Key responsibilities of the role:

• To act as referral point of contact for all HR matters to line managers 
• Providing a professional and efficient HR service specifically on disciplinary, capability & grievances, application of terms and conditions of employment, absence management, HR policies and procedures, employment law and pay and benefits

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and effective Autistic Lived Experience Trainer to support us to deliver an exciting new programme of work. We have been commissioned by an NHS organisation to deliver and support the roll out of autism-informed care training to all staff working in their mental health inpatient settings. This programme of work will run for 9 months, and will include the delivery of various half day and full day autism-informed training sessions both in-person and online. We will also be working closely with Experts by Experience to become skilled and confident in delivery of this training to support the organisational sustainability of this knowledge. The programme of work will also embed an evaluation of the training to demonstrate learning and impact.

The Autistic Lived Experience Trainer will be working closely alongside our Lived Experience Lead to deliver all aspects of the programme, with support from our wider staff team.

Role Description

• Co-facilitate training sessions both online and in-person to staff from various professions and in various roles across mental health in-patient settings.
• Deliver pre-prepared content and facilitate reflective conversations.
• Monitor feedback and adjust content and delivery as necessary.
• Collect and analyse feedback data, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Support Experts by Experience to become confident with delivery of content.
• Ensure training content remains relevant and includes the latest research, alongside lived experience insight.
• Use own lived experience insight to supplement content and support reflection and catalyse change.
• Liaise with NHS colleagues to support training session logistics
• To represent Neurodiverse Connection nationally, regionally and locally as appropriate and to promote the work that we do.

International Care Network (ICN) is a Christian charity whose aim is to help to rebuild the lives of refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants. We are seeking an experienced IAA1 Immigration Advisor to join our friendly team. We need an Advisor accredited to deliver IAA1 Level 2 or Level 3 advice, or a solicitor/barrister with immigration experience. In this role, you will work with marginalised adults and families, guiding them through complex immigration journeys with compassion and professionalism. Thus, you will play a critical role in helping people find hope and stability in the challenging environment of being a migrant in the UK.

You will take a holistic approach to supporting and empowering our service users/clients, working with the rest of the ICN team and partner organisations to ensure their needs are met and barriers addressed. Specifically, you will manage your own immigration caseload, concentrating on applications involving family, private life and other human rights matters as well as protection routes. Although ICN does not currently take on asylum cases, you will provide information, advice and referral to other organisations for people seeking asylum.

Director of Research

The Henry Jackson Society (HJS) is the UK’s boldest think tank and policy-shaping force, constantly ahead of the curve on the big issues of international and domestic importance. We are currently looking for a Director of Research to help lead us permanently on the next stage of our organisational journey, which has already taken us to the status of a household name in the international political and media constellation. 

When HJS was founded back in 2005, the global environment was very different to what it has become today. Over that time, the threats to the free world internationally and to free societies domestically have multiplied, but there has been one constant: HJS’s willingness and ability to fight for the principles and alliances which keep societies free – working across borders and party lines to combat extremism, advance democracy and fundamental human rights, and make a stand in an increasingly uncertain world. 

Reflecting this, our work is focused into two main streams: “Securing our Societies” and “Advancing the Free World”. “Securing our Societies” focuses on threats to free societies within the West, while “Advancing the Free World” examines how the enemies of the free world are operating internationally. Obviously there is interplay between the two streams as the challenges we face are often not as obliging as to lend themselves to easy classification!

What We Are Looking For

In order to meet our ambitious agenda and to augment our existing capabilities, we need a Director of Research to provide strategic oversight for all HJS research and to act as an integral part of the senior management team. You will also be responsible for your own research programme like any other Research Fellow, in order to produce output in your area of expertise.

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

We are now recruiting the team that will deliver Crisis at Christmas 2025. This unique project mobilises a huge volunteering effort to provide warmth, companionship and vital services in temporary centres across London to people facing homelessness.

Contract: Fixed term contract from 2 September 2025 to 27 February 2026

Location: Canning Town Warehouse, Unit 4 SEGRO Park, London E16 4ES - three days per week onsite

About the role

This role will involve building relationships with current and new corporate donors to ensure we can resource all the material donations we need to run the Crisis at Christmas centres in London.  Each year, we source gift in kind donations ranging from food and beverages to clothing, hairdressing equipment and toiletries. This is a varied role that involves researching donors, communicating with large corporate companies, managing volunteers, and running our yearly community donations drive.

About you

• Previous fundraising, project or event coordination or marketing experience. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with partner organisations and donors at all levels and work collaboratively within a wider team. 

• Excellent attention to detail and data processing accuracy with experience of using Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel, and SharePoint.   

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills. You should be able to manage multiple competing priorities and modify plans in response to unexpected complications.  

• A pro-active, positive attitude and willingness to get involved in hands on, manual tasks when required.

The Operations team forms the bedrock of the charity and this new role offers considerable room for growth and development.

Working with the wider Operations & Impact team, you will lead on managing the tech [SS1] and office environments, taking ownership of the relationships with key external suppliers, ensuring that the team has the support and equipment they need to do their best work.

Job Title: Arts and Learning Strategic Lead

Location: Based at our head office in Islington, London (10 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station) with cross working in various prisons across England, Community sites, and home working

About the role

This is a brand new role, supporting the Head of Safe Ground with the strategic oversight and delivery of our programmes. Safe Ground has been at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative arts-based, therapeutically informed interventions within the criminal justice system and in communities across the UK. As we approach our 30th anniversary this year, we remain dedicated to challenging systematic injustice through the programmes we run and the partnerships we build. This role is a great opportunity to be part of our transformative goals, in being part of creating systematic change.

