Our charity-sector client is seeking a Temporary Individual Giving Officer to join their Fundraising, Engagement & Communications team for approximately 2 months.
This is a great opportunity for someone with individual giving experience to step in and provide vital support across appeals, stewardship, and donor communications. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality supporter care while helping to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
The role
Support the delivery and analysis of direct mail and other appeals
Help coordinate donor stewardship, including regular givers and mid-value supporters
Maintain accurate supporter data in Salesforce, ensuring GDPR compliance
Respond to supporter enquiries by post, phone and email
Assist with trading programmes and merchandise fulfilment
Provide administrative and reporting support to the fundraising team
Contribute to events and community fundraising activities as required
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience working in individual giving or supporter care in the charity sector
Understanding of Gift Aid, GDPR and data protection (or willingness to learn)
Strong organisational and project support skills

Helpdesk and Building Management System (BMS) Usage
- Use the Helpdesk system to monitor, input, respond and react to jobs logged.
- Utilise the BMS to control and adapt settings of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Identify and act on fault alerts within the system and identify the correct course of remedial action.
- Be the main point of contact for any plant room issues. Take and record monthly utility readings.
Vehicles and Driving Duties
- Safely drive the company minibus when required.
- In accordance with the departments pre planned maintenance schedule, co-ordinate the MOTs, servicing, Road Fund License applications and tail lift services for the company vehicles.
- Keep the pool vehicles and minibus in good condition to ensure roadworthiness. Record mileage, maintain logbook records. Prepare and maintain user guides for all company pool cars.
- Prepare Motability Foundation vehicles for end of lease return in a timely fashion and as to limit any penalties.
- Receive in from suppliers and provide handover of hire vehicles and pool cars to staff including instructions on safe use and record damage, fuel levels etc.

What the job involves
The Health Information Coordinator is a vital role supporting a busy team that creates health information and communications for men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer or those at high risk of developing it.
You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in keeping all the health information on the website up-to-date and in line with the Patient Information Forum’s PIF TICK quality standard. As well as coordinating and editing the team’s social media communications. Supporting the promotion of our resources both internally and externally, you’ll help to evaluate the effectiveness of the service we provide.
The role is responsible for making sure all our health information publications are in stock, so we deliver an effective health information service for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. You’ll also develop and maintain administrative systems to support the team’s work including financial processing.
This role is fixed term until end of October 2026 covering an internal secondment.

We’re looking for a pro-active and highly organised person to join our team. You’ll be self-motivated and able to multi-task, supporting a busy team while keeping on top of your own projects. Your Role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful programme of corporate fundraising to reach an agreed annual target. This will include managing our current corporate supporters, maximising their potential and securing new corporate support
Key responsibilities include:
To develop and grow Young Epilepsy’s existing strategy for raising money from corporates
To account manage all existing corporate relationships ensuring that the relationship is developed to its maximum potential with first class stewardship
To proactively identify and secure new corporate relationships in line with the organisation’s business plan and priorities

The Senior Discrimination Caseworker will play an enormously important role in supporting people living with HIV who experience unlawful discrimination – whether at work, in accessing services, or in healthcare settings.
You’ll be responsible for working with people who experience discrimination related to their HIV status, to provide them with information and advice, and to take forward advocacy work and representation with them and on their behalf. You will challenge poor practice in a whole range of settings, through high-quality written advocacy documents as well as in meetings, and your work will directly result in securing the protection of rights for people living with HIV.
With your ability to take in a whole range of different experiences and information, you will be able to analyse and identify appropriate legal frameworks and remedies, providing clear information to people, and support them in deciding how they want to advocate for their rights.

We are looking for a strategic planner with a proven record of leading teams or organisations to deliver high quality results. You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record of fundraising through commercial sponsorship and developing lasting relationships with key stakeholder partners to achieve this.

The post holder will provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children living in our refuges.
