Sounds great, what will I be doing?
In this role, the individual will work as part of a multidisciplinary team—alongside clinicians, social workers, and community partners—to support adults with moderate to severe mental illness. They will hold a caseload of service users, acting as the key contact and contributing to care planning, progress monitoring, and discharge support using the clinical records system. A key focus will be the collaborative development of person-centred recovery plans that emphasise social goals and community integration. Using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches, they will build strong therapeutic relationships to support individuals in achieving their personal recovery goals. The role involves helping service users access local resources, attend appointments, and engage in wellbeing activities, peer support, or psychoeducational groups. They will promote recovery-focused, jargon-free communication, advocate for co-production and integrated care, and liaise with statutory and voluntary sector organisations to ensure smooth service navigation and warm handovers. Attendance at relevant clinical meetings and community events is expected, representing both Hestia and the Community Mental Health Team. Accurate and timely documentation of support activities, risk assessments, and user progress is essential, along with maintaining safe and ethical practice in line with safeguarding protocols, health and safety procedures, and quality standards. The role also includes active participation in ongoing supervision, training, professional development, annual appraisals, and clinical oversight.

Here's what the team will be looking for
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 4 in Care (or equivalent) or at least two years' experience in a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of mental health, recovery, and co-production principles. They will be skilled in care planning, risk assessment, and group facilitation, with knowledge of the Mental Health Act and experience working collaboratively across services and communities. Excellent communication, IT proficiency (including electronic case management tools), and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential. The candidate should be resilient, adaptable, and committed to trauma-informed, person-centred practice, with clear professional boundaries. Desirable qualities include lived experience, peer support training, familiarity with local resources, and additional skills such as mentoring, report writing, or multilingual ability.

About the role
We’re looking for a Social Worker to support children and young people diagnosed with cancer in our Glasgow Team.
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality support tailored to the needs of the children and young people and their families using a needs based assessment framework. The work we do is rewarding but also complex and demanding. You will be part of a close-knit Young Lives vs Cancer social work team, working with an established NHS multi-disciplinary team and services in the community.
This role is part home, part site-based. Your contractual base will be both Home and the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre/Royal Children`s Hospital.

Job Description
The Youth Violence Intervention Practitioner role is to be part of the youth work team within Redthread with a primary focus on youth violence interventions in a health care setting. In this role you will be part of the Youth Violence Intervention Programme team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. You will support young people aged, 11-25 years old, who present to hospital following an incident of violence of for whom them there are concerns around exploitation or extra-familial farm. You will work with the young person in the hospital as well as supporting them post discharge to ensure they have the support in place that they need and want. Other tasks include:
- Hold a caseload and work with young people in a range of settings, including in A&E and on the wards, in the community, in face-to-face and group contexts, and promote their personal, educational, health and social development through all interactions.
- Assist with the on-going development of the service model to ensure that clients gain the maximum benefit from Redthread’s interventions.
- Ensure information resources such as client forms, databases and contact files are kept fully up-to-date and secure, in line with GDPR, the Data Protection Act and our Confidentiality Policy and Consent Policy. Maintain high quality recording of interventions with young people on our database, Threads, in line with Redthread’s best-practice requirements. (Training will be provided.)
- Collect and record evidence of project outcomes and young people’s achievements, to ensure the completion of monitoring forms and project progress reports as required.
- Maintain a good level of knowledge of the issues around youth violence and Child Exploitation.
- With guidance and support from the Team Leader, develop skills to further your work with the young people.
- Under the direction of the Team Leader, develop an imaginative programme of events, activities and other interventions which support Catch22’s mission.
- Actively research and network with other organisations working with young people in the area served by the hospital to ensure that the organisation as a whole has a good knowledge of other services and projects that may be of interest to the young people we work with or appropriate for us to refer to.

The available role
We are looking for a collaborative and inspiring leader, committed to fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous professional development. Someone who is resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in dynamic, complex environments where digital transformation is a strategic priority.
With responsibility for a small team of three, as Head of Data & Digital Innovation, you will provide strategic leadership across the hospice’s IT infrastructure, information governance, risk management, and data functions.
The successful candidate will:
- A minimum of master’s level education or equivalent demonstrable experience directly relevant to digital innovation and IT infrastructure management.
- Extensive experience leading technical IT teams.
- Demonstrable expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT challenges across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Proven experience managing IT resources, budgets, projects, and vendor relationships.
- In-depth working knowledge of Information Governance, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and cyber security principles.
The role is available 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm (Friday 4pm finish), on a salary of £55,690 - £62,682 per annum. The role is office based with occasional home working.
The role may need to work the occasional evening or weekend when there is a specific business need, but advanced notice of this is usually provided. Time off in lieu is provided.

About the Role
As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims via the telephone, then tailor the support to the Victims preferences i.e. home visits or via conference calls, to explain our services, and assess the impact of crime. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions, and information to service users.
As a Caseworker you will:
- Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
- Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
- Identify barriers to accessing services & work with partners to provide ongoing support.
- Keep accurate & confidential case records.
About You
You will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims & experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.

About the Role:
This role is based in Bedfordshire with consideration given to hybrid working.
As a Triage and Early Intervention Officer you will be:

ABOUT THE POLITICS PROJECT
We support young people to use their voice by providing them with outstanding democratic education. We work with young people, teachers and politicians to help them to learn, teach and engage in politics. We are a non-partisan organisation working across the UK.
We also coordinate the Democracy Classroom network, a partnership between over 100 civil society organisations that supports young people to engage in elections.
The Politics Project delivers Digital Dialogue: Wales, which supports young people to have meaningful conversations with the politicians that represent them, building trust and relationships on both sides. Young people gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to engage in the democratic process through informed interactions with their elected representatives.
These interactions take place both online and in-person, in classrooms across Wales.
Since 2021 over 5550 young people, 130 teachers and 130 Welsh politicians (including the leaders of four political parties represented in the Senedd) have taken part in the programme.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Programme Coordinator will plan, arrange and facilitate Dialogue sessions, where learners question and discuss issues relevant to young people with their political representatives. The post holder will also support schools and colleges to deliver Youth Hustings for the 2026 Senedd and 2027 Local elections, giving learners the opportunity to meet, and ask questions to, candidates standing in their area.
The Politics Project wants Digital Dialogue: Wales to fundamentally change the way that young people and politicians interact across Wales. Help us to make sure that young people get their voices heard.
Working with the Head of Programmes and the Digital Dialogue: Wales Programme Lead, the post holder would support the delivery and growth of Digital Dialogue: Wales, allowing more young people, teachers and politicians to take part. This is a fast-paced role in a small but growing team.
While fluency in Welsh is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role.
The post holder will:
- Work with the Head of Programmes and the Digital Dialogue: Wales Programme Lead to support the delivery of the Digital Dialogue: Wales programme.
- Provide online, and occasional in-school, support for teachers delivering Digital Dialogue, Youth Hustings, teacher and politician training sessions.
- Support the recruitment of teachers and local and national politicians across Wales to take part in the programme.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with those teachers and politicians.
- Manage and keep up to date the database, collecting and inputting information and producing reports when required. Assist with monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide administrative support for the Digital Dialogue: Wales programme and other programmes and activities delivered by The Politics Project.
The Politics Project is based in London, but the post holder for this role will be based in Wales. They will usually work from home, though we would expect the post holder to come to the London office once a month and attend in person meetings in Wales as required. It is an 18-month contract (including a 6-month probation period), with extension possible subject to funding. The hours of work are 37.5 hrs per week. Occasional travel to elsewhere in the UK and working unsocial hours in evenings and at weekends may be required.
