Job description

We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Administrator / PA to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) – including the CEO, Head of Services, and Head of Advice – with day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to develop practical workplace skills while contributing to meaningful work that supports refugees and people seeking asylum

What you’ll be doing:

  • Booking meetings and managing diaries for SLT
  • Taking notes during internal meetings and sharing summaries
  • Keeping digital files and records well organised
  • Supporting general office duties like printing, supplies, and reception cover
  • Assisting the legal team with basic admin (filing, data entry, document prep)
  • Learning internal systems through hands-on training

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need previous admin experience – we’ll support you with training and mentoring. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, helpful, and organised
  • Willing to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable using a computer (or happy to be trained)
  • Interested in refugee rights, social justice, or the charity sector

Why this role matters:

This role helps keep our leadership and office running smoothly so we can better support the people who need us most. It’s also part of our commitment to creating accessible, meaningful roles that build experience and confidence in the next generation of changemakers.

You'll be joining a mission-driven team where your values matter and your contribution is truly valued.
