Job description

Nansa is a well-established leader in the care of people with disabilities across Norfolk and Norwich. The charity provides services for infants through to adulthood – from the School for Parents of pre-school children through to the pioneering Train and Trade programme helping disabled adults into employment.  And everything in between.

The Trustees of Nansa are looking for a CEO to provide the dynamic leadership to further develop its services.  The successful candidate will bring strategic thinking to enhance and develop the charity’s work, develop new funding relationships and promote the profile of Nansa.  In particular, they will demonstrate:

  • experience of working in the charity sector
  • managing, leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding services
  • developing costed initiatives – both to add to our service offering and to bring in funds
  • the ability to network and promote the charity with users and the community

For more information about Nansa please visit our website.  You can also find us on Twitter and Facebook.
