Summary
The Racial Justice Unit reflects the Church's renewed commitment to justice as part of the wider theological imperatives to see Christ in the other, to be united in Him and to love our neighbours. The primary role of the RJU is to lead on the coordination of racial justice initiatives which involves the implementation of (FLTA), supporting key stakeholders including the senior leadership, dioceses, NCIs, TEIs, and other related institutions, coordinating and supporting the governance mechanisms, and managing the related Triennium Fund.
This is a six-month interim role to provide operational leadership to support the delivery of the Unit's priorities which could be a suitable secondment opportunity.

OVERALL PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Night and Weekend Supervisor role is to oversee the provision of high-quality services. This includes supervising night care staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing direct support to clients to promote their well-being and independence.
GENUINE OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT
In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, it is a genuine occupational requirement (GOR) that the post holder is female. This requirement is essential for the role due to the following reasons:
1. Privacy and Dignity: The role involves working closely with female residents during sensitive hours (evenings, nights, and weekends) where privacy and dignity are paramount. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Supervision:
- Oversee the working practices of night staff to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular meetings with direct reports for supervision and support, handling disciplinary or performance issues as needed.
- Carry out the induction and training of new staff and volunteers, and participate in team appraisals.
· Provide guidance, training, and support to night care staff
Resident Support:
- Participate in annual safeguarding training for children and adults and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (Level 3).
- Provide emotional and practical support to distressed residents, fostering development and independence.
- Ensure the resident’s records are accurately maintained and updated.

Compliance and Safety:

· Support basic rent account management tasks as needed.
· Help coordinate staff schedules and cover arrangements for night shifts.
· Monitor and report on stock levels of essential supplies used during night shifts.
· Participate in occasional meetings or training sessions outside regular hours to stay informed about organisational updates.

Tabard Court is a mental health supported accommodation for individual with significant offending histories. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to customers with a range of mental health needs - emotional, social, physical or domestic -, who have had contact with the Criminal Justice System. The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Legacy Manager. This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.
We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. With a key focus on: effective and efficient operations; collaboration; and continuous improvement in our Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.
To achieve this ambition, we’ve developed a new technology infrastructure which we are calling “Sage”. We are implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as our new CRM system and suite of data tools – Microsoft Dynamics).
We will be taking a structured and phased approach to transitioning and embedding our new team structures, infrastructure and ways of working as part of Phase 2 of this Project.
Our IT Infrastructure team cover the following areas:
- Fully responsible for managing the technology stacks

We’ve made a significant investment in our Microsoft suite and have transitioned services to Azure. We’re also building a cloud infrastructure to support the Organisation’s mission critical data use improvement project.
Our Infrastructure Systems Manager plays a crucial role in the development, support and maintenance of these systems, implementing the tools and technology we need as well as driving the reduction of IT costs where possible.
This role is responsible for:
- Maintenance of technical infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies
- Automated process creation to ensure systems are monitored and managed
- Migration of remaining on premise systems to Microsoft cloud based solutions
- Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary
- Ensuring systems are highly accessible and available
- Advice to the Organisation on best practice on technology
For this role we’re looking for:
- Broad expert technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure based on both cloud and on premise Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 and associated technology
- Knowledge of Azure services, PowerApps, DataVerse
- Knowledge of sound backup and security protocols
- SQL (SSIS, SSRS) knowledge

About you
Joining us, you will have a proven record of securing major gifts from philanthropic individuals. You will have an entrepreneurial approach and be able to demonstrate how you have secured new opportunities and built lasting relationships and long-term income.
You will be a confident and engaging communicator, adept at collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally. You must understand the motivations of social impact investing for supporters and be curious and highly motivated about ending the devastation caused by dementia.
This role provides a great opportunity for an established fundraiser to grow our pipeline, an area that we know has huge potential for growth. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and vital programmes of work that provide help and hope for everyone affected by dementia.
You will have either be able to build or have pre-existing (personal or professional) links to South Asian communities. You will be able to develop a cultural insight, or experience working within these networks, you will play a vital role in helping us build trust, broaden our reach, and connect new prospects to the Society’s ambitious vision.
What you’ll focus on:
- Forging close relationships with philanthropists, with a focus on engaging the South Asian community with our work.
- Managing a portfolio of donors, to provide our supporters with best in sector stewardship.
- Building networks with philanthropic ‘intermediaries’, such as private wealth managers and family offices.
- Cross-team working with our Insurance United Against Dementia and Sport United Against Dementia development boards, to grow our philanthropic networks.

We are seeking an individual to undertake the dual role of promoting the profile of the RAF Benevolent Funds welfare offer, whilst also carrying out welfare casework. This is a community-based position working from home but covering the West Midlands: Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire.
Post holders will be expected to undertake holistic assessment of need both remotely (over the telephone and online) and when required in person across their region. You will be expected to work with individuals who may have complex and sometimes challenging welfare needs, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within both the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector, ensuring that support is made available to meet their need through the case working process.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a social welfare role supporting individuals and will have strong people and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy with or understanding of issues affecting the Armed Forces community.

We are recruiting for Floating Support Worker who will support the Ascent Pan London Service in building sustainable referral pathways and joint working protocols with a range of partners working with survivors of domestic abuse.
You will provide capacity-building in the form of advice, advocacy, support, and briefings across the London boroughs to statutory agencies and community organizations around the needs of domestic abuse survivors, to embed best practice across our communities.
You will have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to women as well as up-to-date knowledge of legislation relating to survivors of gender-based violence. You will have excellent casework skills, good written and verbal communication skills, clear professional boundaries and be a proactive team player.
All candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the feminist values of empowerment and equality which underpin all of our work.
