An exciting opportunity has arisen at Age UK for a Product Executive to join our Lottery and Raffles Marketing team (part of the wider Fundraising team), working across a variety of projects to contribute to the overall growth of the Age UK Lotteries programme. This position is offered on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Our Lotteries programme was set up in 2003 and has continued to provide an essential stream of revenue for our Charity, enabling us to help older people who need us the most.
As Product Executive, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will demonstrate exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure the successful delivery of our campaigns.
Within this role you'll assist in the development and monitoring of Private Site activity, including mystery shopping, compliance reviews, invoicing, attrition, and entry level analysis, working closely with other members of the Lottery and Raffle team.
Strong communication and empathy skills are vital, as you'll be monitoring inbound calls, helping to optimise stewardship emails and letters and monitor complaints in co-ordination with the Product Manager and our supporter engagement team. You will also assist with the development of an outbound telemarketing campaign for entry upgrades.
You will support the marketing team with testimonials/winners' imagery to help to engage our players and carry out regular competitor reviews and market research.
We follow the regulatory framework issued by the Gambling Commission to ensure safe practices are followed therefore, regular quality management and checking accuracy of reporting is essential to this role.
This role offers hybrid working between home and London (EC3N 2LB). Currently the Fundraising team attend our office near Tower Hill every Thursday, so you would be expected to do the same. Age UK does not pay travel costs to the office.

As Research Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in the delivery of Alzheimer’s Research UK’s growing research portfolio. You will lead on the financial and contractual aspects of our research funding processes. You will help ensure our funding is administered responsibly, efficiently, and in a way that maximises impact for people affected by dementia. This role sits within the Research Directorate, an ambitious, supportive and friendly team, and working closely with colleagues across Finance and Fundraising,
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Research award financial oversight
· Manage and develop the post-award lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ARUK’s funding policies and funding conditions, whilst reducing administrative burden.
· Act as a primary point of contact for host institutions on post-award matters, including financial management, reconciliation and contractual issues.
· Maintain systems to track financial data associated with funded grants, providing information to internal teams and act as the primary contact for all questions related to award finances.
· Collaborate with the Research Manager, Finance team and Research Leadership team to maintain robust grant forecasting and budget control across research programmes.
· Be a Subject Matter Expert for the Grants Management system and maintain accurate grant records and ensure internal and external stakeholders have access to accurate data.
· Provide advice and training on financial best practices to internal teams.
· Implement, oversee and refine a grants audit approach.
Research contracts and agreements
· Lead the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of all research-related awards and contracts, including funding agreements, collaboration agreements, and data agreements.
· Develop and maintain templates and a database of executed agreements.
· Liaise with host institutions, collaborating organisations, and legal advisors to resolve contractual queries and ensure efficient processing.
· Work in partnership with internal legal counsel and DPO, ensure contracts are consistent with ARUK’s policies, funder requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Research policy and process development
· Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ARUK’s research finance, grant cost and contracts policies, ensuring they remain aligned with best practice, proportionate and compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks.
· Support the development and roll-out of new funding schemes by advising on financial models and contract terms.
· Represent ARUK at relevant sector forums, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in research funding and compliance.
· Champion the implementation of the new Grants Management system across the organisation.
Management Responsibilities
· Manage, coach and develop of a Research Executive, effectively delegating work to support delivery of their objectives.
· Work to promote an inspiring team culture across the Research Funding team where personal development is prioritised.

· Significant experience in research finance and/or research contract management, ideally within a medical research funder, university, NHS, or research setting.
· Sound knowledge of research funding frameworks, budgeting principles, and financial governance.

Back Up’s Family Support Service is there to help. We enable a wide range of family members of all ages whose loved one is affected by spinal cord injury (SCI) to improve their wellbeing, build a support network and transform their lives through Back Up’s services.

What you'll do:
As the Service Manager you will be required to successfully apply for CQC registration for regulated activity and/or registered services within 6 months of appointment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across contract portfolio ensuring Look Ahead continues to set and achieves sector best practice standards and is held as a benchmark to competitors
- Within your service, ensure competent use of all relevant business IT systems and all company policies and frameworks
- Responsible for managing petty cash for the service in accordance with Look Ahead procedures
- Deliver an out of hours on-call service for region
- Ensure Look Ahead Health and Safety policies are adhered to throughout the service, to review at local level and ensure staff are competent and suitably trained
- Ensure that all safeguarding cases are managed in line with safeguarding protocols and are reported to Head of Operations Managers

The Role: Family Services Manager

Join Look Ahead as a Service Manager for Bracknell Young People, where you'll oversee innovative 24 hour supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25 . You will oversee four projects and diverse teams within the Bracknell Forest Council area.
As a Service Manager, you will lead and inspire front-line staff, fostering leadership and competence development within your team. Your operational excellence will ensure effective management of all projects, maintaining high standards in service delivery. You will be responsible for upholding regulatory responsibilities (OFSTED), ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers, and driving continuous improvement through quality assurance.
In this role, you will actively listen to and engage with young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. Developing and maintaining essential external partnerships will be key to providing a robust support structure for our customers.

What you'll do:
- Drive business planning activities within your contract, ensuring relevant and challenging objective setting and ongoing performance tracking, developing turn around action plans as may be necessary
* Using sound financial and accounting principles, manage contract budgets to deliver on corporate and local contract financial targets
* Successfully lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
* Work to continuously improve staff competence, ensure ownership of all staff issues and speedy and effective conflict resolution
* Responsible for reporting all staff changes to HR and Payroll departments, as appropriate e.g. starters, leavers, additional hours etc.

* Where appropriate to role, carry client group specialism activities, linking in with other Managers and Heads of Operations to ensure focussed integration of specialisms across the whole organisation
* Lead quality visits, using Look Ahead's local indicators to monitor quality/performance, set targets and lead action plans to ensure highly rated services that reflect requirements of local funders and local and national standards
* Responsible for producing and submitting Monthly Management Reports to the Performance team, ensuring that all data gathered on local KPI's are accurate and up to date
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across contract portfolio ensuring Look Ahead continues to set and achieves sector best practice standards and is held as a benchmark to competitors

About the Role
Last year, Smart Works Leeds hit an important milestone when they supported over 1000 women with their coaching and dressing service. Over the next 12 months and beyond, there are plans to grow the service even further and ensure that all unemployed women located in Yorkshire are aware of the transformative service available to them at Smart Works Leeds. To deliver growth, it is fundamental to expand the fundraising team so that consistent revenue streams continue to be developed and that relationships with the hugely important network of supporters are nurtured to a high standard.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Partnerships and Events Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the fundraising team. By providing essential administrative, events and marketing support, you will help build a strong pipeline of income- enabling the charity to grow and reach even more women on their journey to employment.

London Borough of Westminster
This is an exciting opportunity in the Westminster Outreach and Befriending Service for a Family and Volunteer Support Worker to deliver family support and volunteer peer service to families and children under the age of 5, new parents and their families, across the London Borough of Westminster.
This service provides a programme of support for pregnant women and parents/carers which includes face-to-face befriending in the home and community as well as support by phone and video. The aim of the programme is to increase the resilience and emotional wellbeing of parents who are experiencing isolation and require emotional/practical support.
The Family and Volunteer Support Worker will work closely with the Team Leader and volunteers as well as the wider Westminster Outreach Service. The team works closely in partnership with Children’s Centres/Family Hubs, midwifery, health teams and mental health services.
