cyber technologies across infrastructure protection, application security and information protection

Fundraising Manager and Team Lead

You are an experienced and ambitious fundraising manager and team lead looking to make your mark in a charity that’s at a pivotal time in its 28-year history.

You have expertise in managing all aspects of community and company fundraising and donor journeys that deliver six-figure funding for the charity sector.

In this role, you will take responsibility for leading the charity’s Fundraising function, which sits as part of the income generation team, at a really exciting time of change.

What you will do:

We are recruiting for a Supporter Partnerships Officer who will play a key part in managing partnerships with individual supporters for the London City Mission. He/she will join our highly committed Fundraising and Supporter Partnerships Team and will work in a team of Supporter Partnerships Officers. The role holder will:

• Maximise engagement with our supporters and respond to their enquiries.
• Work on various administrative activities, including processing gifts, updating CRM/donor database, campaign response handling, and general office administration duties.
• Represent LCM at external events, including a week-long conference each year.

The successful candidate will be a committed, prayerful Christian with demonstrable experience in providing excellent customer service and supporter care along with strong administration skills and attention to detail. He/she will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the gospel message and be able to share their personal journey of faith in Jesus Christ.
