As the Fundraising Community Coordinator you will be responsible for posting on our online communities, supporting the Virtual Events Assistant to create engaging content that will inspire and uplift our supporters and driving positive interactions within the community. About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Casework Administrator to join the Scottish Regional Office team at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.
You will be responsible for providing specialist administrative support and undertaking virtual telephone casework across the whole of Scotland, working remotely with SSAFA branch volunteers and Regional Office colleagues to ensure a consistent, timely, quality service is provided to SSAFA beneficiaries.

In this role you will be working closely with volunteers from seventeen SSAFA branches across Scotland, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of providing excellent customer service by telephone, e-mail and face to face. Frazzled is a small mental health and wellbeing charity founded by Ruby Wax OBE based on the power of emotional openness. Our free, volunteer-led meetings run online every single day of the year, offering people a chance to share, listen and feel heard in a supportive community.
We're looking for a confident and positive self starter with a high level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail and excellent communication skills to be our new Project Support and Administrative Officer.
You will play a vital role in coordinating our schedule of peer-support meetings, managing our busy inboxes, supporting our volunteers and ensuring our internal systems and processes are well organised and working smoothly. You will work closely with our Co-Heads of Training and Programmes to plan and manage service delivery, support the recruitment, wellbeing, training and development of volunteers, as well as provide day-to-day running of our services. Supporting the Chief Executive and Head of Fundraising, you will contribute to Frazzled’s fundraising and development by providing administrative support and helping to organise events, meetings and reports.
Frazzled runs meetings throughout the day, from early in the morning until late in the evening seven days a week. The Project Support and Administrative Officer will be responsible for scheduling meetings and supporting our Facilitators with issues when they arise.

We are looking for an experienced People Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a great opportunity to join a small busy team providing an excellent administrative service to support the People and Governance team and Bristol SU as a whole.
Reporting directly to the People Manager, this is a dual-administration role, which requires a candidate to be confident and willing to handle both general, and payroll-related administration, for which full training will be provided. We are seeking an individual to undertake the dual role of promoting the profile of the RAF Benevolent Funds welfare offer, whilst also carrying out welfare casework. This is a community-based position working from home but covering the South East of England, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Essex.
Post holders will be expected to undertake holistic assessment of need both remotely (over the telephone and online) and when required in person across their region. You will be expected to work with individuals who may have complex and sometimes challenging welfare needs, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within both the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector, ensuring that support is made available to meet their need through the case working process.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a social welfare role supporting individuals and will have strong people and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy with or understanding of issues affecting the Armed Forces community.
This is home based and the candidate must have their own vehicle for use of traveling around the region covered. Occasional travel to London will be required. The successful candidate for this role will need to be Enhanced DBS checked and prove they have the right to work in the UK.

About the Role:
You will provide high quality support to all victims and witnesses of crime and Anti-Social Behaviour, leading on completing initial impact and risk assessments that are comprehensive and holistic. You will also provide cover for the local VS Helpline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for service users referred in to the service, completing comprehensive impact and risks assessments using agreed processes and a tailoring the response to each individual's needs.
- Manage a caseload of service users who require more immediate and short term interventions, referring on those with more long term needs either internally or externally.
