Our specialist school supports children and young people aged 5 to 19 years with autism spectrum conditions and related social communication difficulties.
Position Details:
Hours: 37.5 per week over 41 weeks (term time)
Salary: £43,753 (Pro-rated from £48,022 FTE)
Location: Inscape House School, Cheadle, Stockport
Reports to: Internal Therapy Lead
Role Overview: Work within a multi-disciplinary team of experienced therapists, advisory teachers, positive behaviour support colleagues, psychologists, and other support team members. Engage in varied activities including assessment, intervention, and monitoring for pupils with autism spectrum conditions, delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical supervision and management within the Speech and Language Therapy Team.
- Develop policies and procedures in your area of clinical specialism.
- Manage a caseload of pupils with complex needs, supporting families and carers.
- Conduct initial assessments of pupils' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop therapy recommendations at universal, targeted, and specialist levels.
- Provide advice, consultation, and training to pupils, school staff, and families.
- Deliver bespoke support for pupils requiring specialist input.
- Make clinical decisions regarding therapy input and deliver or support others in delivering it.
- Complete referrals to internal and external services as needed.
- Contribute to termly appraisal meetings and service reviews.
- Use data to monitor progress and implement evidence-based intervention strategies.
About You:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Speech & Language Therapy.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area.
- Member of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists with completion of NQP Goals and Competencies Framework.
- Current registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
- Evidence of relevant postgraduate training (e.g., AAC, dysphagia, TEACCH).
- Significant post-qualification experience in various clinical settings.
- Experience working with young people and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
- Experience in providing clinical supervision.
- Experience in devising and delivering training and working in a multidisciplinary manner.
- Ability to manage and prioritise your caseload and work autonomously.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Internal Auditor to join our high performing Risk and Compliance team as a Senior Auditor.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Being accountable for the delivery of a portfolio of audits to time and budget whilst managing conflicting priorities.
- Planning, undertaking and reporting on audits across the Federation’s Head Office and 55 academies.
- Identifying, assessing and reporting on the risks arising from areas under review.
- To complete follow up exercises on previously agreed recommendations.
- Providing assistance to the Internal Audit Manager in, or leading on, ad hoc audit work, projects and investigations.
- Deputising for the Internal Audit Manager, including at Audit and Risk Committee as required.
- To contribute to the annual planning cycle.
- To produce statistical data for inclusion in termly and annual reports.
- To seek and build professional relationships with key stakeholders across the Federation including at academy sites.
- To contribute to service improvement and the development of the Internal Audit function.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ESOL Tutor to design and deliver high quality learner-centered teaching and assessment experiences to our adult learners from pre-entry level up to level 1, whilst supporting the Adult and Community Learning Manager to achieve the Trust’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Teaching
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching and learning sessions, workshops, and tutorials in line with the curriculum requirements and the needs of individual learners, ensuring learning objectives are met.
- Assess learners’ abilities and identify areas for improvement, tailoring teaching and learning methods and resources accordingly.
- Develop and deliver consistently engaging and interactive sessions, utilising a variety of teaching techniques and materials to enhance learners’ understanding and engagement with the subject/topic.

Administration
- To identify materials and equipment/resource needs to assist the provision of teaching and learning by students.

- Preparing groups of learners for accredited assessment (exam or portfolio) & non-accredited assessment (RARPA), marking assessments and taking part in internal moderation and/or consultation meetings with appropriate Trust staff.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Proven successful track record of planning and delivering high quality teaching of accredited and non-accredited provision in a relevant subject and at appropriate level(s).
- Experience of teaching adult learners of mixed abilities and an understanding of appropriate teaching strategies in a similar role.
- Experience of devising course outlines and schemes of work.
- Experience of assessing and recording progress, both in accredited and non-accredited learning and supporting learners.

