More about the role:As Fundraising & Communications Manager you will plan and deliver two organisation-wide appeals each year, with a combined income target of £300,000. You will own and grow our monthly donor programme, developing email journeys, digital content and supporter pathways that build a sustainable income stream. Alongside this, you will lead the creation of high-quality fundraising communications - from donor updates and impact stories to campaign collateral and web content - ensuring all storytelling is ethical, warm and true to who we are.

About you:We are looking for someone with proven experience delivering multi-channel fundraising appeals and growing an individual giving or monthly donor programme. You will be an exceptional copywriter, able to communicate impact with clarity and warmth, and someone who understands the importance of representing young people responsibly and with dignity.

You must be pro-active in your approach to monitoring the external environment and seeking out opportunities for Endometriosis UK to have the most influence. You’ll be able to work in a small team and understand how we can make the most impact with our limited capacity.
You will be passionate about menstrual health and ensuring patient voices are at the heart of all we deliver, and will be able to turn policy asks into strong campaigns.
About the role:
This is a pivotal role in our Campaigns and Communications Team, reporting to the Head of Campaigns and Communications. You will be managing the drafting of evidenced-based policy positions (for example analysing research, data and lived experience insight) and work with the Head of Campaigns and Communications to ensure these are translated into effective campaigning activity that drives real change.
You will oversee the integration of policy and campaigns activity, working closely with the Campaigns and Policy Officer, and enabling the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to engage with parliamentary and high-level stakeholder engagement.

The Diocese of Rochester is seeking a Stewardship Manager to play a key role in increasing the financial resources available for mission across the Diocese. Working closely with the Finance Director, Archdeacons, and parish leaders, you will help embed generous giving practices and support churches to develop sustainable approaches to funding ministry.
This is an influential and relational role for someone who can combine theological understanding, financial insight, and strong communication skills to help parishes identify and overcome potential barriers to generosity and grow in confidence around Christian stewardship.
About the Role
You will support parishes and diocesan colleagues in building a culture of generosity and sustainable giving. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Leading the development of a culture of generosity and mutual support across the Diocese
· Working alongside the Finance Director, Archdeacons and colleagues to grow parish giving and develop parish offers
· Teaching and speaking in parishes, deaneries, and online gatherings on Christian generosity and stewardship
· Encouraging and supporting the use of the Parish Giving Scheme and other digital giving tools

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has significant experience in fundraising, ideally within a Christian charity or similar context
· Has experience working with high-value donors and developing giving strategies
· Understands the theology and biblical principles of Christian generosity and stewardship
· Is confident in teaching, preaching, and communicating about giving in a range of contexts
· Has strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and can motivate others to embrace new approaches
· Has a strong understanding of finance and the ability to analyse giving trends and data
· Is highly organised and able to manage multiple relationships and projects
· Understands the culture and diversity of traditions within the Church of England
· A communicant member of the Church of England (or a church in communion with it, or a member Church of Churches Together in England, the Council of Churches for Britain and Ireland, or the Evangelical Alliance)

What does this role do?
As Regional Marketing Manager, you will:
- develop a strong knowledge of our audiences in South East England, understanding the areas local to our rehoming centres. Translating this knowledge and insight into bespoke, targeted activity for the audience, you will be responsible for driving awareness of the brand in the region,
- work with other teams within Marketing and Communications to translate organisational strategy into regional plans. Working with local rehoming centres, you will be responsible for understanding the regional perspective, and presenting suitable alternatives or solutions where necessary,
- plan and deliver 360 marketing plans across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring they are on brand tonally and visually, relevant to the region and ensuring they meet key objectives and targets,
- lead and motivate a small team of Regional Campaigns Officers based in the region providing development, mentorship and guidance to deliver regional activity that meets both organisational, and region specific objectives,
- build a strong working relationship with both London based and rehoming centre based teams.
Please note, this role will be hybrid between home and any of our rehoming centres in the South East of England, including Basildon, Canterbury, Harefield, Shoreham-by-Sea or Salisbury. It will involve significant travel across the region, as well as the need to work from the London office occasionally.
First stage interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 1st and 2nd April 2026, with second stage interviews on 9th and 10th April 2026, on Teams. This role is being offered as a fixed term contact until October 2027.
Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need significant experience across the communications mix, and leading, planning and delivering end-to-end communications campaigns, with a strong understanding of how these campaigns align with a wider strategy. You’ll have experience of working in PR, social media, audience insights and project management methodologies. You’ll need excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships, as we’re looking for someone who can work closely with our rehoming centre teams and marketing colleagues alike. About the Role
As Supported Living Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we continue our goal of making a difference every day. You will work closely with an Operations Manager, external practitioners, and the local authority to meet compliance requirements and deliver consistent, high-quality support.
You will be responsible for:
- Inspiring and leading your teams to deliver consistent, person-centred support and supporting staff to gain confidence in their roles.
- Ensuring robust support plans are in place and using a variety of communication aids to support adults who may not communicate using words.
- Supporting staff training and development by ensuring all staff are supported to complete and embed training effectively.
- Maintaining compliance by ensuring rotas are compliant, routines and structures are maintained to promote independence, and by managing compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
- Working flexibly, including participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota, which may involve travelling to locations within your division.

About you
We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR Operations team, working remotely to support leaders across our UK-wide Pet Hospitals, retail stores, and support functions. You’ll play a key role in delivering a balanced, values‑driven employee relations advisory service, managing a diverse caseload and providing expert guidance across the full employee and volunteer lifecycle. Confident in coaching and influencing leaders at all levels, you’ll ensure outcomes that are fair, commercially sound, and aligned with organisational policies, legislation, and PDSA values. You’ll prioritise cases to meet SLA requirements, maintain accurate and compliant records and escalate risks or emerging trends when needed.
You’ll bring strong ER knowledge, solid case management experience and the confidence to challenge constructively. Working autonomously, you’ll manage your own workload while helping to build consistency across the organisation by supporting and coaching the wider team and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes. Staying up to date with legislative changes and industry developments will be essential, enabling you to provide informed, high‑quality advice that supports both people and organisational success.

We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Executive to join the Individual Giving team at Prostate Cancer UK. We’re an ambitious charity with a bold mission and a fantastic culture. This role focuses on acquiring new cash and regular givers across a range of channels including digital, telephone and direct mail, helping fund research that will save and improve lives.
In this role you’ll help drive forward our ambitious five-year fundraising strategy as we continue to grow income year on year to have the biggest impact for men. You will lead on our value exchange programme, working closely with the digital team and our telephone partner to continually optimise results. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across a multi-channel campaign. You will also work on wider telephone conversion campaigns and direct mail as well as other test channels with the aim of recruiting new regular and cash supporters as well as re-engaging those who have lapsed. You’ll also help develop and test welcome journeys to engage supporters with our work and make them feel valued. You’ll look for ways to test and innovate to drive the best results. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the organisation to drive the best creative, messaging, targeting and data insights.
What we want from you
Experience or knowledge of managing direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels, ideally digital, telephone or direct mail, and preferably gained from a fundraising environment.
You’ll possess first class communication and project management skills; a strong team ethic and you will be at ease working with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be a self-starter, with a curious nature and a keen eye for detail.Knowledge of data protection and sector compliance would also be beneficial.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.
