The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic and confident individual to join us as Programme Manager to develop and manage delivery of Phase 2 of the Early Connect Programme. Following successful delivery of Phase 1, Inspire has been selected to deliver Phase 2 of this pilot programme alongside the GLA/DFE and lead partners Rinova.
This role has responsibility for developing and delivering work related learning activities for young people with the aim of enhancing their skills and understanding of future career opportunities and transitioning into apprenticeships.
All delivery is aimed towards enabling young people to learn about apprenticeship opportunities and how to position themselves to apply and move into employment as an apprentice. You will work closely with young people, employers and business volunteers to deliver fun, engaging and labour market-relevant careers related support and workshops to young people in both online and in-person formats. You will have the chance to be creative through planning, delivering and evaluating the programme to ensure services are current and meet the stakeholder needs.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing development, delivery and coordination of work related learning activities for phase 2 of the Early Connect programme.
- Accountable for achieving agreed outcomes, outputs and personal targets including recruitment, employability training and learner progression targets.
- Managing a caseload of participants requiring Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), confidence building and employability training.
- Accurately managing data and reporting requirements of funders of the Early Connect programme.
- Maintaining and building effective relationships with programme participants and stakeholders.

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only patient-led organisation in the UK specialising in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.
1. Main Purpose of Job
To drive referrals to and use of, NRAS services from NHS relationships across the UK.
Identify, build and maintain relationships with Rheumatology and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure relevant healthcare professionals are aware of the support that NRAS provides to people with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Adult Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.

About the Role
As Email Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative email marketing campaigns that boost engagement and drive conversions. In this vital and rewarding role you will be responsible for the end-to-end email marketing process – from campaign planning, content development, A/B testing, list management, automation, personalisation, performance tracking and reporting.
Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:
· Leading the enhancement and optimisation of the email strategy to boost engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue.
· Simplifying and improving email production processes to boost efficiency across key teams, especially in fundraising and commercial.
· Collaborating with colleagues to create personalised campaign journeys that enhance supporter engagement and lifetime value and to ensure the proper and accurate segmentation of supporter data for all campaigns.
· Collaborating with the Digital Development Manager to design, implement, and analyse campaigns, using a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimise performance and enhance engagement.
· Managing the email welcome journey for e-news sign ups, and support on the development of other supporter journeys for a range of audiences across the team.
· Day-to-day management of the email-marketing programme, including drafting, building and managing campaigns and automations, and managing audiences.
· Working with colleagues and draw on existing data to develop insights and understanding about supporters, and using this information to develop content which is engaging, informative, and meets supporters’ needs.
About You
We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or has the equivalent in experience.
You will also have:
· Experience of managing email send platforms, including building customer journeys and reporting email success metrics, and strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
· Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and optimisation strategies.
· Experience in supporter stewardship communications and journey planning to enhance engagement and maximise lifetime value.
· Excellent written English with experience writing for the web with good copywriting skills and editorial capability – able to manage the content lifecycle, with a keen sense of brand awareness.
· Excellent consultancy skills, translating digital terminology and processes into clear and concise language to a variety of stakeholders.
· Solid project management skills – able to organise and manage multiple projects whilst dealing with a number of conflicting demands and timescales.

About the Legacy Manager role:

Knowledge

- Location: We are very flexible! Our hybrid working policy is a minimum of two days per month in our London office unless it’s a role requirement to be in more frequently. You’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of those who use The Lighthouse (REUK’s home in NW10). You will take joy in hosting people and facilitating events and will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for ensuring that the building is a welcoming, well-functioning, and hospitable environment for staff, tenants, young people and visitors alike.
Alongside practical tasks like liaising with contractors, setting up spaces for different user groups and day-to-day troubleshooting, you’ll take a lead on business development - including by designing and implementing a marketing strategy, networking with multiple diverse communities, and managing venue bookings - to ensure that The Lighthouse is widely known and used to its full potential.