South East London Mind has been delivering a young person’s counselling service to students at Southwark College for several years.
As a Young People’s Counsellor, you’ll provide an age-appropriate counselling service that allows the students to explore their mental health and wellbeing, along with the socioeconomic factors that impact this. You’ll manage a caseload of students, triaging new clients to the service, coordinating the waiting list and capturing data and outcome measures on a CRM database.
We are looking for someone with a professionally-recognised diploma or equivalent in Counselling or Psychotherapy who has experience of providing counselling to young people aged 14 upwards. As you’ll be working closely with pastoral staff on-site, an ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.
The role will involve:
- Offering age-appropriate counselling sessions, including assessments and risk assessments
- Working with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure that students are triaged and the relevant level of care and support is offered
- Record keeping: maintaining up-to-date records of work undertaken, including session notes, service records and Views CRM database records
- Contributing to quarterly monitoring reports, including reflections on key themes and issues experienced by students, case studies, and outcome measurement tools
- Liaising where appropriate with other SEL Mind staff, school/college staff or agencies including local statutory and voluntary sector professionals and organisations
- Attendance at regular supervisions with the Head of Services and meeting with other Young People’s Counsellors to keep abreast of key issues and needs across the service

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance
· Prepare financial management information including regular cash flow forecasts, reports, budgets, grant claims and management accounts for project managers, CEO, Board of Trustees and funders
· Ensure all statutory financial and other records, compliances and related inspections are met on time and records kept with regard to PAYE, NI, VAT, Companies House, Charities Commission, insurance, pension provision, audit requirements and annual reports
· Working closely with the CEO, prepare project and annual budgets, liaising with relevant staff
· Provide support and guidance to all budget holders for the effective management of budgets
· Maintain all financial systems and records for the organisation, including financial administration relating to general ledger, audit trails, Theatre Tax Relief, banking, petty cash management, staff expense claims and credit control
Building & Operations
· Ensure appropriate licensing and insurance is in place
· Organise the supply of utilities to Emmanuel Hall
· Manage delivery of IT tech support contract and others as required
· Management of contractors and suppliers e.g. cleaner, electrician, waste collection
· Management of supplies necessary for smooth running of the building e.g. hand towels, stationery, cleaning products
· Management of general maintenance
Health & Safety
· Support the CEO in creating and implementing the Health & Safety Policy
· Co-ordinate Health & Safety administration, including monitoring, reporting and training
· Ensure H&S information is communicated to all staff, project staff, users and visitors as appropriate
· Undertake training and responsibilities such as Deputy Safeguarding Officer, first aider etc as required
Governance
· Provide an effective Company Secretary function

Prospectus is excited to be supporting our client to find a Trust and Foundations Fundraiser to join their team.
The organisation is an incredible Arts organisation who are top in their game. A leading arts education charity, they that uses the joy of the arts to create magic in learning. Over the last 10 years, the charity has been levelling the playing field for children from disadvantaged backgrounds through arts-based learning. Proven to result in strong outcomes for both children and teachers, their approach is effective at closing the opportunity and attainment gap for children affected by disadvantage and those with additional needs.
As the sole Fundraiser, you will join this energetic team to deliver the charity’s fundraising requirements. Your focus will be on securing grants from trusts, foundations and statutory sources including Arts Council England. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider fundraising including through events and the development of earned income streams.
The organisation offer a salary of £32.4k FTE for a part time (0.6) role. This is a hybrid role, with at least one day a week working from their Caterham, Surrey office.

Location: Central London (Russell Square)
Hybrid set up: 1-2 days per week in the office
Pay: £13.85 per hour plus £1.67 per hour holiday pay

Key Responsibilities:
As the Member Support & Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for member queries via phone and email, providing a professional and friendly service.
- Maintain our membership database by updating contact records, logging queries, and processing memberships and payments.
- Support the organisation of events such as webinars, conferences, and face-to-face training, including delegate registration, logistics, and technical support during live webinars.
- Assist with event preparation, including setting up conference materials and liaising with participants.
- Provide general office and administrative support to other team members as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in customer support and handling queries via phone and email.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear and professional emails.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills, with a conscientious and thorough work ethic.
- Basic experience with processing invoices and payments is desirable.