Using theatre arts, and culture, we design initiatives to support those impacted by the criminal justice system in gaining deeper insights into themselves, their relationships and their behaviours. We do this by equipping our participants with practical tools and building a community who are open to doing things differently. In this role, you will develop best practice around creative interventions, building powerful partnerships with commissioners, partners, and other key stakeholders, ensuring our programmes are being delivered to the highest standards. You will lead on the development of new and existing arts-based work, identifying gaps and opportunities for growth within the sector.

• Oversee the development of new creative ideas and programmes as well as programme adaptations and redesigns. Ideas could be linked to theatre productions in and out of custodial settings, short films, live events, symposiums, but may also include new art forms and working with new artists
• Development of a local / national facilitator network
• Create and deliver engaging high-quality programmes which support rehabilitation and reintegration for participants
• Design and deliver innovation arts-based high quality training and quality assurance support to management and delivery teams across the SIG network - focusing specifically on relationships, culture and communication, conflict resolution, storytelling, power-sharing and co-production
• Lead on the development of creative ideas for Safe Grounds 30th anniversary, including; relationship building and partnership development, advocacy and networking, idea development - radio / stage / film etc
• Provide high quality peer-mentoring spaces, leadership, and line management to staff, offering guidance, support, and advice to the team to support them to perform to the best of their abilities. Facilitate the team in identifying solutions to challenges presented in relation to all elements of service delivery

About you

We are looking for someone who is ambitious and passionate about supporting people who have experienced multiple disadvantages and social exclusion. You will have proven experience in arts development and strategic support, with an extensive understanding of the criminal justice system and the role in which arts-based interventions play. You will be creative, empowering, and be a dedicated lead in supporting our strategic growth. You will understand arts-based interventions and methodologies, and have experience in developing and delivering creative programmes and productions.

• Previous experience in working and engaging with people of complex backgrounds, ex-offenders, mental health, substance misuse, challenging behaviours
• Previous experience in developing, producing, and/or performing professional productions for example film, television, or theatre productions
• Proven experience in designing innovative arts-based programmes and extensive experience of facilitation of programmes and/or training for various groups
• A theoretical understanding of co-production models and practical application of building them and embedding them into best practice
• Previous experience and/or ability to people manage and develop a team
• Ability to create, develop, and deliver new programmes and/or creative content in various settings such as prisons, communities, and wider criminal justice settings
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Ability to form and build effective relationships and rapport with others

As a member of the newly formed Development Team, you will lead on supporter engagement for the School and its’ Students through effective fundraising communications and year-round event delivery. You will support prospect communications, and assure best-in-class stewardship of donors while enabling delivery of rights and benefits to Centenary sponsors and partners.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

This role will assist with day-to-day management of Royal Ballet School’s fundraising work to support retention of recurring income from existing streams and facilitate the onboarding of new donors.

Reporting to the Development Operations Manager, the post-holder will assist with the planning and delivery of a large number of year-round engagement events through in-house visits and performances, external events and ticketing management for centenary performances. This role will lead on all fundraising communications to donor and prospect segments, and oversee campaign tracking, while relying on accurate data use and record keeping. The role will also support the administrative processing of ad-hoc Legacy request donations.

MAIN DUTIES

Fundraising Communications:

• Lead on communications for the Team, segmenting prospects and donors, ensuring they receive regular and tailored emails
• Oversee key termly campaigns, sponsor reports and videos, event invitations and summer performance comms
• Use Dot Digital to send communications and securely hold and update donor contact information
• Work closely with the School’s Communications and Marketing department to advance design and content briefs as required. 

Event Planning & Delivery:

• Attend annual School calendar planning meetings
• Manage delivery of approx. 35+ in-house donor visits to Upper School and White Lodge all year round
• Support the delivery external events for existing donors as well as cultivation events for prospects
• Coordinate performance invitations, attendance and hospitality at Opera Holland Park, Linbury Theatre, and the Royal Opera House and other third party venues
• Log and track all event invitations, RSVPs and attendance through the CRM
• Work closely with the teaching staff to coordinate any activities that are student-facing. 

Donor Data Stewardship:

• Support the Donor Relations Team to administrate and deliver benefits to a portfolio of donors, sponsors and partners
• Work alongside Artistic, Academic, and Operational colleagues to ensure best Donor Experience
• Develop skills as an integral member of the Development Team in nurturing relationships with internal departments and external individual donors and trustees
• Keep accurate contact data and record keeping for the wider team reporting and monitoring needs

Legacy Gift Administration:

• Administrate Gifts in Wills from Legators working with executors and families and coordinating timelines for income with the Finance team
• Work with the team to build the ‘in memory’ programme for the School’s Centenary and ensuring subsequent ‘In-Memory’ benefits are delivered.

General Support:

• Support the Development Operations Manager and Head of Donor Relations with the evolving needs of the Development Office, as it seeks to grow income and impact in 2026 and beyond. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Criteria:

• Willing to work collaboratively across all functions of the department and wider School
• Daily working knowledge of Windows PC systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Minimum of two years administrative and operational experience
• Experience in maintaining and managing a contacts database
• Experience of working in a non-profit or charity fundraising environment
• Confident and well presented with strong relationship management skills
