The Role

This is a key role supporting the NFF team to amplify the experience of flooded people and the work of the National Flood Forum. We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Communications & Campaigns Manager to join our team. The vision and creativity to tell powerful stories about flooding and its devastating impact on individuals, communities and economies is essential, as is the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with tact, sensitivity and authority.

Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College (BRWC) runs a curriculum of free peer and professional-led workshops and courses across the borough of Bromley. We have an exciting opportunity for a Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College coordinator to join SEL Mind on a one year fixed-term basis. You will work closely with the Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing Manager to develop a high quality college offer to the residents of Bromley. The role comes with the responsibility to provide day to day support and guidance to a team of tutors and volunteer co-facilitators to ensure efficient delivery of the college.

You will have experience of working in a busy fast-paced environment. Working autonomously but also as part of a team is key, as are problem solving and excellent organisational skills. The Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with the Health Team to identify, develop, and propose new initiatives, contributing to Hestia's ambitious growth targets. They will lead on tenders that align with organisational priorities, finalising technical questions and method statements, and ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time. The role involves bid writing and review support, conducting research into health and business development models, and exploring integrated funding opportunities. The post-holder will also work alongside Operations and HR teams to develop staffing structures, service delivery models, and financial plans, including modelling the impact of TUPE where relevant.

In addition, the Senior Business Development Manager will support the mobilisation of successful tenders, participate in presentations and clarification interviews, and evaluate outcomes to inform future submissions. Role Overview 

The Athlete Learning and Development Manager will design and coordinate a comprehensive learning and development programme for emerging athletes, their parents and caregivers, and alumni. This will be delivered both in person and online. 

This is an exciting time for SportsAid as we expand the support we offer beyond financial assistance, building on the foundations already in place. As part of our evolving approach, we are strengthening the educational resources available to them, ensuring they have access to the guidance and tools they need to thrive both on and off the field. 

The role focuses on identifying athlete-led needs, curating training and workshop programmes, and working with external trainers and providers to deliver impactful sessions that best support SportsAid’s beneficiaries. 

A key aspect of the role is developing educational and training content for the new online community engagement platform we are developing. You will ensure content aligns with SportsAid’s objectives while meeting the priorities of partners funding dedicated hubs within the platform, which will provide training and development content in specific focus areas. You will also help adapt training sessions into engaging, shareable online resources to maximise participation and impact. 

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in planning workshop programmes for key events such as SportsAid Live, ensuring sessions are engaging, relevant, and tailored to the needs of attendees.

Programme Development

We're looking for an efficient, friendly Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our award-winning charity.  The team is based at our busy community centre from where it offers a range of services from community meals, art classes to gardening services and digital support.  We support older and disabled people living in Fulham, London.  Much of our work is delivered by volunteers, so this post is critical to our service delivery. You will recruit, induct, and coordinate volunteers; including leading our Good Neighbours Scheme and Befriending Scheme and supporting the recruitment for all other projects.
